Review 1：Small parking bays in hotel car park. Low power shower in bathroom.

Review 2：Comprehensive welcome tray in room. Cannot fault the quality of the evening meal and breakfast all served by pleasant, attentative staff. Excellent sea view from our spotless room on the second floor.

Review 5：The staff at the Imperial were really friendly and attentive. We needed an early breakfast which was no trouble at all. It was raining heavily when we left and the porter came out with an umbrella to keep us dry. We were also impressed with the food - both the dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast were delicious.

Review 10：The staff were friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were followed up promptly with a pleasant attitude. Hotel is clean and spacious and I am very fussy about my bathroom and my one here met all expectations. Breakfast was first class with the staff at the breakfast area being an absolute delight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Review 12：We do not like having to share the dining room with dogs, it is not very hygienic and we are rather nervous of them. Parking was a bit of a problem especially when the hotel had an event on.

Review 13：Lovely room, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast choice, service and quality was first class. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Review 14：The only criticism would be the seating and flooring in the terrace restaurant. Seats had old ground in food between the slats as did the flooring. Noticed at breakfast when we sat amongst the evening before' s chips and cake under the table. Hence cleanliness score.

Review 20：the hotel staff in all areas are the linchpin for this hotel they were always polite, chatty without being to familiar. the room was comfortable and well equipped. the only let down for us was the food! although cooked well and presented beautifully the taste was bland. we used the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals.

Review 21：We furally enjoyed our stay at the imperial hotel every staff members was exceptionally friendly! On the night of our late arrival one of the staff members opened up the bar late so we could have some time to unwind after our long journey , before atiring to our hotel room. We thought that was most considerable of them. The room was very pleasant and high quality!

Review 22：Fantastic clean hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff where absolutely fantastically well trained and really made our stay welcome. food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner.

Review 23：The staff where so friendly and helpfull.My mum who is 86 found the stair lift so helpfull and the lift which takes you to all floors was perfect for her.The rooms were so clean, fresh towels each day if required.Plenty of tea coffee & biscuits left in your room each day.Breakfast was amazing.Evening meal was fantastic.Try the Rib eye steak on the stone.Thankyou for making us so welcome you have an excellant team. Review 24：Bedside Light not working and only one dressing gown. Loo roll dispenser in men's toilet not working. Shows a lack of attention to detail although most matters corrected or looked at as soon as reported.

Review 60：The staff at this hotel are it's best asset. They could not do enough for you. We stayed with a young baby and they were so helpful and welcoming. They had taken notice of the requests I had made prior to arrival and really seemed to genuinely want to make your stay as happy and pleasurable as possible. The food was also really good in the restaurant.

Review 67：After sleeping we wanted to get up have a shower and get going. Unfortunately we could not get any hot water. We reported it and waited a while but took the decision to not have a shower but get dressed and go for breakfast. After breakfast the shower was ok. I was disappointed that no compensation was offered on the bill as a result of having no shower. It would have been a nice touch.

Review 68：As soon has we walked into the room we could smell fresh paint fumes, we tried to ignore this.The toilet was leaking badly. The bed was uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to get home.

The staff were attentive and very friendly and the service was great. We ate in the Cru Bar in the evening and the food was lovely and once again the staff were great.

Review 78：Brilliant sea view (requested). Food choice(including room service and bar menus) Attitude of staff A hi tech TV, internet, wi-fi,and hotel information system. Very close to the town and attractions. Basically on the beach front. A lift to the upper floors after miles of walking along the beaches and sea front. Lovely character of a traditional seaside hotel, but updated with hi-tech systems and a recently added modern Terrace enabling us to eat whilst overlooking the sea.

Review 80：The staff were great. The food was very good. The room was very nice indeed. The bathroom was lovely, plenty of hot water and the shower was lovely. We will be back in November and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The fire exits are not clear and the downstairs area was all corridors and very full of furniture and at the bottom of the back stairs two hoovers were kept on the staircase not a good idea. and the room was very small for 140.00 per night with breakfast. The food in the terrace restaurant was also a bit unpredictable and limited.

Review 104：We loved everything about this hotel! The separated family room was fabulous with bunk beds. The staff were out of this world kind and did everything to make our stay exceptionally pleasant. We loved the views from the room and the restaurant. The hotel is convenient to the main area of the beachfront and beach access is just across the street. WIFI, parking and made-to-order breakfast were all wonderful. The breeze off the coast kept the room cool during the day with the windows open, even though it was quiet warm. We would certainly stay here again, if we find ourselves in Great Yarmouth in the future.
