Reviews for AYANA Resort and Spa Bali
Review 1:The service we received for the cost of the accommodation and cost of food and drink was not good. We stayed in a villa and felt that everything else was over priced and we did not receive good service.
Review 2:The location and view was amazing. Our Villa was lovely.
Review 3:No hair dryer or iron in the room. Must have been misplaced. They also left our luggage outside by the lobby all day after checking out instead of putting it in the secure room.
Review 4:The pools and facilities were amazing. But what I lived was that they knew our names almost everywhere we went which I hadn't experienced at a resort of that scale before.
Review 5:We got room upgraded to Villa.Ayana truly selling 'experience' to their guest. The butler 'Agus' arranged flower, cake, birthday card, and a very nice rose petal set up in the room as I told him I would like to do something for my friend's birthday in Bali. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, beautiful enviroment, stunning sunset...made it a wonderful stay!!!
Review 6:The facilities in Club room seem to be a little bit old. All staff can speak English but misunderstanding still happened sometimes
Review 7:The environment is amazing with Garden view everywhere. We live in Vila at the last day that is perfect with a large bathroom and living area. Staff is nice and efficiency in dealing with problems
Review 8:How outrageously expensive everything is and how they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. 1,000,000 rupiah for wifi ? Are you kidding me??? Also, the rock bar was very disappointing. They have a dress code to get in that is not enforced and they let absolutely everyone in so it has become a zoo. If you enjoy drinking a $20 martini next to a mother breastfeeding, smelly backpackers not ordering anything, grandmothers and Chinese families pushing you out of the way to see the sunset please go to the rock bar.
Review 9:The swimming pools, the grounds, the views, the room. Amazing.
Review 10:The Fact that Breakfast is not included in the rates and very expensive to buy at the resort. Entry staff at the Rock bar is not very friendly, with too many don'ts
Review 11:the overall location & feel of this Property
Review 12:No free wifi (and 200k rpes a day for average speed not good) Food overpriced, good but not excellent.
Review 13:Excellent setting, and pools Rock bar and ocean pool views amazing Excellent spa Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Good selection of restaurants
Review 14:Phone in the room kept ringing for no particular reason. Breakfast is a hit and miss although the general quality is good.
Review 15:Beautiful resort, great room, polite staff, gorgeous bars with super sunset views.
Review 16:Phone signals were poor also with wifi. But didn't really bother bcuz we were busy enjoying the property.
Review 17:Amaaaazing hotel! Everything was wonderful! Will come back soon!
Review 18:What an amazing place - didn't want to leave and felt really special to be staying there! The location, the service and the beauty of the place are simply incredible. Superb attention to details - I particularly liked the contrast of the modern Rimba and more traditional Ayana Resort and Spa, as well as the breathtaking views from the cliffs, perfect to watch the sunset or to practice yoga in the morning. Another place not to miss is the legendary Rock Bar (yes, I even bought the t-shirt:))
Review 19:No free internet in the room !!!!!???????
Review 20:Very positive helpful smily staff ;; they can recognize you anywhere in the hotel in the swimming pool resturqnt or a bar ;;they will call you by your name
Review 21:Was disturbed by the noise of neighbours for most of the nights while we were there, even after a complain was made to the reception. Safe box didn't work well, wifi connection was super expensive, lobby was constantly packed. Rock bar was a big disappointment - service was terrible.
Review 22:Hotel is located in a beautiful place. Loved the private beach, swimming pool and 2 of the restaurants (Kirsik seafood and Sami-Sami).
Review 23:I booked double bed but they gave us a twin bed because double bed room is all booked ;;; they just said sorry... ;; that was all;
Review 24:after check out I could use the pool and shower room. that was good
Review 25:Spa was disappointing too rushed for my liking.
Review 26:Beautiful location overlooking the Indian Ocean. Almost 200 acres of lush flowered grounds. Stayed on club floor which provided light meals and drink. Last night in a villa with private pool was pure luxury. Overall service was top notch.
Review 27:Wifi wasn't free. My toilet didn't flush properly.... which I was surprised about considering the high standards of everything else. But it was sorted out everytime I pointed it out..throughout my stay. Also, the hotel location was a little bit far away from the main gate i.e not exactly a walking distance , and also definitely need a car/taxi ride to get into town. The Kura Kura bus charges almost same as a taxi ride to get to town, but takes twice as long.....maybe a complimentary shuttle to the city centre will be a useful addition....there is a free shuttle to the Bali collection I think.not sure ...
