Review 2：This was our first trip to Austria. When we booked AlpenResorts we were not sure what it will turn out to be like ...we drove from Munich to Maria alm and were pleasently surprised..Maria Alm is a very beutiful small Austrian Village. We fell in love with the place. The hotel Alpenparks ..we booked a family room as we were 2 Adults and 2 children. It was spacious..clean...and 2 seperate rooms for sleeping. The best thing about this hotel is the locaiton and staff. The veiws from the Spa area ie top most floor of the hotel were the best we have seen. it had Panaromic views of the mountains. ..Spa area was very relaxing ..with lots of diff tea selection to calm you down. The hotel manager Emanuel was very polite and nice. We opted for half board so the breakfast and dinner was included. Breakfast was continental ....the restruant was kept very clean ..and staff regularly took away the dirty dishesetc ...Dinner was usually a 5 course affair ...it was proper sit down ...loved the dinners as it was very relaxing ..enjoyable experience every night...Kriss who was the chef in the restuarant was amazingly polite and spoke good english...everyday during breakfast he would explain what was for dinner that day ..so we coud make our choices. ..We also got free passes for the local rides etc ...we went on the gondola ride ..right next to the resort .....the views from the top were breathtking ....Overall we loved this hotel...could not fault with the location and the staff were very helpful and polite. Will definitely be returning back . A small stream of water runs at the back of the hotel that gave ti a very serene ambience when sitting in the balcony. There are plenty of shops/cafe next to the hotel..where we would get late night ice creams or drinks.

Review 5：Personnel and service a excellent, the location is perfect in the centre of the city, close to all restaurants and two monutes walk from the ski pass and ski bus station.
