Review 1：Maria and her family are simply lovely welcoming hosts. The apartment we stayed in was much more spacious than expected, it was cleaned every day and there was a little surprise waiting for us when we came back from our trips. :) There was good connection to wifi, parking possibilities belonging to the complex (a car for exploring the area I can only reccommend), but it's also only about a 7 min walk to the next beach. It was simply everything we could ask for. I highly recommend going there and we would always go back!
Review 2：Just perfect. Close to restaurants shops and beautiful 3 beaches. But also far enough for Angela to be a peaceful and silent place ideal for a great rest.

Loved coming back from a day of exploring to find home made biscuits and goodies in the apartment! The apartments are new, clean, and really well situated near the bus stop to chania, beach and supermarkets. A very relaxing stay.

Review 5：Very warm and friendly hospitality from ka Maria. We were in standard apartment but there was much enough space for two which bedroom has additional exit to another terrace.Kitchen is equipped with 2 chamber fridge and with everything you need for cooking. Location is in 10-15 minutes walk to seaside with 2 big supermarkets on the way. Close to busstop to Chania but very calm at the same time. Having rented car we were able to achieve our plan to visit most interesting places around Chania including wonderful beaches at west Crete. Dear Maria - thank you very much for everything you are doing to your guests!!! We want to come back to taste your new harvest home wine!!!

Review 9：Fantastic welcoming, very clean, quiet, safe, beautiful apartment. Maria had special attentions is for everyone every other day, and shared her wonderful cooking with all residents. What a treat!! Kostas was very sweet and gave us a lift when we needed to, we were in good hands ! The place was cleaned and supplied every day, highly recommended to all!
Review 10：Honestly, the only area of improvement would be if they could replace the shower curtain with a glass door so I wouldn't get water on the bathroom floor while showering. Also, I didn't find the need to be very comfortable, but my husband didn't mind, so that might just be a personal preference.
Review 11：We just finished four enjoyable nights at Angela. The apartment is in a very convenient location, next to supermarkets and laundromat, and just a short drive to Chania. The family who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was incredibly clean and felt spacious, with a nice view of the area. The wifi was great. It had everything we needed for a home away from home.
Review 12：It was really lovely apartment hotel in nice and quiet area. Maria and her husband are very friendly and nice people. In our apartment safe box was missing, i told it to Maria and next day it was installed. Everything is close by- beach, supermarkets and bus station. Bus nr 21 will take for 1.10 eur to Chania town. i definitely would recommend that place!

Review 14：We had a wonderful time at the hotel Agela in Daratso. Because of the baby we chose apartment on the ground floor - very convenient because of the large garden. The hosts are very nice, helpful, you can always count on them. From the point of view of tourists we did not experience any signs of the crisis - everything was ok. The place is well located - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Besides Kato Daratso is a great base for touring the whole of western Crete

Review 18：We were met by Maria who showed us into our lovely apartment, which had a terrace and a private balcony which went round the corner and had a sunbed. She asked us if we wanted to look round a brand new apartment which had only just been finished. It was absolutely beautiful, very modern, but we love the traditional Greek apartments so decided to stay in the original one which we loved. It had a separate bedroom which opened onto the balcony. The views are to die for. You can see right across Kato Daratso to the sea. The sunsets are awesome. Maria gave us lovely things she had made (marmalade, cakes and biscuits) and their own olive oil. The family were lovely people. Obviously to get the fantastic views you have to walk up a lane from the main road up to the property which is uphill (good exercise) but which is very manageable. We had a wonderful time at these apartments, so peaceful, and in Kato Daratso, There were two beaches which were lovely soft sand which gently sloped into the lovely warm sea. Very safe for children as it went out quite a way and was still only up to your waist. There were also some lovely tavernas and restaurants serving delicious food. If we come back to Kato Daratso we will definitely use these lovely apartments.
Review 19：Honestly, this is the best apartment we have ever stayed at.It is very comfortable and clean. The rooms are very spacious and well-furnished. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the best beaches of Crete. Inka and Liedle supermarkets are also in the vicinity. One should defenitely mention the owners of the appartments, Maria and Kostas. They are very kind and attentive. Maria, Kostas and Girgos (the apartments manager) make you feel as if you were at home making your stay convenient and comfortable. If you want to experience the true Greek hospitality combined with Crete exploring, I would highly recommend you to choose these apartments. As for me, I will defenitely come back. Review 21：The wonderfull family made our stay warm and comfortable in every way! Maria surprised us every day with something nice and good! The room with the patio was great and calm, no trouble to walk up the two stairs when you reach THAT VIEW! The location was perfect, close to really good beaches, park for sports and a busstop near if you want an easy trip to town. We could definitely think of coming back!

Review 25：Angela apartments has made us feel right at home, for many years now in different seasons. Hostess Maria take care of all her guests and her cordial service is impeccable. She is very generous in sharing the fruits of her garden and kitchen with her guests. The apartments are spacious, clean and bright and in any season, over all these years we still love the magical view on the sea, the mountains and on Chania. We have had wonderful holidays with our children and later on as a 'mature couple ' ( quoting Booking.com :)), without. The village Daratso is more or less part of the beautiful town of Chania. Four beautiful bays and sandy miles long beaches -suitable for young children- within walking distance. The Lidl, bakery and several restaurants around the corner. The area around Chania is ideal for hiking. Do not be put off by the 'tourist veneer' of the area, a less than a fifteen minute walk will bring you to hikes in the beautiful scenery, a unique landscape with authentic villages. Bus stop 2 minutes away, with frequent and cheap service will bring you all over the isle
