Review 1：Disgusting room. Not cleaned in ages. Wallpapers were falling down. Carpet with patches of dirt everywhere. Rats in the air condition system. Old soap in the shower. Mold and mildew in bathroom and ceiling. Smelly. Expensive. Not worth the money at all.

Review 9：I requested for a non-smoking room, but was booked into a heavily smoking room. This impacted my health negatively and made me highly uncomfortable. Equally, the internet service was not functioning in the room throughout my stay.

Review 11：No hot water. Apparently heating has some problems but i didn' see any discounts because of it. No soap in bathroom. Shower and toilet in same place so all becomes wet. Air- co is blowing directly on bed so it is very unconfortable to use during night. Meal included was very poor. Cleanleanes of tables very bad. People smoking near you when you eat.
Review 12：The onćy thing that is good is that hallways and room has thick carpet so it is very quiet and nice feeling. Had electricity all time. Had working tv and refrigerator.
Review 13：Rhe wi-fi only worked on the second floor landing, the rooms were dark and pretty disgusting (there was even a used cigarette in our shower when we arrived), and the "complementary breakfast" was actually dinner, and consisted of some pretty gross chinese food. Also, the beds were ridiculously hard springboards.
