Review 10：The location of this gorgeous little place is excellent it is situated in the heart of Fort Augustus.The staff was very helpful and understanding. At breakfast they were happy to give us vegan options which was amazing. I would definitely go back and recommend the place to anyone.
Review 11：We had to wait more than 40 minutes for croissants in the morning and over an hour for cooked breakfast, even though we gave them the time and number of people the day before. Delayed our journey a lot! One of the rooms had a broken lock - anyone could have entered when we were eating downstairs. Wifi was very slow.

Review 39：I had low expectations as Richmond House was so reasonably priced, however I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff; shown to a very large, comfortable, clean room. Breakfast the next day was lovely, with a great choice of food. I also had dinner in the pub downstairs twice and was impressed with the quality and price. I come to Fort Augustus every year and have booked my room in the Richmond House for next year already.

Review 43：A fantastic Highland welcome from the start, we were only here for one night, the room was warm, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly as were the locals in the bar. We hate here in the evening and the Steak was perfect, I will definitely go back again.
