Review 1：In our bathroom the toilet wouldn't flush as there was no button or chain to flush it with as it was under maintenance but we was still placed in the room

Review 3：I didn't like the fact that there was nowhere for residents to eat or drink except for the main bar that was extremely loud and busy with nowhere to sit. The car parking is adequate it I would hesitate to park my pride and joy in there!

Review 5：Fire alarm went off around 7.45 so me and my wife and little 21month old had to stand in the cold, past 2 employees but they never told us it was a false alarm, and that we could return, took about 20 minutes before anyone spoke to us

Review 11：When we stayed the hotel was undergoing renovation work and so there was no lift in operation (not ideal when staying with a 1 year old in a pram on the second floor). The mattress (or lack of it) in the cot was the main negative for me, there was only a very very thin mattress in the cot we requested so to make my baby comfortable I had to fold up 2 blankets and the throw from the bed to put under her sheet.

Review 15：The prom hotel is the best in great yaouth I would not dream of staying any where else. It is great to just park the car and not worry everything is within walking distance

Review 16：The only bad thing was that there was a lot of noise & disruption at night being made by some people right outside our room & down the hallway. my partner went downstairs to reception to try & find a member of staff but there wasn't anyone there so we waited until the morning to complain. Due to us having a bad nights sleep we missed breakfast but the hotel apologised about the disruptions as the receptionist said other guests had complained too and took £20 off of our bill.

Review 17：the hotel is in the best location right opposite the beach & in walking distance from the shops, restaurants, beach, circus, sea life centre, pleasure beach & everything else yarmouth has to offer! really nice hotel, very clean & modern rooms & en-suite bathroom with 2 big mirrors in our bedroom & a third in the bathroom! :) there is also room service available & ironing board/iron on request - hairdryer is already in the room.

Review 18：The room was very dark and quite dated, with areas that could do with updating. The cost of the room was expensive compared to other more prestigious hotels I've stayed in.

Review 20：The bed was very hard, and the springs could be felt through, needs a thin topper to the mattress. The Wi-Fi was very patchy in the room, one night did not work at all, and the next night worked intermittently. Spoke with the staff on the second night and were told it is working.

Review 21：Lovely hotel in a great location, right at one end of the promenade, walk to the right for all sorts of entertainment and straight ahead for the beach and sea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night, and it was really good food. Breakfast was a good selection of cereals and fruit, or cooked breakfast. Boiled eggs done to perfection! Ours was included in the room price, very handy. Car park right outside the hotel for guest use only needs a key from the front desk to open the barrier. Very handy as parking in Great Yarmouth seemed to be hard to come by, and expensive.

Review 22：Hotel staff were very helpful & very friendly. Breakfast very good, lots of variety. Hotel was very clean Very close to the beach and short walk to the main shopping centre. I would book again and recommend. Only their for 5 nights, but made our stay worthwhile, added bonus the weather :)

Review 25：2nd floor rooms very hot with no air con and as on the front you can't leave windows open due to general noise of promenade. Bathrooms newly done and nice design but poorly finished which lets room down.

Review 26：Clean modern hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Large well equipped bedroom and brilliant view of the sea and promenade. Breakfast and dinner were delicious!

Review 27：Bathroom was filthy-mouldy. Very limited toiletries. No face cloths. No air condition. Bed was shakey and headboard kept banging on wall with movement. No lift. SkyTV did not work, staff promised to fix it, but didn't. Walls were cracked and patchy. Aesthetically unmodernised and substandard for cost. Banging noise intermittently throughout the night.

Review 31：The staff were attentive to my needs and requirements. The facilities were superb. A nice family feel to the establishment. My room was of a good size with a Sea View, Room 204, with good decor. The pub had a nice games room.

Review 32：after a long cycle from Cambridge (For charity) the hotel was welcoming and accommodating to the group's demands. the bar was lively and spacious, and the restaurant was very good. there were extension works being carried out at the time but these caused no disruption whatsoever. close to all the amenities and great parking opposite the hotel. great stay, great food, great atmoshpere.

Review 58：I sent ahead a request for an icebox and champagne glasses, but this wasn't done. Soap/ shampoo in the bathroom was just a tacky soap dispenser on the wall. Felt the bathroom could do with an update. We have stayed in lots of hotels and found we have had much better value for money elsewhere. I was a bit disappointed.

Review 59：Great location and for me excellent being next to a GF cafe/ restaurant. Lovely soft beds with good quality sheets and towels. Lovely breakfast for the non GF. Staff friendly.

Review 60：The location is opposite a noisy disco so the loud beat of music went on until 3am. The wifi bandwidth was not enough so was constantly interrupted. Finally, there was no lift so had to lift a child's buggy up and down two flights.

Booked a top end price room and there are plenty of cheaper places around but it's worth the money for a guaranteed good room with air con. Staff are great. Bar food, restaurant and breakfast is good. Have stayed in other not so good nearby hotels before and well you get what you pay for. Ideal if you are going to the pier theatre.

Review 63：No hair dryer that I could see. The breakfast was nice traditional cooked breakfast. Although we stayed for 3 nights so there wasnt much choice other than that.
