Review 1：Quality of food and room equipment are so-so. Quite under the three-stars Austrian standard, which is maybe why they target Hungarian and Czech customers.

Review 3：Hmm, quite a lot. Stayed in the two bed apartment so that my baby could hand his own room. Such s shame that one bedroom stank of damp. Needed to move him because of the resultant coughing, even though we left the windows open etc. 50 Euro cleaning charge on top of rate (50 Euro!) - abc when we arrived rubbish from previous guests was still under the sink and the washing up had not been dried, but put away, so stagnant water in everything. While the apartment was cheap so you would expect it to be basic, things should not be broken. However, many things were. The toilet cistern was not attached to the wall and kept leaving over and spilling water on the bathroom floor (ew) The shower cubicle kept coming off it's rail The handle to the balcony door came off in my hand everyone I tried to open it. No cleaning performed all week, and also no cleaning materials to do any cleaning - really fun with a 1 year old crawling on the dirty floor trying to eat all of the crumbs etc! Apparently they change the towels 2 times a week. If you want the towels cleaned, you must leave them on the floor. Good luck trying to figure out which day this happens - so if you want your towels cleaned you must always leave them on the floor. Swimming pool is dirty. Food is passable but not good, we are elsewhere. Can't imagine being there all inclusive - would have made us very sad. We were lucky to have the option to cook in the apartment but a couple of very important things were missing. Cutting knife for vegetables and a wine bottle opener. In self catering it would be beneficial to have an oven and a washing machine. It does not. Could not make any of our complaints understood in English Not one English TV channel Probably more things, but this is as far as I remember....