Review 28:The staff....all very friendly, welcoming and helpful and speak relatively good English plus you get a refreshing cold complimentary welcome drink when you check in and a lot of welcoming Balinese greetings. Yunis, the client relationship mgr was especially very hands on throughout my stay.... My room was very very clean. The most popular bar in the region was within the hotel and guests get priority access into it... It's a very nice bar with lovely cliff views!! Lots to do including multiple dining options and multiple swimming pools within the hotel and free shuttle service to Rimba hotel to do even more....!
Review 29:They knew I was coming. Why did they not have the key ready? Well, for a start they, without my permission, used my credit card. I paid in cash and it went on, and on, ang, yes, on. We went there to use their water spa. Not open till noon. No poolside smoking. Why? Lumpy pillows. Hmmmm. No eggs Benedict on breakfast a la carte menu. But on room service menu. No notification that we were not entitled to "free fetch it yourself breakfast." Go back? No.
Review 30:Good mattresses
Review 31:The drinks at the Rock bar were really expensive, paying a premium to sit in a beautiful site. The traffic was horrendous, poor road infrastructure and road discipline virtually non existent, so allow plenty of time for any journey outside the hotel especially to get to the airport which took 90mins for a 5k journey
Review 32:Beautiful resort hotel with lots of attention to detail. Pretty expensive but felt worth it.
Review 33:My only negative would be that there is nothing to do in that particular area, however, I didn't actually want to leave the resort.
Review 34:Everything was beautifully maintained, you could smell the flowers everywhere, beautiful pools and outlook and the staff were exceptional. I felt like I was on honeymoon!!
Review 35:On my honeymoon the service is outstanding they really know how to look after their gusset and they never say no and always take the extra mail. Good in general is really good a lot of options. I haven't left the resort for 3 days you have evening you need in beautiful place. A big thanks to Mr hendra for looking after us
Review 36:It would be nice to have wi-fi available in the guest room.
Review 37:The hotel property was gorgeous and extremely well maintained. The staff was very lovely, always smiling and made sure that we were comfortable.
Review 38:Felt a little too much like Disneyland (family resort) vs. honeymoon retreat. Further away from other parts of Bali than the map would make it seem. It was also a turnoff that they tried to upsell us vs. complimentary upgrade (very B-league, not something I expect from a 5-star resort).
Review 39:Amazing property with stunning views of the sunset from all parts, not just Rockbar (though it's still incredible!). Highly recommend the Club level - accompanying food and drinks were very nice, as was being able to jump to the front of line at Rockbar! Private beach was a great escape too.
Review 40:Pillows in the bedrooms were way to hard for our liking. Traffic was really bad outside the resort. No beach at the resort to bathe on or swim
Review 41:Very relaxing and great views.
Review 42:This is the best resort I've visited! As soon as you enter the main gate, the scent of flower is everywhere to go with the beautiful scenery in the resort. The staff are always smiling and being so helpful. Hotel room is really cozy and having such a nice view. One of the best is to enjoy the sunset by the Rock Bar and swimming pool. Me and my friends are all satisfied with our staying with Ayana!
Review 43:We can't swim in the beach. The pillow was very uncomfortable. The spa, the technique was great but lack of details such as no Toilet inside the spa room, no cold compress for the eyes patch, no bolster for the feet. The spa room and common area just normal compare to the other hotels. The coffee shop of the hotel is not by the cliff. Only the villas resident can enjoy it.
Review 44:I like the swimming pool and kids club activities. The location is great.
Review 45:The bars, spa and restaurants at Ayana are quite expensive in comparison to other resorts of this caliber in Bali. It is most certainly attracting a wealthy clientele from China, Korea and Japan, which means it was exceptionally busy all of the time (October 2015 visit). Next time I think we would stay at Rimba the more relaxed and slightly more affordable sister resort.
Review 46:The choice, service and location is absolutely perfect. There is so much to do at Ayana that you would not need to leave the resort for anything at all, and with the sister resort on site Rimba - there is even more choice now.
Review 47:Food and beverage prices are high. No free wifi in the rooms. Can be a bit boring after 8pm.
Review 48:Club room staff is friendly and resourceful. Thank you Juli and Adi, you made our honeymoon special.
