Review 8:Food was not up to standard we would expect and was like stepping back in time.
Review 9:Excellent welcome and attention from staff. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble.
Review 10:Breakfast was good, but coffee and tea only offered when we'd almost finished. When we were shown to our seats at breakfast it was the only table against a wall, no sea view, we asked to move and were told the other table wax only set for 2....there was just the 2 of us and a child having cereal and a baby in a high chair (not needing a setting) that was disappointing
Review 11:Amazing location, excellent rooms, very friendly and helpful staff
Review 12:Constant noise of fan or something going all night We found it very difficult to sleep In fact we got up in the middle of the night and made a cup of tea

Review 16:Location was close to town yet remote. friendly and accommodating staff. Reception staff were very keen to inform us on local tours and places to visit/dine. Domestic staff approachable unlike many hotels and very friendly/professional. I will be back :-) matress clean and I didn't want to leave the room. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant which was cosy and waiting staff lovely.
Review 17:I was do disappointed they did not have a view of the ocean for us.
Review 18:The location. So close to everything on the N Shore of N Ireland. Dunluce Castle was right down the road. Good view of the surfers. Lovely old world type restaurant and hotel. Classy.
Review 19:Wifi in rooms was not strong!
Review 20:The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, Thank you Karen & Justyn! This made us feel that we were welcomed guests! And the weather was fantastic for Ireland!
Review 21:We were upgraded to a suite! There were lovely views of Portrush on three sides of our room and in the dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 22:Our room was fantastic, one of the best we've had in a UK hotel. It was so spacious with two queen-size beds, a huge bathroom complete with jet bath and shower, plus amazing views.
Review 23:Nothing to dislike
Review 24:Amazing room - 111 Bushmills Suite. Breathtaking views of the sea, we could have sat by the window all day. Lovely four poster bed and jacuzzi, just lovely!
Review 25:On arrival informed that we were being upgraded from a standard double to a suite. Room and hotel were beautiful. We ate from the hotel bar and the food was great and service 1st class. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
Review 26:Nothing negative.
Review 27:Hotel in beautiful location with stunning views across sea. Within easy reach, by car, of Portstewart, Portrush, Coleraine and the north antrim coast in general. Nowhere any more beautiful - especially when sun shines. Staff all very welcoming, pleasant, helpful and effecient. Can't wait to return.
Review 28:Nothing
Review 29:spacious family room.comfortable beds.clean bathroom.very helpful and welcoming staff fabulous coconut sponge.excellent location with great views
Review 30:Hotel was spotlessly clean all staff was friendly and our suite was beautiful and very spacious, we had fantastic sea views and the carvery was lovely,
Review 31:Wifi was very poor no matter where we were in the hotel.
Review 32:Staff were very friendly, even the cleaning staff were really friendly. The room was perfect and the lunch and dinner was second to none.
Review 33:The hotel and our rooms had great views over Portrush and the Scarries. The restaurant serves excellent food and the hotel itself is less than 5 minutes from Royal Portrush golf course. Add to that the friendly staff and you have a match made in heaven!
Review 34:Beds and bedding. Beds are not very supportive duvet heavy and pillows flat and hard
Review 35:The location and sea view is amazing and the staff we met were wonderful. We did have wifi in the room but super speed but ok for Facebook. Breakfast was good plenty of choice English fry up to continental, bathroom was a little dated but our executive double was large with a great balcony.
Review 36:Only things that were a let down was that the shower facilities werent great, and the price was a little high for 3 star
Review 37:Lovely hotel, beautiful location & staff were great!
Review 38:Nothing to dislike.
Review 39:Views across world famous golf course to Portush and Donegal in the distance. Beach, sea and sand etc at whiterocks. Set in a beautiful location.
Review 40:None
Review 41:Location was brilliant for exploring the local area and the white rock beach. Great room with the same splendid view. The great weather did of course help !
