Review 1：Excellent views from either side of the Hotel and Pool/bar area perfect for a days relaxing. Great hotel for a week away in the sun. Also the Akron Bar/restaraunt on the beach which is run by the hotel serves good food and a nice place to spend the evening.

Review 2：There's a funny smell all around the hotel. The bathroom of the room was not comfortable. Breakfast items never changed throughout our stay.

Review 6：This hotel is an overpriced joke.Location:The public beach is the WORST in Corfu. All tourists from Paleokastritsa go there but the beach is very small and overcrowded and you won't be able to find a beach bed there (if you do it's 5 euro each). Morever, they have TWO PIERS projecting from the centre of this small beach into the sea for two different boat operators which are very busy. It's just impossible to swim there. We had to drive 40 minutes every day to other beaches in Corfu.The private beach for hotel guests only, "rock beach" as they call it, is another joke. The hotel is on top of a mountain so to reach either of the beaches you have to go downhill. The rock beach has a very steep and slippery steps without railings in some places. It's not just dangerous but looks very ugly too - as if they started to build it 20 years ago but never finished - they just carelessly poured concrete on the rocks everywhere. It doesn't have many sunbeds either. But you won't be able to swim there ANYWAY because there is no swimming area separated with buoys or anything. And the sea is very busy in this area with hired boats driven by inexperienced tourists who go very closely to the pier (because there are no buoys at all to warn them!)Food:As many reviewers have already noticed they would serve the worst food you have eaten in years. This still remains true in 2015 even after many years of complaints! Breakfast: One day they serve only omelette (of disgusting taste) and you have to ask for fried eggs (with the yolks always overcooked), the other day it's the opposite. Moreover, they arrange food on a small table in such a way that there are always queues in the morning where you have to stay for 5-10 minutes. Eg. two coffee machines (making coffee of disgusting taste) located in the very corner, so only one can actually be used thus the queues!

Review 8：- if the night is silent you can hear the hotel crying for renovation, - unpleasant smell in the bathroom, - low variety of food for brekfast, same things everyday (during our seven day stay not even once had watermelon or grapes been served), - if you try to eat something outdoor you will likely quickly find yourself in the company of local wasps [August] - relatively small pool, - You can use sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach free of charge only if you buy something at the beach bar.

Review 9：- situated on the cliff, excellent view out of the windows, - neatly situated sunbeds on the cliffside with great view and a lot of silence - many beautiful coves nearby, - good lunch and drinks in the bar at the pool, - a variety restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

Review 12：The hotel is in a beautiful location, fantastic views and such a pretty place. Fantastic pool with plenty of sun beds, we never struggled to find a space. Great access to the sea to do a bit of snorkelling off the rocks or steps down to the beach. Rooms were new, clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and very willing to help. Nice enough breakfast, good poolside snacks and drinks. Glad we stayed B&B as there are so many fantastic restaurants nearby.

Review 13：Live music each evening was a bit repetitive and aimed more at older clientele (would say more for 60+ age group), didn't eat in resteraunt at night due to poor reviews so why not improve this area? We loved the Hotel and will probably return in the future.

Review 29：Right on the beach. Beautiful views from both sides of the building, either a harbour view or a view of the beach cove. Room spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpfull. We hired a car and were able to see a lot of the island attractions from here.

Review 30：The only downfall was a night the hotel corridor was quiet noisy and our door rattled everytime our neighbours closed there door or walked past our room. It was quite annoying.

Review 39：Beautiful view from the hotel. Pool is fantastic and overlooks the sea. Room was great except not loads of storage space for two people. Staff friendly but not all spoke great English so sometimes things were lost in translation. Evening food was cheap and convenient. €13 for three course dinner but quality of food not always great. I would have been disappointed if I had paid half board so had to eat there every night!however it was fine for the odd night and there is a Brilliant selection of local restaurants very close by. Nereids and Akron particularly excellent. Good little shop in hotel that was cheaper than most local shops outer the hotel. Conveniently near bus stop that takes you directly to Corfu town for only €2.30 pp

Review 40：Aldough wi fi had strong signal, everywhere in the hotel, the internet connectin remained slow at all the times, maybe because everybody was using it. Also the beach is not the ideal, rocky instead of sandy.

Review 41：Great hotel. Actually it was our second hollyday at this hotel. Nice quiet nights, and no light pollution, we could even stare at the wonderful skyes and see the Milky Way every night, and sleep on the sound of the waves of the sea.

Review 42：The bed was rock hard. The whole hotel is really tired and really needs a facelift. And the people that work at this hotel are really in need of an attitude adjustment. Everyone except one woman who seems to run the show during the day is completely lacking warmth and charm. This may have been four stars when it opened, 30 or so years ago, but nothing has been done to maintain the hotel or the four star status. It is so not worth the price tag.

Review 43：Views - they really are amazing. The beach it's near was good as was the balcony. Contrary to other reviews we'd read the breakfast was acceptable but absolutely not 4 stars.
