Review 1：Breakfast very limited. Have to pay for more choices. Ask about extra charges for safe, air conditioning and wifi. W were not charged for these but could have been.

Review 2：Great Kokkari location, near beaches and good restaurants. We have stayed here twice and will do so again. Staff very nice.

Review 3：A persistent droning of machinery on the hotel roof made it very difficult to sleep. In addition lots of light in the room at night. No black out curtains and shutters and current window covering do thing to stop the light at night. As with most Greek hotels, pillows very hard and beds are very basic.

Review 5：Not a bad experience but the only slight grump the balcony furniture is very heavy and almost impossible to move without waking the whole town. This did happen late at night. Several other guests made the same observation.

Review 6：Good value for money. Nice smiling welcome. Room overlooking the sea. Decor quaint but very clean. Breakfast quite adequate especially for the price. Breakfast waiter happy and jolly. We were leaving on the 5pm boat back to Turkey and they very kindly let us keep the room on until 3pm at no extra charge. Pleasant pool and garden. Wifi signal not the strongest but seemed the same all over town.

Review 7：Breakfast, we went elsewhere for better breakfast a couple of times. A slightly bigger balcony would have been nice as would have blinds to block sun from the room in the mornings.

Review 8：Close to several beaches in and around Kokkari. Very clean. Good beds and air conditioned room. Small balcony. Nice pool area.

Review 10：The front desk lady (Poppy) helped out in ways I cannot explain - always attentive, friendly and accomodating and as I was under some stress during this time she helped me without hesitation. Definitely enjoyed my stay here however short with thanks to Poppy and the staff. Clean rooms, comfortable living space and lovely view over the beach at Kokkari.

Review 11：The aircondition and the frigde (normally) cost money. The breakfast was ok but not outstanding. The WiFi does not work within the guest rooms.

Review 12：Very friendly staff! Nice possibility to have a drink in the hotel owned beach club. Good location within the village, everything is reachable by feet. Clean and bright rooms. Although it was fully booked, there were no annoying noise. The WiFi worked well within the lobby.

Review 18：The Kokkari Beach hotel is well located at one end of Kokkari's main street, across the road from the beach. The hotel is comfortable and well furnished by Samos standards. They have put an unusual amount of effort into style and decor. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Review 21：The room was very nice with a lot of space and comforts. However, housecleaning could be improved (i.e. fresh towels should be provided daily and the room should be cleaned daily). It also would be more considered to their customers if the would provide a coffee maker.

Review 24：Amazing, friendly and sincere staff, amazing atmosphere, amazing location! We felt right at home were very comfortable. The hotel and pool is very well maintained. Got the sea view we requested and a lovely, cozy room. Air-condition, TV, hair dryer, Wi-Fi all worked. The beach restaurant was great and the town centre a lovely 5 mins walk away. We had complications with our travel arrangements and the staff gave 5-star service and assistance to help us get back on track. Their patience, generosity and kindness cannot be described in words. HIGHLY recommended!!