Review 49:It's a bit isolated meaning that to get out is expensive and a bit of a mission. The food was good but had we been there more than a few days it would have become tiring also it wasn't cheap. The spa was also great but pricy.
Review 50:Grounds and landscaping were great, likewise the room was lovely. (except that there was no balcony light, odd)
Review 51:A bit pricey when talking value for money no free wifi in the rooms which is weird for the price you pay
Review 52:A spacious, beautiful, and stunning resort on the cliffs of Jimbaran...breakfast is amazing with various asian and american selections and in general there is a huge variety of food and restaurants to choose from...staff is so helpful and cheerful and make you feel special
Review 53:The breakfast was terrible. Overpriced, cold and service was poor. Also no free WIFI in room which is ridiculous given the price you pay to stay in this resort.
Review 54:Beautiful resort in a stunning location. Loved the seafood barbecue at Kisik Restaurant, cocktails at Rock Bar and access to the beautiful Kuba beach. Great facilities for kids too.
Review 55:Very big hotel and therefore lots of families and groups. I would not really suggest it for a honeymoon (at least not in one of the usual guest rooms).
Review 56:Very good breakfast with food from all over the world. The Rock Bar is fabulous but quite pricy. Kisik Grill has superb BBQ.
Review 57:Ayana Resort deserves 12 stars out of 10. We had an absolutely perfect honeymoon here. We took a lot of day trips to see the island, but we would have also been content just hanging out at the resort all day for the entire week. The staff was very accommodating, the food was delicious, and the property was maintained to perfection!!
Review 58:The bed is too hard and high for me. No wifi in the room??? unbelievable!
Review 59:Love the atmosphere, the pool, the foods!! the staffs soooo kind. Love to be back here again soon!!
Review 60:Nothing bad at all!
Review 61:Amazing 5 * hotel! staff are lovely and so helpful. Restaurants all fab, book before you arrive especially Rock bar for sunset. Massive resort. Be sure to go to Rimba for the day too and get a taxi to Jimberan beach for seafood on the beach. Max 3 days for us personally (honeymoon, no kids!) as very 'resort' focused. Also we got upgraded to a suite which was a massive bonus!
Review 62:Rock bar was a little overrated. Need a cab to get out of the resort and to the town. Facilities were crowded with many guests.
Review 63:Great service and helpful staff. Clean sheets and spacious room. Comfortable beds.
Review 64:wi-fi should be free and accessible everywhere, it's not good that such a 5stars resort has no internet in the rooms free of charge (we're in 2015!!). it's a pity that you need to pay for everything you do...especially when you talk about golf and tennis fields, it should be complementary as the rate of the room is not cheap!
Review 65:staff was absolutely super-kind, the resort was stunning. kubu beach is the best beach we have been to in Bali: the water had a wonderful color and I could bathe without worrying of the corals or the dirty ocean... Cannot understand why I read negative opinions about it
Review 66:Breakfast not included Seems majority of the rooms are Garden view only. For this price there are many other resorts you can stay in that will have an incredible seaview. TV didnt work Shower kept on flooding with water. > this wasn't fixed after letting reception know. Wifi is not free which is unacceptable on the price per room. Due to the size of the resort you have to queue for everything. All restaurants and especially the rock bar were way over priced. There are way better more reasonably priced resorts in bali. It was our honeymoon and most of the other resorts gave us a cake or something to make us feel special we had chosen their hotel for our honeymoon. In the future I would recommend this for your guests.
Review 67:Rooms were very neat and tidy. Views of the beach are incredible. For us this would definitely be a 1 off stay. It was great to experience one of the most photogenic and renowned places in Bali, For this amount of money there are way better resorts out there.
Review 68:check-in took long time since the room wasn't ready yet, the rooms need renovation especially the bathroom, waiting for the funicular to reach the infinity pool was a bit annoying as we had to wait in same queue for long time with people who wanted to go to rock bar, the breakfast had large variety to choose from however the taste of the food was not as we expected
Review 69:the facilities were amazing, especially the infinity pool by the ocean and rock bar, we were given late check-out as we requested
Review 70:No wifi , room was not cleaned despite being out of our room from 8:30 to 15:00, rooms looking old, no priority given at Rock Bar.
Review 71:Beautiful property, friendly staff, amazing views
Review 72:The resort grounds and view are stunning. I was a little disappointed with the "Ocean" view from the initial room allocated and I am very grateful for the upgrade to a villa provided. I loved it! All rooms and the outdoor areas were luxurious and comfortable. Love the rock bar. Breakfast so:so. I'm a definite convert to villas. Staff were mostly lovely and helpful- particularly the butlers and Ana.
