Review 1：due to road works in the vicinity the internet cable was damaged and no WIFI was available in-house,

Review 2：we found it ideal, clean and comfortable, albeit quite compact, and rested well in a room at he back. No great views out but within easy walk of the historic town centre.

Review 3：no reception staff for late arrivals and poor written explanation. No possibility to access the hotel if you do not have a mobile phone to call the tel no on the reservation output, to get entry PIN code. Hard to communicate by phone, if you do not know fluent French or English to reach your keys from "late arrivals' safe box".

Review 5：Address of hotel in Booking.com info is wrong. Ignore the numbers andit's not "rue de" it is "place de". Sat nav tookus way out of town. We stopped and asked in a shop and would not havefound it otherwise. There were other people in reception who had beenlooking for it for hours! It's tucked away in a back street and themiddle of Quimper is busy.

Review 9：Staff is not attentive to their clients' needs. A fewexamples follow.1) Staff are fully aware that GPS does not pick up the address shown in the confirmation, but no early warning is given. After we checked in (following a mad car chase and asking lots of people, and thanks to luck), we received an email that was sent at 4:50pm on the day of our arrival warning us of the GPS problem and explaining how to find the hotel: go to Place (not Rue) de Locronan and follow posts to the hotel. They should have sent the email at least 24 hrs prior to guests' arrival, if not earlier. 2) There is no information on the confirmation that the office only works until 8pm (on the day we arrived it closed at 7pm, we arrived at 7:15pm). Again, information about the early closure was sent out at 4:50pm, too late for us to receive it. The explanations on the door are in French, so not easy to understand, and you need a working phone to follow them.

Review 10：Everything about the hotel: excellent location, clean and comfortable.Very quiet (our windows were facing away from the street), excellentprivate parking (although you have to pay, but the hotel is inexpensive,so all together it is still a very good value). We did not usebreakfast, it looked too expensive for what was on offer.

Review 18：Our apartment faces the street and as it is a busy street the noise is unbearable, so even though there is no air conditioning we had to keep the windows shut at night.

Review 19：Good location - it's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the old town. The small kitchenette is quite well equipped so we actually managed to cook a simple dinner. The hotel carpark was full when we stayed, but as there is a public carpark very close by parking was not a problem.

Review 20：When we checked in at 3.15 the room had not been serviced. By the time I requested parking there was none left so we had to park some distance away. I had put bed preference as a double bed but was upset that we had a sofa bed and no comfortable place to sit unless we dismantled the bed. Not what I expected and no fun if you have a bad back. Internet in room is cable so only one person can use it at a time.

Within 3 mins walk of centre of Quimper, which is very very pretty. Lift to all floors. Staff were Excellent, smiley, patient, clear. Excellent secure, clean carpark, and also separate indoors lockable bike store.

Review 40：1. The sofa-transformer in the room is less comfortable than a double-bed we expected 2. The price of petit dejeuner 9 E seems unreasonable 3. The rooms are no-smoking, but a lot of people smoked in the balkoneys and a courtyard, so sometimes we couldn't keep the window open.

Receptionist told me that since new management took over they don't supply hand soap. Also wifi only available in the lobby. Wouldn't cost much more to supply in the rooms.

Very expensive, poor and fatty breakfast: no fruits, no all-bran bread and/or cereals, no muesli, no low fat (or fat free!) milk and/or yogurt, no fresh fruit juices, no organic products… No cheeses, no eggs, no salami and other cold cooked meats… It would have been much easier to list the few and very rich available foodstuff. Only some butter biscuits/cookies/pastries, sliced packaged bread, industrial jams, jellies, preserves, stewed fruits… Very aseptic/lifeless/Spartan environment. I had the feeling of being in a hospital.
