Review 10:We liked everything from the beautifully furnished house down to the little touches of having fresh milk delivered to your door in a thermos to put in your freshly brewed coffee. The views were spectacular. Beautiful location, would highly recommend! Hopefully will stay here again, oh and Kate is a great hostess!

Review 11:Very friendly proprietors, lovely room with a super comfortable bed and great facilities. Breakfast delicious and freshly cooked to order. In a beautiful location with plenty of places to visit in the area. A good selection of local pubs for evening meals in the nearby villages.

Review 12:Absolutely NOTHING to dislike !

Review 13:Fantastic accommodation. Pure luxury. Very spacious and immaculately clean. Nice tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely garden and comfortable outside seating with incredible view ! Kate was so friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. This accommodation absolutely outshone the previous B & B's that we stayed at during our trip !

Review 14:This B&B is wonderfully situated and successfully renovated in a personal style. We enjoyed our stay very much, not least thanks to the sincere hospitality of Nick and Kate.

Review 15:Make sure you have a car to travel around in, since the nearest bus stop is around forty minutes away by foot.

Review 16:The location is idyllic. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Kate is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very generous and delicious.

Review 17:We had a slight problem with the wifi connection but every effort was made to resolve it.

Review 18:Friendliness, detail to attention of comfort & excellent food.

Review 19:I cannot praise Warren House highly enough, or Kate who runs it. It is the nicest B&B I have ever stayed in, and run by such a lovely lady. We will definitely be back :-)

Review 20:There wasn't anything to dislike.

Review 21:Warren House is situated in an idyllic location and you are warmly welcomed by a friendly couple into their lovely and tastefully decorated home. You had everything you needed during your stay and breakfast was delicious. We will certainly recommend this B/B to family and friends.

Review 22:Our room, although very comfortable, was right by the front door and we had to have the blind down all the time. Also very small and only one chair, so nowhere to put things for both of us. We would stay again but would ask not to have that particular room.

Review 23:Location - utter tranquility. Comfort, and excellent breakfast.

Review 24:the local drivers on those country roads!!!

Review 25:beautifully decorated room light and airy. High standard of cleanliness. Hearty full English breakfast just what you need before you set out on adventures. Warm welcome received on arrival, great knowledge of local pubs to eat in! May I suggest the blue bottle in Kettlewell. Coolio jacks in Skipton.

Review 26:Although we could get the internet we couldn't connect with email but it wasn't a major fault and we didn't check to see if this could be corrected. The bed is a bit small but understand this is constrained by room size

Review 27:Beautiful house with good parking. Excellent decor and cleanliness. Relaxed feel and very pleasant and helpful hosts. Free wifi Walks from the house by the river were great and teeming with wildlife

Review 28:Nothing.

Review 29:Warren House is out in the countryside in a beautiful setting and is spotlessly clean. We got a lovely welcome and tasty breakfast. The bed and bedding is top notch we had a lovely nights sleep.

Review 30:We cannot fault Warren House at all!

Review 31:Warren house is the perfect escape from it all, we were made to feel exceptionally welcome by owners Kate and Nick. The views are breathtaking and the only audible sounds are birdsong and bleating lambs. Spotlessly clean, wonderful attention to detail, we have already booked again for next year!

Review 32:There were no complaints at all

Review 33:This was a treat for my parents so will pass on their comments based on what they told me.... They thought the house itself was beautiful set in a stunning location with excellent walks in the local countryside. The furnishings in the room were of excellent quality as were the bathroom facilities. They were particularly impressed with the good nights sleep that they both had and the mattress was extremely comfortable!! The breakfast was very good and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. I'm sure that they would love to return if they get the chance!!

Review 34:Nothing!

Review 35:Everything. Best accommodation we have stayed in for a long time and we have stayed at 14 hotels so far this month! We travel around for a charity.

Review 36:Too far to walk to the nearest Pub but thats all

Review 37:Location was very scenic didn't know that Yorkshire was so beautiful. We felt very close to nature and chilled out straight away. Hospitality was excellent made we want to stay longer.

