Review 1：The room it was damp and smelly and so was the bed. The room was tiny not enough room at all and the balcony had a flower bed and with all the cats !!! Need I say more

Review 8：The lovely lady who runs the hotel and her equally lovely mother. The 50 steps it takes to get to the beach. Everything about this hotel reflects the Greek Island lifestyle. You forego the up to date bathroom of the more upmarket resorts to enjoy a wonderful experience of staying right on the beach and very close to restaurants. The village feel of everything around you makes this place very special. And a stunning view. Kalamera!

Review 11：It's on the corner of two bays, and right next to the most photographed spot of Kokkari (where there is a lovely narrow strip of land right on small marina with white houses and teracotta roofs). I could see the sea from my bed, amazing!
Review 12：Quite a steep price for such a basic hotel. For this price, you could at least expect e.g. some shower gel or an air conditioner that actually works. I really don't mind not having these small luxuries, but when paying this kind of price, I expect them to be included.

Internet was not working at our room and was not solved during our stay. we had problems in the Kokkari, could not find personal to ask help. room was looking front, was so noisy, full of people-youngster's voice. absulately the worst experience during our vacation. we could not get any help and suggestions. it was like a ghost hotel.

Review 27：The hotell manager, a lady was a little bit angry because we took a shortcut from our balcony straight to the beach. Instead of telling us not to do, she didnt talked to us for 2-3 days. That was pretty odd if you ask me. The standard of the hotell wasnt that great. The beds were terrible hard. I will not make any moore visit to this hotell, although the location is very good. The reason for that is because of the beds and the hotell manager.
Review 28：The location of the hotell is very good, probably the best in the whole area. Wifi range was very good in our apartement. The hotell was very clean and the workers did a great job, keeping our room in perfect condition. Some people have been written about the breakfast? We didnt even see a room where they had breakfast?
Review 29：We had rooms 102 (suite) and 103 twin (actually they were both twin) no doubles here. The bathroom in both had 1 metre sq shower stalls with curtains. In the suite room the bathroom was a joke - sitting on the toilet my feet were on the edge of the shower and the door scraped the basin.
Review 30：The location was perfect as it was on the point of the 2 bays that make up Kokkari. There was a dreadful wind on the bay we faced but just 50 metres around it was perfect in the 2nd bay. Plenty of markets close by to buy bread, fruit and drinks etc.

Review 32：The location in Kokkari is superb. Walking distance to everything. İt is so relaxing. There are great views of the sea from the rooms. The staff are very nice and remember you from previous visits. The rooms are small but clean. The wifi is excellent. Breakfast is not included but why would you want to eat inside when you can enjoy the many cafes on the sea front. A great stay.
