Review 1：It would be good to have a one page of information in the room like local taxi phone number, train times (its sometimes a long wait at Palmers Green) and phone number of owner.
Review 2：Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Spacious and quiet. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Review 6：I have stayed in many hotels / B&Bs - 287 Green Lanes by far is top of my list. The owners are very welcoming. The room was immaculate, very 'homely' feel to it. It was quiet and having a key to the front door, carpeted stairs leading to my room, quietness and immaculate presentation, felt like a real 'home from home'. Will definitely stay here again.
Review 7：The water in the shower didn't get hot despite pulling the shower cord up and down several times and trying all the buttons in the shower. Couldn't find a hair-dryer in the room.

Review 14：That is one seriously tight bathroom. I'm impressed they managed to get a toilet, sink and shower into that space but it does make things difficult. Wouldn't hurt to have a surface to put my toiletries on or hang from.
Review 15：The owners were both absolutely wonderful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful and helped the unitiated figure out how to get around with public transportation. By the way, they have a Turkish restaurant across the street from them that is awesome in price, quality and service. The locals are really nice too.
Review 16：There wasn't a mirror in the bed room which we ladies like to have when doing our hair. I did mention it to the owner and he said he would bear that in mind.

Nothing too much trouble for the owners who are a lovely couple.There were tea/coffee making facilities which were topped up daily aswell as snack biscuits. This is a guest house with no breakfast but knew this when i booked, but there are quite a few places nearby to eat.

Review 20：Not only was the room at a very high standard for the valued price, Niel and Siobhan were very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean, the shower is high quality and there was more than adequate beverages and biscuits for our short stay.

Review 37：Main road location does take a little getting used to if you're a light sleeper. From a business point of view, it would be nice to be able to reclaim vat but this is a starting business and understandably they aren't at the vat threshold right now.
