Review 1：At evenings mosquito could be a problem. Few water activities, but that must be due to windy weather.

Review 2：We enjoyed our stay a lot here, staying for 8 nights. Close to the Heraklion city. The staff was wonderful showed great hospitality. The food was of great variety. The space was big, maintained well, and their was enough sunbeds, at different locations, available even at afternoon. Our kids enjoyed the evening shows a lot: all cred to Simon & co. We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and enjoyed the stay, but never considered going back (mostly as we will experience new place). Even at this trip in Crete we stayed at 3 different hotels. Nothing beats Apollonia! We will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

Review 3：the indoor pool was closed to children except for an hour in the morning we were told! staff here were laughably rude. the power station is a stones throw away and ugly if you get a view from your room as we did! beds uncomfortable ask for matress toppers from cleaning staff. wine is very watered down!!!

Review 7：- Wi-Fi quality is pretty bad in the hotel, funny enough the signal was better in the pool then in our room. - Apart from the shower gel there were no amenities (no shampoo, conditioner) - You can take the new towel for the beach only in the morning (10 am or smth like that), so during the day you can not change it. - There is smth wrong with the conditioning as in the morning 3 of us were feeling sick every day

Review 8：- We arrived very late and there were snacks waiting for us in the room - very nice touch. - Spa is really good. Maria is an amazing specialist. - Dining was great, lot's of things to choose from. On Saturday there was a seafood evening-amazing. - Very nice shop in the hotel, amazing Russian lady that will explain you everything

Review 9：Other guests were sometimes quite rude & children not supervised enough by parents. Both issues can not be changed by the hotel. Wifi wasn't best either, but it's a big resort so lots of people trying to log on.

Review 10：Everything was wonderful, from the time we checked in it was perfect, staff very professional & constantly smiling. Food & drink choice was far better than expected. We originally only booked 5 days here, so happy with the hotel we extended our stay by a further week. Staff in lobby bar were great, welcoming & very friendly. Spotlessly clean around the hotel as well as pool & beach area.

Review 11：Next to the hotel exists a power plant which is really very bad for health while the pollution of it spread around the hotel area!!!! Also from the right side of the hotel exists a small river with very cold water , it's delta flows the cold water to the sea in front of the hotel , so you can imagine the the water there isn't so warm as shall be expect everybody!

Review 14：The stuff is helpful and patient. The room and the enviroment is really clean and comfortable. The food is awesome. The beach is very nice and cosy. Huge plus is to have sunbed on the sand and on the grass, but you can place yourself to the front of the pool also.

Review 27：The natural friendliness of all staff they were all very welcoming. The resort was very relaxing and comfortable.The cuisine was excellent. i would recommend it any time. I would definitely return again.

Review 29：The food was great. Excellent variety of gourmet foods. The reception was very helpful with every questions we had. On our last day they held our luggage and let us use the facilities until we were ready to leave. They also booked a very comfortable taxi for us to get to port.

Review 30：For some reason there is no tea and coffee served at te main restaurant during lunches and dinners though there is always dessert. Tea and coffee are always available at the main bar which is about 20-50m away but it makes little sense to bring your dessert to the bar to have it with hot drink or to bring hot drink drom the bar to the main restaurant.