Review 38:In the middle of no where. Many pubs and restaurants can be found in the local area for lunch and evening meals, this is not the case you need your car at least three miles to three pubs in kettlewell you cannot walk as roads very narrow and dark and to far from warren house. Grassington is even further. Advised that there is a taxi service by local driver called Gordon but could not advise whether we would be able to book decided not to risk it as did not want to be stranded in middle of nowhere at closing time in the pub. This was a shame as the Bluebell landlord was very friendly and we would have loved to have stayed for the evening but neither my husband or I would drink and drive we stayed a while on a half larger and fruit juice but not the same when you are away for a weekend break. To us having an evening out is all part of a weekend break. Disappointed with location but this is no reflection on 'warren house .So if you like to be in the middle of nowhere with no nearby pubs or anywhere to eat then this is the place for you, you just need to make sure you have supplies for the evening as there are no shops to buy food or drink .Feel let down with location as described by booking.com first time I have had a negative comment in all the weekend breaks we have booked with this company.

Review 39:house beautiful, room small but clean. comfortable bed. En suite small and wash basin was actually in bedroom not in en suite. Breakfast ok.

Review 40:Whilst the bedroom and space was lovely, the mattress was too soft for our liking, but we appreciate this is a personal preference.

Review 41:Beautiful location and great hosts with excellent local knowledge. Delicious breakfast included and the facilities in the room were excellent as well.

Review 42:Sky telly had a mind of its own, as did wifi, but frankly this did not detract from the experience.

Review 43:Loved the whole experience, the attention to detail in an unfussy and informal way, the great food and the warm welcome.

Review 44:A very disappointing dinner at the King's Head, Kettlewell.

Review 45:The hospitality offered by Kate and Nick. Exploring the surrounding areas including thee Mulham Tarn National Reserve, the Bolton Abbey estates and Skipton. We thoroughly enjoyed evening meals at the Fountaine Inn, Linton and Red Lion Hotel, Burnsall, and warm pork pies for lunch from the Celebrated Pork Pie Establishment, Skipton.

Review 46:One room didn't have a shower (only bath) - other than that was excellent

Review 47:Really friendly staff, beautifully decorated and very comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent - overall a very enjoyable stay

Review 48:There is only one complaint (if you can call it that)it was rather noisy in the morning with the sound of walking around in the room above us (perhaps on floorboards)

Review 49:We had a very enjoyable stay at Warren House. The room was a pure delight with everything you require for your stay. Kate made us very welcome and her cooked breakfast was perfect.

Review 50:There was nothing to dislike for us.

Review 51:We loved our stay at Warren House. Beautiful location, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, great breakfast and a lovely friendly couple in Kate and Nick.

Review 52:From the first minute to leaving we enjoyed every moment of our time there, Kate looked after our every need , couldn't have asked for more, would definitely come here again.

Review 53:Very nicely furnished and decorated throughout. Kate made us so welcome and breakfast was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again! Great value.

Review 54:Leaving to come home, would have loved to stay longer but sadly work was calling.

Review 55:Everything about Warren house is excellent, the room, communal sitting room, breakfast room, shower facilities all decorated & furnished to a very high standard. Kate is the hostess with the mostest & goes the extra mile to make sure her guests are comfortable & happy.Nothing seems to be too much trouble. She does a very good full English breakfast too which sets you up for a good days walking (we did Aysgarth falls & grass wood & can recommend both). Warren House is well situated for lots of surrounding towns & villages & there are plenty of pubs within a couple of miles in all directions for evening meals out. we highly recommend & shall visit again soon!!

Review 56:We loved the location, our welcome by Nick when we arrived and our welcome from Kate at breakfast each morning. The rooms are well furnished and spotless. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to perfection the local sourced produce, you can sit and watch lots of different wild birds at the feeders, we were lucky both mornings to watch the woodpecker feeding. Our stay was set off with snow on the ground and lovely blue skies. We must return in the summer.

Review 57:Nothing here not to like

Review 58:The warmth of the couple who run this guesthouse, the views from our windows, the extremely comfy mattress on our bed, breakfasts to die for and the artistic 'scandinavian' colour scheme throughout. We will return - soon!