Review 42:My husband ordered from the carvery and the rest of us from the menu and it meant that my husband was finished before we received our meal. Also the beds were too hard - my husband and son were unable to sleep
Review 43:The location was great - amazing views and so handy to portrush. The food was great
Review 44:We booked a suite with a balcony view but in the morning when we wanted to sit outside all we could smell was the breakfast cooking and the lunch cooking later in the day - This was quite off-putting as we hoped to smell the fresh sea air, being so close to the ocean. Also we had a bit of trouble getting the tv/remote to work and a lot of trouble in getting a green tea-bag to make in the room. The decor in the room was also a bit dated and the breakfast in the morning could have had a bigger continental selection.
Review 45:The sea views were amazing, right beside the beach and the suite was very spacious and comfortable.
Review 46:Good menu at a fair price. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Pity we could only stay one night. God willing we should like to go back and spend more time.
Review 47:only certain rooms had good views, our was overlooking the carpark expensive for a basic hotel
Review 48:helpful, friendly staff delicious cooked breakfast 5 min drive to Portrush
Review 49:My bedside table was actually a console table with quite an overhang over the bed. During the night whilst rolling over I banged my head against the corner of the table resulting in a severe bump and black eye. When we reported this the receptionist was sympathetic but offered no recompense.
Review 50:Modern decor in bedroom.
Review 51:The heating in the rooms didn't come on till 7am and the room was cold when I got up
Review 52:We booked the Bushmills suite. Amazing room. Very romantic. Spacious snd so clean
Review 53:We travelled from County Down with friends from the USA, and were warmly welcomed. Although it is not a 'modern' hotel, the character and charm of the hotel and it's staff (along with stunning location) more than makes up for it. Our dinner was the nicest surprise of the stay - generous portions, all delicious. Highly recommended!
Review 54:This was a last minute decision which turned out to be extremely relaxing and enjoyable. View is fantastic. Food was excellent, room was really clean and comfortable.
Review 55:Dinner was well prepared but bland.
Review 56:The location especially the view, the staff were helpful, warm and friendly.breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel
Review 57:No down sides at all.
Review 58:The Bushmills Suite was absolute luxury- an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful as always and breakfast as special as expected.
Review 59:As mentioned the lady taking the bookings
Review 60:Loved the location of the hotel and the rooms where lovely and clean and got it a very good price .. But found the lady taking the bookings for the resturant a little bit cold and sharp but the guy working that evening made up for it by his very pleasant manner and couldn't do enough for it
Review 61:The weather it was very stormy and the snow made an appearance.Still it was relaxing and enjoyable.
Review 62:The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable and warm and the food good.
Review 63:Wifi poor at 104 side. Was staying to study and was tough. Had to ask for heating to be put on.
Review 64:Wonderful and accommodating staff. Very comfortable Food lovely and prices reasonable. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great views
Review 65:our car would not start and your receptionist advised we ask another guest to help ??
Review 66:the size of the rooms lovely and spacious (4 bed) and the views from the balcony .......... amazing !
Review 67:The only problem encountered was the drone (I think from the kitchen fans) which kept my wife up
Review 68:Rooms,staff and location were excellent Had our evening meal in the restaurant which we were well pleased with The waiter Jordan couldn't have been more helpful Thanks
Review 69:Heating was only on at certain times , corridors unheated , bedrooms only heated to about midnight and then on again at 7:00 am and then off again until early evening. Cravery vegetables over cooked ie had lost all colour.
Review 70:Staff helpful sorted out non working heating in bedroom but could do nothing about bathroom heating. Location and views excellent , however should be made clearer that we hadoNot booked a room with a view
Review 71:There was nothing to dislike.
Review 72:My husband and I spent a most enjoyable weekend at the Royal Court Hotel. The hotel was Very warm and comfortable and The food, service and staff were Excellent. We will certainly return Here again.
Review 73:If u want a room for a special occasion, this is it! Fantastic sea view with own living room, dining room, 4 poster bed and jacuzzi bath! Although a bit more expensive it's worth every penny. The hotel accommodated an early check in which was fantastic as we wanted to enjoy the sea view before it got dark. We have stayed in this room a few times over the years.
