Review 2：Proximity to beach and in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Pleasant and helpful host. Absolutely spotless and cleaned daily. Excellent choice for breakfast. Alan has definitely mastered the poached egg!
Review 3：Alan very helpful and friendly. Onsuite very clean. We stayed in Family Room 4 at front of building and slept soundly. There were only two of us. I would say it was just big enough for 2 adults and 2 smaller children unless you are close friends of course. Breakfast was huge. Good for beach and town.

Review 13：I really enjoyed staying at this guest house because the owner, Alan made everyone feel most welcome and provided lots of items to make guests feel comfortable during their stay such as giving them a pot of tea and biscuits on arrival, supplying extra blanket, safe, tissues, corkscrew, pen, note pad and Gideons bible in their bedroom. The breakfast was served between 8.30-9am so guests had their meal at the same time so it was an opportunity for everyone at the guest house to meet each other. The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasted delicious. Although I stayed in the smallest room I was able to use the guest lounge which was near my room. I used a shared bathroom upstairs which was spotlessly clean. I thought my stay was excellent value for money and in the future hope to stay there again.

Review 15：We booked at short notice and our arrival was delayed owing to travel difficulties but we were made very welcome. And when I left a pair of trainers behind, the proprietor knew where to find me.
Review 16：There is a very friendly atmosphere. The place is very central for the town and beach and has its own car park. It is clean and comfortable and the food is good. To find a gem like this at a very modest price is quite exceptional. we will be using Caythorpe house again.

Review 24：Even though it was stated that the room had a shower or bath it didnot! It did have a loo and wash basin but was disappointed as acommunal bathroom was not on my wish list. My room was on the groundfloor and the bathroom on the first floor. .Am sure other guests wouldnot have been happy with me walking around in a shower robe first thingin the morning!
