Review 2：Amy was so friendly and helpful, room was fantastic and all the added extras such as fresh fruit, ropes and homemade biscuits made our stay all the more special. Breakfastwas fantastic couldn't recommend it more.
Review 3：The one down side was the WiFi didn't really work in the rooms. This was not a major issue though.

Fridge in the room with water. Nice toiletries provided. Excellent shower and comfy bed. Even brollys provided to get to the breakfast room in case of rain!

Review 12：The welcome both before and on arrival. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and a great location and an extremely helpful and welcome team. Breakfast set me up for the day and was individually cooked and as with everything, of the highest standard.

Review 15：Everything had an absolutely brilliant stay. All the little touches. Flowers in the room , bowl of fresh fruit . the chocolates . A fridge . The room was magnificent thought a mistake had been made & we were in the Presidential Suite !. A couple of days before a personal phone call was made to us which was pleasant. Breakfast in the mornings was freshly made hot & very tasty . The staff all of whole were helpful & friendly . Will most definately return & would recommend. An A1 Gold Standard experiance & we have stayed in many a hotel over the years both in the UK and abroad..... one of the very best

Review 23：This bed and breakfast complex is brilliantly situated for Ripon and the Dales. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were wonderful and breakfast added enough fuel to keep us going all day. We will certainly stay there in the future if ever we have to visit the Dales again. There is also the advantage of having both the Black Sheep and Theakstons breweries with their attendant restaurants and shops just up the road at Masham.
Review 24：Over gushy staff - did not come over well as they intruded in my space and mind. They just need to be more natural and then they would seem more genuine. The breakfast was good and well cooked, but lacked taste - more salt and use lard please.