Review 59:nothing negative to comment

Review 60:Fantastic quiet location, truly lovely owners, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean as was the rest of the house. The wifi was excellent considering the location.

Review 61:Extremely friendly welcome from Kate who brought us a fresh flask of milk, offered to dry our wet walking gear, and directed us to potential places to eat. Small touches including a torch for walking to/from the cottage, beautifully decorated rooms, wine glasses, rugs/throws, and a full biscuit jar also added to the stay! We stayed in the family room which included extras such as the sofa and garden. We arrived in the dark and fog after travelling over the moor so only truly appreciated the location in the morning. Good, homemade breakfast with plenty of choice. We have recommended Warren House to family and would happily return again.

Review 62:There was nothing that we didn't like.

Review 63:A very warm welcome with great hospitality. Breakfast was great and set us up nicely for the day. We stayed in the suite and it was very comfortable with plenty of room.

Review 64:TV/DVD player in room difficult to get a DVD into the player. Had to ask for help to remove it as it wouldn't eject. Picture also dark which we couldn't remedy with the handsets.

Review 65:Bed, very comfortable. Warm Clean Facilities good with provision of hairdryer ( and next to a mirror hurray) and tea/coffee etc Lovely breakfast room and sitting area with TV

Review 66:One small item was the outside light shone through the blinds and the roman blinds through the night, just a little too strong as our room was on that side of the house.

Review 67:Location was great, very peaceful. Breakfast was very good as expected in the Dales. Decor and service were outstanding and we would certainly stay there again.

Review 68:Nothing. Would happily recommend Warren House.

Review 69:Beautiful location with lovely views. Very friendly welcome and owner went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Charming room, with high quality fittings and furnishings Lovely breakfast Very good value for money

Review 70:There wasnt anything to dislike!

Review 71:The location, the wonderful room, fab breakfast and Kate a brilliant hostess!.Totally faultless, would recommend Warren House!.We will be going there again, what a find!

Review 72:Absolutely nothing!

Review 73:Warren House is situated a very special location and Nick and Kate were superb hosts. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were smashing.

Review 74:Had to drive to places to eat and drink, worth the drive though!

Review 75:The owners were lovely and very helpful. The guest house is spotlessly clean, room lovely and bed very comfortable. The countryside is very picturesque. A lovely breakfast, proved to be a very enjoyable weekend break

Review 76:So well presented - clean and neat and delightful taste in décor. Good value for price. Strictly non fussy - no silly cushions or fluffy rugs etc. We would happily visit again.

Review 77:Nothing to dislike

Review 78:The accomodation, the setting, breakfast was delicious, hosts were very welcoming and friendly/helpful, wonderful views. i would strongly recommend, we had a lovely relaxing, peaceful time in wonderful accomodation.

Review 79:Beautiful property mixing old with contemporary styling. Pretty room with everything you need. Just providing that little extra than the norm. Breakfast was delicious & well presented again going the extra mile. Friendly & helpful family that we will definitely visit again.

Review 80:What's not to like?

Review 81:Comes close to perfection. Warren House is a real gem and perfectly located for touring the wonderful Yorkshire Dales. We stayed shortly after the Tour de France and it was lovely to see the enthusiasm with which the local populace had embraced this event with yellow bikes everywhere and colourful cycling shirts displayed in every village and town (even on the hillsides). Kate was a great host and proved most helpful in providing local knowledge especially on the best places to eat in the locality. The rooms well proportioned, beautifully decorated and spotless,. The bed was very comfortable and all the facilities just what you need for an enjoyable holiday break. Breakfasts were well presented and proved most satisfying. All in all a great B&B in a great location – we would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Review 82:Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They made our stay very comfortable. Wifi was available and free. Room was clean and well equipped. Excellent bathroom with bath.

Review 83:Nothing not to like

Review 84:Excellent location, quality Accomodation clean and comfortable. Friendly and informative owner. Great breakfast and extremely good value for money. Many thanks for a fantastic stay although sadly too short.....

Review 85:Kate is a true professional in all she does; she manages to cook a delicious full English breakfast in an AGA without adding any fat, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Thank you, Kate! We hope to stay with you again one day.

Review 86:Leaving!!

