Review 1：Minor problem with parking gate. We had to call someone to fix it because it was stock and we couldn't get out, but it was resolved within minutes. Also, there was a lightbulb in the living room that didn't work. The minor issues, were very minor. We would gladly stay at this place again.
Review 2：The price, accomodation,cleanliness, safety, and location were very good. My husband and I, along with our three children stayed at the Lodge. We had a rental car. The lodge provided free parking and free Wifi. Our apartment included two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. It was very accommodating and affordable for London. It was also very clean! Whit towels and white linens. We were able to cook breakfast everyday. There was a McDonalds next door,a KFC and Starbucks across the street. There was also a grocery store next door. It was very near to a shopping district with many stores and places to eat. The place didn't look like much on the outside. It was above an learning center. However, inside it was well maintained.
Review 3：this time booked superior room which is more expensive and found little difference from standard. the apartment could use a make over for example no microwave and the light shades looked like they had been used for the rugby world cup!

Review 5：Too poor interior, no closet, no drawers, uncomfortable,sagging sofa andarmchair. The freezer was not auto defrosting. Washing machine was verydirty. Iron was completely black on the iron surface. Cover of the ironboard was ripped. The safe was useless, maybe only for mobile phone.Amenities were missing and to be asked for. Very bad internet. Only onerouter for the whole building-

Review 7：No house keeping service even though I stayed there for 6 days. I had to throw out thrash and clean baths myself every so often, that's not my ideas of a vacation. Streets were quite dirty( not taking away from apartment though).

Review 10：Big, shiny apartments. We went to London due post graduate examinations and asked for two desks. Not only they provided two desks, they upgraded us and gave us a two bedroom apartment so we could study in different rooms. Highly recommendable!

Review 13：You have to give an approximate time of arrival as there are no full time staff on the premises. The extractor fan in the bathroom is not the best. Could do with some net curtains.
Review 14：We stayed here 2 years ago with the kids so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Decent amount of kitchen equipment. Location excellent for driving around (close to the ring road and plenty of secure parking) and public transport (regular bus/trains just a short walk away which takes you directly into the city of London) Multiple supermarkets and takeaways just around the corner. Wifi worked really well and we were able to Skype the kids. Plenty of space in the apartment and clean and tidy.
Review 15：The mattress was sunken. Obviously needs rotation and better still to be replaced. No breakfast was provided. No dish towels provided nor laundry detergent. No welcome basket (milk in the fridge would be nice for a cuppa on arrival would be a minimum). Better quality cookware would be much appreciated.

Review 17：There was no sheet provided for the sofa bed and We were unable to contact anyone on the telephone number provided. A member of staff let himself into our apt whilst we were there without knocking on the door.
Review 18：The apartments were in a good location with free parking. There are local shops restaurants and bars within a few metres. The train station was a 5 minute walk away with regular trains to link you to the underground. I would definitely recommend and possibly stay here again.

Review 20：I was made to pay £25 for late check in. Check in closes at 8pm and I arrived 30mins later. I wrote to them earlier asking for an extension cos my flight would be arriving london late. I got to the apartment and was still charged.
Review 21：No tea towel. Great having tea bags etc sachets of milk to use on arrival would have been helpful. The doors banged a lot from 6 am. A notice on the front doors to avoid banging the doors may be helpful. Just minor points had a great stay and would love to come again.

Review 24：I loved everything about this place and location. Had many restaurant and store within walking distances. Train station less than an 100yards that is easy to navigate to central London. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4, so much better than cramped into a hotel room. Will stay again next we come.

Review 31：Unable to get good night's sleep as the bedrooms were too warm, even with windows open. Having only thick quilts blankets and no sheets exacerbated the problem. Pillows were inviting, but thin and uncomfortable in the heat

Two bathrooms saves time in the morning and the location is very quiet, even with windows open at night. Large balcony overlooking internal garden and secure car parking. Literally 2 minutes from great supermarket with free coffee ! London is within easy reach.

Review 68：Too much noice from outside during night, hard to sleep. I guess some generator running from building. It will take 20 to 30 mins to get to the nearst tube station both by rail and bus. It takes easily around 1h30m to reach central london by public transport. There is no escalotor facility in the tubue station. I was expecting bit more comfortable for a suprior apartment which i booked.

Review 70：If i had one critizism it was not easy to locate at first as it is located down the side of mcdonalds into a car park, rather than on the street. Being set back we missed it at first driving up and down the street( as per sat nav) but it was only a minor issue and we soon found it.

Review 80：Nice, with lots of room and very up-to-date. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Laundry machine IN THE APARTMENT was a big plus after 7 days. Much larger place than we would be able to afford in downtown London. Nice community with lots of diversity and e/2 block from stores, 2 blocks from train, 20-30 minutes from Kings Cross station by train. Tube is about a mile away.

Review 82：It was close to all amenities yet the apartment was lovely and quiet. We had no troubles travelling into London everyday,always went after 9.30am and caught the train to Finnsbury Park and then the tube into central London.

Review 90：There were two things that we did not like, however, 1) The hot water in the shower seemed faulty. Right in the middle of morning/evening showers it would changed from warm (water) to cold! This could be a specific problem to the apartment we stayed in (number 5), or a general one, but it's certainly something that we did not like it and needs fixing. We shared this with the management and hopefully they'll fix it before someone else moves into the apartment. 2) Cleaning-Do not misunderstand me, the apartment was neatly cleaned. However, because of the length of our stay (15 nights) we were told at the time of check-in that all apartments are automatically scheduled for cleaning every five days, but when and if needed we can request a cleaner to come in (say every 2-3 days). During our stay cleaners were arrange twice. When we requested a cleaner for a third time, however, we were oddly informed that the flat is scheduled to be cleaned after two days (that's after our duration for our stay ends) and that if we need a cleaner we'll have to then pay a 30-Pounds charge.We thought this was in contradiction to what we were told at the time of check-in. Having all of these, i feel these two points can easily and satisfactorily addressed by the management and are not enough reasons to discourage you from staying this apartment. Will I book again this apartment? I hope, Yes as along as I don't read any thing that suggests deterioration of the apartments' conditions .
Review 91：I booked this apartment only on the basis of the information which previous reviewers have provided on this platform.So I guess, am obligated to share my experience with readers, too. We stated in this apartment for for 15 nights and we loved it. Firstly, the photos you see on the website are true and genuine. There are brand new furniture in the house; a fully equipped kitchen; space was more than enough; an excellent wireless connection; a flat-screen TV; a free and secure parking; and good transport network in the area; shopping and grossing are a very close to the house. Friendly staff- I've to add. We were allowed for a late check out (after 2PM). We simply loved and enjoyed our stay at this apartment. I strongly and without a hesitation recommend for anyone who wants to have a good nights sleep and get all the things that the City of London could offer without staying at the hear of the city (which in my opinion is so overpriced and noisy) to book for this apartment. Book it and I can assure you will not be disappointed.
