Review 12：We've got to the hotel in the evening, +6 outside and rainy but heating in our junior suite didn't work. It was fixed in few hours after third call - no apologize or idea to start fireplace or change the room. In the morning you wake up and it's cold again... They switch off heating for few hours. If you turn on the sauna in the room the electricity can switch off again. Personnel doesn't notice you at all
