Review 1：we are staying in junior suite but the bathroom is small and similar those hostel bathroom. Its nothing compare with those in the photos

Review 10：Classy, elegant, comfortable, welcoming - and white! Beautiful pool, stunning location and views. Well located just prior to / adjacent the paved promenade walk through the boutique shops and restaurants. Staff made us feel relaxed from the very moment we arrived to the time we had to depart. Will be back one day!

Review 11：We stayed at Canaves Oia Suites for the first part of our honeymoon - and it was the perfect place! We took the ferry to Santorini and got from the port to the hotel by using Santorini Transfer. Oia is about a 20-minute drive from Fira. The hotel is located right at the beginning of the Pedestrian walkway, which leads you by shops and restaurants towards the edge of the island where everyone goes to watch the sunsets (that walk takes about 10-15 minutes and is very pleasant because you have gorgeous views!). Our hotel room was spacious, comfortable, clean. We had a balcony with a jacuzzi and panoramic view of the caldera. It is a little pricey...we never ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner because it seemed like it wasn't worth it. But the hotel breakfast at the poolside restaurant was great!! It was a good start to every morning, and they can even bring some breakfast items to your room for no extra charge if you call. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the bus station, so it was easy when we wanted to catch the bus to Fira for an afternoon. It might be annoying to walk from the bus station to the hotel with your suitcase on those roads if you are planning to take the bus from the port though. The staff was very nice and really helpful, gave us some good restaurant recommendations. This place set the bar really high for the rest of our trip!

Review 12：When we got there we realized there's CANAVES Oia and the CANAVES Oia Suites. They are in separate locations...about a 4-5 block walk. It was a bit annoying to have to walk to the Oia suites for dining and their full service pool area. There was a pool in the CANAVES Oia area, but much smaller and with limited service and staffing. Having to walk over everyday kinda made us feel like the ugly step children...if we go back, we would stay at the suites for this reason. Can't see the sunset from the hotel, have to take a 15 mins walk into the town to see it. Also, our room smelled of mildew. That was a bummer.

Review 13：Beautiful location overlooking the caldera. Perfect honeymoon spot. Most rooms have a private outdoor jacuzzi. Impeccable service and excellent food (not super authentic, but good) Staff super helpful!

Review 14：When I booked this hotel it was one of the expensive hotels in Oia and rated as 5 stars hotel, so I was expecting a certain level of facilities in the room. No coffee or tea facilities, very limited TV Chanels, no CD/DVD player, no shelf even in the bathroom to put the towels, no room cleaning in the middle of the day, very smal safe that can store only a small pocket, .... Etc. I think may be this is the level of 5 stars hotels in Santorini. So don't expect value for your money.

Review 15：It's a nice and clean hotel with amazing view. The staff are helpfull. When we arrived they offered us an upgrade. When we complained about the upgrade room as it was not in the level of 5 stars hotel they offered us higher upgrade to suite with private outdoor Jacusi.

Review 19：The staff were excellent and very accomodating. The hotel is beautiful and while you could choose to spend the day relaxing its also well positioned near restaurants and shops. A great place to enjoy the sunset!

Review 20：Very expensive. Expected more for the money. Minimal decorating, hardbed, steep steps to access basement bedroom. Food was so-so. Had a badmeal that everyone disliked. They charged us anyway. Never ate thereagain. Heard the same from another couple staying there.

Review 22：Canaves Oia is a little slice of heaven on earth. I've wanted to visit Santorini all my life and now I finally have. The hotel is perched right on the cliffs and the rooms are build into a mountain. The architecture of the hotel is exquisite. They recently revamped the entire hotel and I was lucky enough to enjoy a massage on my veranda while overlooking the Caldera. The hotel is truly a gem and a nice place to getaway. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!