Review 73:For the price I paid for the Club Room, I had expected free wifi in the room. This was not so. Free wifi was only available in common areas. The price of food and drinks was rather steep. I had expected a better spread of food at the Club Lounge. The resort was full of rowdy package tour guests from China who talked loudly and did not know how to queue at the Padi Restaurant during breakfast. There were too few cabanas at the Ocean Pool and some guests were hoarding the cabanas for hours. Rock Bar was overrated. Non hotel guests were allowed in and the priority queue for guests was long as a result and so was the queue for the funicular.
Review 74:The resort was located in an exclusively secluded area of Jimbaran Bay with its own private beach, Kubu Beach. The Ocean Swimming Pool was interesting and a good place to view sunset. Dinner at Kisik Restaurant was a romantic affair. The staff were exceedingly helpful and made guests feel very welcome. I stayed at the Club Room where we had access to the Club Lounge with all day snacks and drinks.
Review 75:staff spoke poor english and were coming back for room service every 5 minutes. room service food was not the best for sure. we had to pay for wifi, seriously!
Review 76:location by the ocean, Rock bar was awesome
Review 77:Breakfast was a bit of a let down, firstly it's expensive (the whole place is expensive compared to the rest of bali) and secondly It just wasn't that tasty. I've had better at other resorts in Bali and it's been free there. you have to pay for wifi and its rediculously expensive. Considering what you pay per night here, I think it's a bit of a cheek. We were told that we could have free wifi after they mixed up our booking and when we asked for it they tried to not give it to us... Took some convincing. When we did get it, it didn't work properly. Also location isn't great in terms of trying to go anywhere out of the resort, you are kind of trapped there... Which means you buy everything there... Which then means your bill at the end is a shock. It's expensive compared to anywhere else in Bali.
Review 78:Facilities are amazing, choice of beautiful pools to swim in or the private beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any one of them.
Review 79:We didn't like that we had to pay for wifi in the room especially for what we had to pay for 1 night didn't seem fair. Also you have to pay for the tv channels which is also unfair.
Review 80:The beds were amazing so comfortable! Massive choice of food at buffet really good. All faculties were immaculate
Review 81:We chose Ayana because it is known as one of the best in Asia and everything was absolutely perfect. We have booked a Club Room which grants you access to the Club Lounge, an exclusive area where you are treated by your name which gives you a VIP feeling. We arrived much earlier than the official checkin time but even so we could access the Lounge and start enjoying all the structure right after arrival! The resort is huge so we didn't bother going outside of it and just explored it entirely, with its private beach, spa, pools (Ocean Pool in Ayana and River Pool in the Villas are the best), etc. Last but not least, because it was my wife's birthday we were given a delicious birthday cake and the best seats in the Rock Bar, making it my wife's best birthday celebration so far!
Review 82:Cost. Very overrated. Felt rapped by location. Cost of taxi journey more than makes up for mark ups. IR 220,000 for a glass of mediocre wine? IR 100,000 for a Bintang?
Review 83:Beautiful resort but there are so many similar for less
Review 84:It was difficult to get in and out of the pool at the villa as the steps were to high and to far apart and there was nothing to hold on to to help you out or in. Not disabled person friendly no ramps to many steps.
Review 85:All staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us. My daughter and I came to attend a wedding at Ayana and it was magical. We can't thank the staff enough for everything
Review 86:Overall found the hotel over priced and under serviced...food was average, up to 40 min wAit for kids meals, restaurants fully booked but empty at 6pm and unable to utilise...room cleaning came after 3pm two days. Complementary smoked salmon canapé was left in room for 3 days. Staff were all very friendly but unfortunately service poor! Facilities tired and whole place needs an overhaul for the price we were all seriously disappointed!
Review 87:Kids club good, staff all very friendly
Review 88:Isolated location far from city jimbaran.impossible to go out without a taxi from the resort.food is very expensive as well as drinks. You are therefore obliged to consume there at prohibitive rates.even internet is expensive not free and breakfast not included.
Review 89:Wonderful gardens and view. Friendly personnel. Outstanding possibilities with a lot of money.
