Review 1：The only negative was the lack of access to the wifi network in the room. I was however able to access wifi in the residents lounge.

Review 8：Not worth the money. The room was small and dusty, small TV with no cables, old and uncomfortable mattress and useless water pressure, no wifi in rooms!! Available only in lobby. The landlord is a nice lady, and the breakfast was fair but that's the only good things.

We would also like to add that we only received a hand towel and no bath towel was available but again we were only overnight so therefore we would not like to add this to your reviews. It would be unfair as we would have contacted reception.

Review 20：We thought this place was over priced in all areas, the room rate, the food prices and the drink prices. The manageress even answered back when we asked for an extra egg for breakfast, after paying the price for a suite! Fancy that.

Review 26：Tiny room & bed, & the wi-fi was intermittent at best. The television was the smallest I've ever seen, & the view from the window was over a fire escape. The shower decided it wouldn't turn off on the first morning, but the staff regarded this as normal, and soon fixed it , leaving instructions that it wouldn't turn off if the valve was wet!! Very utilitarian place indeed.

Review 39：I woke up in the middle of the night freezing cold. So much so I put socks and tracksuit bottoms on. Ok it's winter but why turn the heating of if it's that cold outside. Alarm set for 6 am will warm myself up in the shower. Ehh NO... There was no hot water look warm. The room reminded me of an old council bedsit I stayed in when I was 16. Sorry I have paid a lot less for a lot lot more.The owners could not even be bothers to clear the snow at the front door Cmon Sorry Making breakfast does not justify charging almost £50 for what I received.

Room remained cold overnight as was the bathroom could not shower as the toilet/shower room was far to cold. \we required extra blankets on the bed.
