Review 1：a very helpful and friendly welcome. very clean throughout. room was small, but functional, nice tv, clean bathroom, nice shower. parking wasnt a problem.

The notes provided said we could use the garden however we had no idea how to get to it. No worries though as we were out everyday. Warning the bathroom is tight but the shower is really good.

I needed to extend my stay, asked them on Sat, reply I'll check and let you know asap, nothing on Sat, I'm chasing them on Sunday, finding out from the cleaning lady on Monday that my room is booked. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Review 28：The place is clean, has TV, fridge, blow dryer is each room. I had single room first, it is so tiny it is rediculous. Triple room is nearly the same price and is much better. Towels are provided. Think this is a best budget accommodation without going for a dorm. Free WiFi.

Review 31：Easy 5-10 min walk to Silver Street station, from there it's easy to get into Liverpool St Station and onto the Underground. There is a Lidl supermarket near Silver Street station. Room, kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean and everything worked. Had all we needed. Maggie is friendly, helpful and a good communicator. Other reviewers have written about the surrounding area being rough, well, we weren't out after dark but I found the local people were just fine.

It is just a normal terrace house that has been transfered to a b&b with no visable sign that it is a b&b (no sign) but the residential area is very quiet. 10 min walk to the train station. Will definitely stay there again!

For any damage caused by them, guests will be charged an adequate amount.Guests wanting to check-in after 22:00 are asked to contact the property prior to arrival, an extra charge of GBP 20 will be incurred for this service.The late check-in is available only from 22:00 until 02:30.All reservations need to provide name/surname of each guest who will stay at the property. All the guests need to provided ID on arrival. Failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.Guests will be refunded within 14 working days of cancellation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
