Review 4:We've stayed in various bed and breakfasts around the UK and without any doubt this was the best one. Excellent accommodation, excellent breakfast and very welcoming owners. A home away from home. Will definitely be back in the future!

Review 6:Lovely owner who take care of heir guest. Pleasant and clean room, wonderful and fresh breakfast. We choose "healthy breakfast and you get fresh fruit, yoghurt, different musli. Everything was perfect and very quiet surroundings, we can highly recommend this B&B
Review 7:A wonderful B&B at Grantown-on-spey. The owners are very warm and friendly people.Since the town is in heart of single malt country they have very thoughtfully taken printouts of the routes to the more famous ones! The breakfast was excellent. The room very comfortable and spacious( in spite of being a three bedder. The most amazing sight was, when I came down for a smoke early the next morning there was a hawk sitting in the small garden tied to a steel bar! I thought it was a clay model till it turned its head and fixed me with his steely eyes. Never seen one this close in the open without any fear!.
Review 8:A great B and B! We stayed two nights and were treated great. The bathroom was roomy and had a jacuzzi tub and a shower with all kinds of sprays. The breakfasts were very good with a large selection of food. Most importantly the hosts were friendly, concerned with our comfort and a delight to visit with.
Review 9:Nice quiet location within easy walking distance of the town centre or local forest walks. Clean, tidy, comfortable and relaxing rooms that are better than many of the local hotels.
Review 10:Everything was perfect

Review 13:Great accommodations Easy to find Very friendly family Super breakfasts Incredible shower Quiet with good inexpensive bar meals very close.
Review 14:We had just a bit of a hard time finding it. We weren't given a street address - just a street name. We drove along the street looking for it, but as it was set back from the road a little, it wasn't easy to find.
Review 15:We loved big windows in our room and all the light they let in, plus the great view of the mountains. This was a clean and comfortable place to stay.
Review 16:don't miss, 1 block to downtown, park the car & walk, spey river & craig's bar- the claymore & grants hotel. val and sandy will take excellent care, great brkfst. modern & polished. love the harris hawk and pheasant. "highlandly" recommended
Review 17:The choices of restaurants in Grantown-on-Spey were limited.
Review 18:We were spoiled by the owner Val. Every day the breakfast was excellent. And a lot of variation too. Whatever we wanted she would make it, and I appreciated the little treat we got every day in our room. The location Grantown-on-Spey was good for daytrips to Inverness, Loch Ness, Aviemore, Cairngorms and Landmark.
Review 19:Paying cash for foreign travelers is difficult. We are used to paying with credit cards

