Review 1：I found everything very good, all that I could wish for. It was very useful having a refrigerator for my insulin, as I am diabetic. The fridge was also useful for Milk, chilled drinks and other cooled items I had with me from earlier self-catering accommodation. VERY good Value. Rez was very helpful, as usual, just like last year!!

Review 3：The owner has thought of everything and all he wants is for you to have a great stay. He is a lovely guy - friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. My exec single room had a double bed, wardrobe, a fridge, wide screen TV, a fan, a clock radio with ipod dock, en-suite shower (with hand wash and shower gel), free WIFI, tea, coffee and biscuits; and little table and chair. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Nice toffees too! The guesthouse is close to the centre of South Shields and the metro system; and also to the sea.

The place is really nice, close to the beach and from a charming park, but the best part is the host who is adorable, always here for you, with the biggest smile I ever saw. And personally Ireally like his full English breakfast... Be sure to have the double room under the roof !!

The bed was comfy went to sleep very quickly. This was rated as 3 star accommodation wonder what 4 star is like as it met all my needs. I recommend it.

Review 81：Well run, easy location for transport links. Is on a main road so was noisy but only to be expected however the double glazing does keep the noise down. Room kept clean but was a bit small. Might be a bit tight for couples, no problem at all for the single traveller. Loved the fridge!
Review 82：This hotel was by far the best B&B I've ever stayed at. The location was great, about 10mins walk from the Metro station/mall and 15mins walk to the seaside. The hotel was on the main road close to shops/restaurants. The room itself was a tad small but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was so clean. Having the tea&coffee facilities in the room was great too and the breakfast in the morning was superb. Lovely stay!

Review 88：The description on the website didn't really give a good idea of the size of the room or the size of the guesthouse. There was no lounge area or a place for guests to sit and wait or have snacks as the rules said no strong odour foods in the room. It would be much nicer if there is even a small lounge. There didn't seem to be enough storage space for luggages within the room or within the premises.