Review 90:The location, hotel suite and staff were all beautiful! Everyone was overwhelmingly nice and I had the most wonderful experience! Will definitely be heading back as soon as I can!
Review 91:Everything was great, however if you ask, for this value of money it would be nice to have free wi-fi.
Review 92:Everything was great! Management, Facilities, comfort... Poools are amazing! Manager Anna and guys in Dava restaurant made my birthday very special! Many thanks! :)
Review 93:overpriced. Many steps make difficult for elderly and families with children.
Review 94:Facilities well thought out. A bit for everyone. Room good. Views great. Staff good
Review 95:We were 2 couples travelling together for our 40th Birthday's. When we arrived we were told that we could not have the two rooms we had requested next to one another. We were also told that one couple were to sleep on single beds. After much complaining we were assigned 2 rooms opposite one another and were told that we would be able to move one couple the next morning to two rooms with king beds next to each other...... Called to make the room change as we were advised we could the previous day and was then told that one of the king rooms would only have a queen bed in it. I cannot believe the way this situation was handled. I have stayed at many hotels and have never received such bad service. This was supposed to be a special trip for us all and we were all left with a bed taste in our mouth. We would never book there again
Review 96:No free wifi in the room, and even if purchased, still quite slow.
Review 97:The rock bar clearly adds color to the stay. Breakfast is delicious but the Japanese restaurant might fall below your expectations. The two infinity pools are fun, not crowded. Beautiful and romantic place to be with the loved ones.
Review 98:Spa treatments weren't up to the standards of everything else.
Review 99:Beautifully designed, modern and traditional decor. Great amenities, gourmet Indo-fusion food and several other restaurant choices on property. Beautiful pool settings. Impeccable, 5-star service. Fave place in Bali.
Review 100:The hotel is away from the centre of Kuta so we had to get a taxi each day's to go out. The spa was overpriced.
Review 101:The Rock bar is a bonus. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. They ran out of bacon one day at breakfast so we were only charged 50% and the manager personally apologised to us later that day when we were by the pool.
Review 102:Had to pay for wifi in rooms $20 USD/day despite high cost ofresort. Many restaurant options but all incredibly overpriced as well asoverpriced drinks. Recommend only staying here if you budget for plentyof extra to spend on food and drinks. We left the hotel for most meals -go to Cuca in Jimbaran - incredible!!
Review 103:Beautiful resort grounds. Lovely rooms, clean, wonderful staff.
Review 104:Nothing!!!
Review 105:We both thank everyone at the Ayana and Rimba for such a fantastic time. The facilities were amazing as was the service and the staff themselves. Thank you all !!
Review 106:The free wifi connection was quite poor, unless you paid for the wifi.
Review 107:The resort was beautiful and the staffs there were friendly and polite. Food were amazing at Sami Sami Restaurant. Rock Bar was absolutely amazing!
Review 108:Our room was musty, with worn, dirty furniture. In addition to our room being costly up front, food and drinks at the resort are unbelievably expensive, and of course there is nothing close enough to walk to as an alternative. We stayed here for a wedding, but would never choose this place again. I can't caution potential guests strongly enough about how unpleasant this place is. You feel as though you're being taken for all you're worth every minute that you're there.
Review 109:The grounds are lovely, though they are far from Jimbaran beach or anything else.
Review 110:Not a thing! This was the most spectacular place we have ever stayed!
Review 111:Everything - the service was outstanding! We had a flight home toAustralia at midnight the day of check out. Not a problem - we weregiven late check out and continued access to all resort facilitiesincluding the Club Lounge for the complimentary food and drinksthroughout the entire day and showers at the spa to freshen up beforeheading to the airport...AMAZING!!!!
Review 112:there is nothing to write here
Review 113:best staff I've ever, perfect room service, they have facilities I've never heard of. they treat as if you are the only guest they have. they are very welcoming. although the famous Rock Bar is in the hotel with you have priority access. You can enjoy the sunset in the infinity pool.
Review 114:Rooms need to be soundproofed and modernized. Had issues with various things not working and plumbing noises waking us up in middle of the night. Food was so so. And nothing is within walking distance outwith the resort. Wifi should be free in the rooms.
Review 115:The rock bar and infintiy pools were stunning. The resort itself is a spectacle and interesting to wander around. The spa facilities and yoga classes were great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The sister hotel Rimba was modern and chic and a free tram service is provided between locations and the beach.