Review 49:Quite simply... everything! beautiful house in stunning surroundings. Spacious, airy rooms with magnificent views, lovely en suite bathrooms and a great host.
Review 50:The thoughtfulness of the owners. So much effort put into making the room and the breakfast as near to perfect as you could reasonably expect from a B&B.
Review 51:Nothing!
Review 52:Warm and friendly welcome, bright and clean rooms, excellent bathrooms, very accommodating regarding the need for gluten free food, altogether a very enjoyable stay.
Review 53:The water in the shower (which was a new one) didn't drain away properly - not a big problem and I'm sure it will have been fixed quickly and easily.
Review 54:Very helpful, friendly hosts. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Although there were a few problems initially with WiFi, once those were resolved it worked perfectly.
Review 55:Nothing.
Review 56:We stayed in the upper floor room with three single beds. Very comfortable. Would recommend this b&b to most everyone. Location is within walking distances of great restaurants and pubs. Alyson very close to a Woodlawn walk. Would stay again most definitely. There also have outdoor locked storage for bikes or other equipment. Breakfast is excellent, host family is very nice and friendly.
Review 57:Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great. Salmon & scrambled eggs was superb. Very helpfull owners. Pleanty of off street parking.
Review 58:Everything! Our hosts were wonderful, the B&B was spacious, comfortable and welcoming, location was very good for area sightseeing and convenience for dining and shopping and Val's breakfasts were super.
Review 59:That we only stayed one night!
Review 60:The owners really knocked themselves out to make this a comfortable B & B. We especially enjoyed chatting with the owners about the birds, especially the owner's Harris Hawk! Lovely people, lovely place!
Review 61:we had the room with the external private bathroom (including multi-functional shower and whirlpool). it was a bit annoying to leave the room to have a shower or go to the toilet, but the bathroom was worth the circumstances!
Review 62:Location was far away from Inverness, very small room, not comfortableat all, poor breakfast, very basic, over priced. I am doubting how tobelieve the reviews on the booking.com. I would only give a 3 points forthis but it is advertised as 9.5, which is not true.
Review 63:Very warm and courteous welcome. Always willing to help, even arranging a Health Centre appointment when needed. Good variety of breakfast meals. Excellent clothes washing and drying facilities. Comfortable, spacious room. As birdwatchers ourselves, it was a joy to see the constant birding activity on the bird table easily seen near the window whilst having our meals and the enthusiastic conversations with the owners who also loved birds and animals who shared their recent adventures abroad with us. Made us feel really at home and would have no hesitation to book again.
Review 64:We had a warm welcome from Sandy, we were offered one of two rooms and we picked the en suite which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was lovely and comfortable. We had a choice of breakfast and also were told to help ourselves to the choice of cereals nuts, seeds and yogurt. We were also asked if we would like white or wholemeal toast or a mix of both. On the table we had a choice of jam, marmalade, peanut butter and honey. Sandy looked after us very well and couldnt be more helpful, we are only sorry we didnt get to meet Val. (Val was away). While eating our breakfast we watched the birds the red squirrel and the pheasant. We will go back but next time for longer as we only stayed two nights this time.
Review 65:The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful , the room was carefully designed to give space, comfort and stunning views of the countryside. Attention to detail eg conditioner, loan of DVDs and a superb breakfast which included fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay
Review 66:B&B owners could learn fom the Westhaven how a B&B should be run. The rooms, bathrooms especially the showers, friendly hosts and full breakfast were all faultless.
Review 67:Dining area was a little small but adequate.
Review 68:Val and Sandy were both very helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room we had was very spacious and clean, with great views into the garden.
Review 69:Absolutely loved my stay here - the owners were amazing - they treated us like family, the food was great - wonderful views of wildlife while eating, the room was comfortable - clean linen, towels, and bathroom, and it was in a wonderful location - not in a large city, but not far from things to do. I would definitely stay here again without question.
Review 70:A very comfortable, clean and sober room in the upper floor containing all what you need. Very plasant hostfamily, and extremely good breakfast. Nice to see all the birds in the garden feed by the family. Nice located in a small village with some restaurants and shops, and a park with walking trails in the surroundings.
Review 71:Val and Sandy who are the owners make you feel very welcome. The room was well equipped with everything you need and more. The house and rooms were clean and bright and modern. Val makes a great breakfast. Thought the price was very fair.
Review 72:The downstairs bedroom is tiny - no room for a chair to sit and read -and the living area downstairs is private. The separate bath is privatebut it's a pain having to put on a robe and walk thru the downstairshall to the bath when other guests may be in the hall or heading to thedining room for breakfast.
Review 73:Proprieters Val and Sandy are very friendly and go out of their way tomake your stay enjoyable. Breakfasts are excellent with special home-made touches by Val. Location (Grantown on Spey) is a super centrallocation in Speyside for exploring all the nearby attractions. Our roomin the downstairs had a separate private bath with a very modern andcomfortable hi tech electronic shower system. Val told us about 'earlybird' discounts at neaby hotels for dinner.
Review 74:The shower in the Revack room is claustrophobic (I'm 6' 3") and the powered nozzle is quite noisy. But this didn't detract significantly from the pleasure of staying there.
Review 75:Our family of three were in the UK for three weeks, and the beds at the Westhaven were the most comfortable we slept in the whole trip. Val and Sandy are great hosts; they make you feel at ease immediately. Sandy was a big help with travel logistics. Breakfast was delectable; Val's homemade yogurt is amazing. The location is perfect for exploring the Speyside region and the Moray and east coasts.
Review 76:Val and Sandy are excellent hosts, they made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great, there was something for everyone! The rooms are lovely, very clean (as is the entire bed and breakfast!). The location is very good and the owners of Westhaven have great knowledge of the local area and know the local businesses very well.
Review 77:Val and Sandy are charming friendly people. The room and bathroom was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was great -- I highly recommend the porridge with a wee dram of scotch whisky!
Review 78:Mum and I were made very welcome and were well looked after. Couldnt ask for a better B&B
