Review 1：Water pressure in the shower was weak, so it was more of a trickle than a blast, but this was the only downside.

Review 2：Fantastic breakfast! Staff were warm and welcoming. Rooms were large and the bed was very comfy. Super family rooms. Very pet friendly, they even provided a bed and bowl.

Review 3：The room was far too hot with the heating system blasting away, almost continually. We found trying to regulate it rather difficult.

Review 14：Staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was bright, spacious and modern, as was the bathroom. Parking was easy and the setting and location were great. Some people with walking difficulties might find the distance between the car park and reception a little difficult.

Review 15：Not knowing rooms were away from Hotel quite a walk from car park to reception there must be a way to inform guest before you take luggage to reception then be informed room at lodge bottom of drive.

Review 25：No hairdryer in room and took a while for reception to locate one after looking in various places. Ordered a newspaper that was forgotten. Hotel is clearly aimed at golf groups who aren't that bothered about these things.

It was not, and I also experienced the same pleasant, courteous service on this occasion. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation!!

I say spoiled in my review title because for a late booking costing just £57 .... Review 57：We only stayed for one night as a half way house on our trip to Cornwall. The staff were all extremely helpful an friendly and couldn't have asked for better service. The food we had in the evening and the breakfasts were absolutely brilliant. Very tastey and very good value for money. We also enjoyed the use of the amusements at the farm next to the golf club as this provided us with lots to do as we arrived quite early in the day. Overall, nice place, nice people and would return.

Review 58：Cobwebs in the shower area stayed there for several days ie nothing was done by the cleaners. We didn't like the room in the house near the entrance ie too hot and too noisy.

Although this was a bonus giving us a large bed, the base or mattress on the bed I slept on was very uncomfortable and probably had the worse nights sleep since having a baby. Luckily my 8 yr old daughter was ill on the second night and I slept in the lower bunkbed. I did report this on my departure. Hopefully they will deal with the mattress/bed base issue.

Review 68：The staff were very friendly and especially the restaurant staff who were extremely helpful. Family room was spacious and with the added bonus of bunkbeds for the children. Also received discounted tickets to the farm which my children enjoyed. We spent the day there as it was sunny and the children did lots of activities.
