Review 1：There's no lift and we had to walk 4 floors to our rooms! The stairs are narrow and steep, almost a death trap! I doubt the hotel was really so full that they had to make us go all the way up to the top floor. Most inconsiderate.

Review 7：Check-in was stated as being all day but there was nobody at reception all day and I had to go to the Office du Tourism who phoned the manager to get the front door code and room number. Room obviously needed repainting and curtains fell off every time window was opened.