Review 116:Hmm, the bad thing is there is no free wifi ... and 3G is kind of bad here.. and also the bed was squeaky at the slightest movement (eg: getting off and getting on) which slightly disturbed sleep..
Review 117:prompt email replies and giving us a beautiful balcony view. Beautiful well kept grounds, gorgeous views of the sea and sky, the weather was fantastic while we were there. Being able to secure a great spot at the rock bar and seeing the sun drop into the sea was amazing :) its everything you want in a resort. we went exploring the whole resort using the shuttle tram ! we stayed at the club room and there is free flow drinks (beer/wine/cocktails etc) and 5 meals daily, although the spread is not large, but it is sufficient and yummy enough for us. Service was great and friendly as well, the balinese hospitality :) my boyfriend arranged a romantic dinner ...and it definitely left a huge impact ! Haha .. Kind of regret making Ayana my first resort stay in Bali because the beauty, views and service of this resort would be hard to match !!!! I would definitely return ..
Review 118:food was very disappointing, stayed in a Club Room and the meals were lacklustre, not particularly fresh, tasty or good quality
Review 119:staff are excellent and friendly, loved the Rock Bar and pool
Review 120:Everything was fantastic, though I think that a luxury resort like that should have FREE WiFi around the property for the guests.
Review 121:The Ocean Pool and RockBar were sensational, memories for life. Go early in the morning to get a great cabana. I had booked a Club Level room which included access to the Club Lounge that provided great food and drinks, certainly a bonus! The grounds and rooms are immaculate and I would definitely book here again. Kudos to all the staff in every area of the hotel; attentive, courteous and accomodating. It is pure bliss...
Review 122:Alcohol is very expensive. Roof leaked in big storm and air condition was a bit faulty towards end of the stay. Everything else was so exceptional we didn't care..
Review 123:The place was amazing.. Staff were all so helpful..exceptional facilities and spa. The rock bar rocks!! The villa was heaven especially the private plunge pool.
Review 124:Nothing
Review 125:Nice staffs and great service . Also , the sunset in front of rock bar was mazing. In addition, there is variety in restaurants in the resort.
Review 126:Incredibly slow internet, which is actually not even free of charge Prices in the bars and restaurants a bit overpriced (similar prices as in Singapore, for example) No beach at the resort directly (need to go by shuttle)
Review 127:The locations is great Amazing selection for breakfast buffet Large resort with huge variety of activities Amazingly polite staff - always ready to help
Review 128:You pay so much for a hotel and they don't even provide you with free Internet. It's like an insult to it's customers as they have all the necessary infrastructure. The meal prices in the restaurants are OK, but the drink prices almost match the meal prices. That's ridiculous.
Review 129:The location is somewhat exclusive and you receive a very warm welcome.
Review 130:Not good value for money. Very expensive compared to other hotels. Ridiculous prices at Rock Bar. No free wifi in rooms. Noisy rooms in big blocks. Resort out of town so you have to get a taxi to go anywhere interesting. Free shuttle to Nusa Dua takes you to awful tourist trap shopping mall.
Review 131:Great setting of pool on rocks, Rock Bar and Kisik restaurant. Polite staff. Very clean. Beautiful private beach. If you like big resorts with everything on site, then it is a good choice. We prefer smaller hotels where you can walk into town and experience the country...this resort could be anywhere in the world!
Review 132:Bad connection inside the room and you have to pay for the wifi when other hotels gave it for free as a standard hotel service, even the low budget hotels.
Review 133:The Rock Bar and the pool were amazing.
Review 134:Too less days and nites here. I will upgrade myself to villa for whole week next year.
Review 135:Considerate staff Warming atmosphere Best spa and massage Optimal hotel in this island
Review 136:The butler did not describe how to use phone. we could call the reception for emergency on the evening. there were some noise from insects on the evening on the room. we could not sleep very well.
Review 137:Amazing hotel. we liked the private swimming pool. the nature . we liked everything.
Review 138:Honestly one of the best stays we have ever had. Treated like royalty. Food was amazing. The resort is absolutely beautiful, especially the pools. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Review 139:THE ONLY DOWN FALL (IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT) IS THAT IT IS A LITTLE ISOLATED FROM GREAT SHOPPING AND NIGHT LIFE
Review 140:IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOMMODATION WHICH IS LUXURIOUS AND THE SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF IS SECOND TO NONE, THEN STAY AT AYANA!
The Fine Print
