Review 1：It was a shabby hotel in a sad environment. Dirty spots in the room. If you check out, you need to wait: the staff checks every room of people who check out before you. We stood there for over half an hour (between bags of used laundry).

Review 3：Expected to make own bed and clean every room before leaving. No cleaning materials except at extra cost. Glad to escape without severe penalties detailed in conditions only given to us on checking in. Very poor!!!

Review 13：Even mentioned by bookings we felt it absolutely not accaptable that the Mayflowers put "hotel" in their name because there is no service at all and therefore much too expensive; you have to put the bedlinen yourself, rent towels, clean kitchen, deliver bed linen again and emptying your dustbins at the end of stay. They nearly order you to clean (they check it before you leave) but there is nothing for you to clean kitchen for example (no sponch, towel, soap, etc.). This you CANNOT call 'HOTEL' in your name ... it is just "renting a space" and everything else costs extra.

Review 14：We never met the staff, everytime the hotel was without people to ask something. They were not available at the phone We had to help and give information to new people arrived that were not able to find anyone at the reception and no one answered them by phone There isn't free WIFI in the common area (should be added) The towels should be paid, but if someone arrive and the reception is closed and no one answer at the phone the person arrived remain without towels for all his stay

Review 23：Close to a lovely French town and within a short drive of many attractions. The young lady behind the desk was ver y helpful and her English was excellent and with our poor French we managed to overcome all obstacles! The place is perfect to lay your head so you can explore the surrounding beautiful area!

Apto tinha 02quartos, mas aquecedor em apenas 01(gelado) . Quando entramos no quartoapenas 01 toalha e pessoal do hotel já havia partido. Banheiro sem afamosa proteçao de plastico no Box, logo, prepare-se para jogar águapra todo lado. Se 5 pessoas foram tomar banho, vai faltar água quente (no inverno)

Advance reservation is recommended.Residence opening hours:From 28 September until 30 April: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.Arrivals and departures are possible every day. If you expect to arrive on Wednesday or Sunday, the property will contact you directly to organise key collection.Residence opening hours:From 1 May until 22 September: every day from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Room rates include:- For stays of 7 nights: bed linen- For overnight stays under 7 nights: bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen and dishes)Please note that beds are not made up on arrival and towels are not included in the price.
