Review 1：It was very noisy. You could hear the people out in there balcony.

Review 2：We got an ocean view room. The front desk staff was very helpful she waited for us pass her working hours until we got to the hotel to check us in.

Review 3：Just wanted once or twice to make a cup of tea or similar in the room - no amenties for that - no biggie though.

Review 4：Location, amenities and super receiptionists that you could depend on to help with a bit of sightseeing. All staff were friendly.... Great air conditioning which would be a must in summer.

Review 5：Not enough international TV Channels (no CNN, no Sky...). Milk was not provided with the kettle/tea/coffee. We had to ask for extra soap a couple of times.

Review 6：This was our second stay. We chose a superior room with sea view and this was well worth the extra money. We had a fantastic bed in a tidy and spacious room with a very nice modern bathroom. We also enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony.

At time of check-out, the other lady asked me to pay extra costs. It was the worst attitude I exprienced with hotel world wide.

They explained the menu to us and we found the whole experience very rewarding and would certainly recommend the Hotel to others. The only downfall was that because we were on the front we found it a bit noisy both at night and first thing in the morning.

The hotel's restaurant is really excellent - pricier than most others in the area but you get what you pay for. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. A day trip to Aigues-Mortes is definitely worthwhile.

The view just on the beach, quiet, and you are near theSeaquarium and the wild flamingo. The food was superb and the peoplewere absolutly extraordinary. Actually we were in a convention at theCorallines /Spa Thallamasso in the Grande Motte. This hotel was terribleand I would not sugeested that to my worst enemy. We had a fire duringthe night , and we had still to pay our holidays. The food was terribleat that place. We had to go there because it was the convention hotel. Iwished we were at the Splendid instead. However we finished our trip inbeauty....Also the peole at the Splendid were super nice! And veryfriendly!!!!Good spot to go for the price.....