Review 87:We were welcomed to Warren House by our hostess Kate, a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the superior suite and it was heaven, an immaculately decorated room, very clean spacious and homely. The views from our private garden area were amazing. After an amazing nights sleep in the most comfortable bed ever we had a lovely well cooked breakfast with generous portions and great tea/coffee in the dining area. The whole place is wonderful and Kate is a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!!

Review 88:The B&B has 3 bedrooms so nice and chilled atmosphere, the owners were extremely welcoming, the double room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the room were beautiful countryside. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough, outside the breakfast room is a bird feeder where we were fortunate to see the woodpecker twice over the two days, added bonus. It was my birthday and a gift was left in the room giving the extra special touch. We ate out in two of the pubs in kettlewell over the two nights, the kings arms steak and ale pie is very tasty and big and we had sunday lunch in the racecourse pub, both lovely. There are lots of walks that can be done from warren house, we walked down to the river and got to see the kingfisher fly by. Stump cross caverns are worth a visit. West Burton has a hidden waterfall which is worth a look, take your costumes as you can swim in pool in front of waterfall, lots of other places to visit in local area as well. The nearest place to eat is 3 miles away but warren house is worth it if you want to relax in a beautiful location with brilliant owners.

Review 89:Kate was the perfect host at Warren House, she couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. The accomodation is beautiful and breakfast was yummy! Thank you

Review 90:You basically need a car to go anywhere as it is a good 10 to 15 mins in the car to reach Kettlewell, the nearest village for a meal or drink.

Review 91:Kate & Nick were ideal hosts providing an excellent service and information about the area. The room is probably the best I have ever had in a B&B with the bathroom massive. You are provided with fresh milk, not the usual UHT stuff , a jar with coffee and tea bags and quality biscuits.

Review 92:The B&B was beautiful as was the surrounding area. The owner Kate could not have been helpful and we would have had a very less joyful time if it wasny for her help and kindness.

Review 93:The only negative was that the water was only warm so we didnt get a hot shower, this is prob because other people got back before us & used it up.

Review 94:Beautiful house, lovely traditional room, comfy bed & biscuits were a bonus. The location is fab & the owner Kate made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked & really lovely.

Review 95:Just wish we could have stayed longer...1 night was not long enough!!

Review 96:Wow... what a beautiful place to stay!We recieved a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The room we stayed in was gorgeous. The decor and furnishings at the Warren House are of a very high standard. The location is stunning.Kettlewell has 3 lovely pubs where it is possible to eat and it is only a short drive away.On good day it would be lovely to walk over the hill but unfortunately it was pouring down with rain so we decided to take the car!Our breakfast was lovely, cooked using good quality local ingredients.I cannot fault anything about our stay,it was just perfect!

Review 97:couldn't fault anything

Review 98:Everything. The room was beautifully decorated, as was the en suite bathroom which was very roomy. It was more like staying at a friends house than B&B as the host was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast room and wee lounge were lovely, and we sat eating breakfast watching the wildlife out the window.

Review 99:Stunning location and views with a beautifully decorated room (I'm taking tips home with me!) Kate and Nick are lovely hosts and we cannot fault the B&B - would definitely recommend. It made the second half of our honeymoon!

Review 100:Nothing

Review 101:It's what my wife look for in a B and B. Very friendly welcome super clean room and a great Breakfast. It will be the first place we try to book when we return to the area.

Review 102:No proper shower over the bath. The walls were very thin and the people in the room next door could be heard talking clearly and moving around during the night.

Review 103:Lovely decor and comfortable bed. Friendly owners and fabulous location.

Review 104:Nothing. All great!

Review 105:Warren House is in an excellent scenic location. The room was lovely with very tasteful décor and Kate was a wonderful and friendly host. Will be back one day.

Review 106:Beautiful location, and hosts very friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous! Bed comfy, little lounge area sweet, and stunning sunset in our own little backyard! Wish we had booked more than one night. Breakfast delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Review 107:Excellent, friendly owners with great welcome.

Review 108:The rooms were beautifully decorated and wonderfully looked after. The owners were incredibly kind and provided an excellent service.