Review 74:Grumpy night person on desk
Review 75:Everyone apart from 1 made us feel very welcome. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Food was good too. Lovely setting by the sea with outstanding views.
Review 76:Couldn't find a negative thing to put down. As far as short breaks go this one goes to the top of the list.
Review 77:Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. Excellent selection of food and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was second to none.
Review 78:Poor phone network service and Wi-Fi access unpredictable and slow
Review 79:Fantastic location; Excellent Food Staff were very friendly and always very helpful
Review 80:Stayed in 1 of the executive suites overlooking the sea, the east strand beach and royal portrush golf club, amazing! Staff were brilliant. Would recommend to anyone
Review 81:Shower was not good, wifi was poor in room to. Crossiants were very hard at breakfast
Review 82:The Jefferson suite was gorgeous, views were amazing. Breakfast was lovely to, staff were lovely & very helpful
Review 83:We were there at the weekend and apart from the carvery there was little else. The bar area was very empty after the evening meal. Apart from ourselves there was only around five other people The venue had a distinct lack of weekend entertainment. There is quite a large area of reception but no fire as a focal point. As a result the area had little atmosphere
Review 84:The view, food and staff were all terrific. Car parking and registration were no problem,
Review 85:no evening entertaintment... had to go in to town centre would have liked to stay in the hotel
Review 86:lovely hotel with friendly staff , great location with great views
Review 87:When I was young(a long time ago) we spent summer holidays at the White Rocks in a caravan. We played on the sand dunes and bathed in the sea. There were quite a number of English visitors who returned to the area because of the wonderful beach. The hotel was much smaller then and had a different name - Kiln an Og -not sure this is the correct spelling. Personally I think that it is a pity the name has been changed. I was pleased to see that the beaches are still as good and clean and that Portrush has not changed too much
Review 88:That we only stayed one night. You need a visa from SA to get into Northern Ireland
Review 89:I liked the fact that it was close to all sightseeing places but still nice and cosy. Excellent view from our room. Friendly service Very nice beds Complimentary shoe polish
Review 90:Wish we had booked an extra night as there was plenty to do in the area.
Review 91:Modern clean and comfortable. Very helpful front desk staff. Wonderful view and good restaurant.
Review 92:Unfortunately, the WiFi did not reach into the dining room. There aren't any bars/ restaurants / shopping withing walking distance but it was quite easy to get a taxi.
Review 93:We paid more money for a room with a sea view and we were not disappointed! Views of Royal Portrush Golf Club and the sea were spectacular!!
Review 94:I paid £175 for a suite which I was extremly dissapointed ok the room was large enough but nothing atall special enough to warrent £175 for a 1 night stay b&b also bugs visible through the netting of the four poster bed
Review 95:Location was good
Review 96:cant think of anything.
Review 97:room. bushmills suite. view was wonderful. space in the room great. cant fault it. Staff 5 star. good parking. nothing was a problem.great Irish hospitality.
Review 98:Bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied after previous occupants.
Review 99:Nicely located, pleasant friendly staff, nice room with good facilities. No view from our room but I was told this before booking. Very good food.
Review 100:Over bath shower - shower head was attached to taps and could not be used as an overhead shower. Plus bath very deep to get in or out of (I am under 5 ft.)
Review 101:Good food Friendly staff Given table with a view for dinner
Review 102:No aircon or fans and window couldn't be left open due to being on flat roof with stairs up to roof
Review 103:Lovely views, access to beach and 5 mins to port rush
Review 104:Quality of the evening meal. I think if they had a smaller menu and concentrated more on quality and presentation. Carvery a bit like school dinners. Can be noisey when there is a wedding on if your room overlooks the car park when guests are leaving in the early hours of the morning.
Review 105:Location. Room - nice size room and décor with large bathroom. Reception staff very helpful.
Review 106:Shower was pathetic. No atmosphere at night. Bar with no one there. No music or anything. Room was noisy as we were at the front.
