Review 1：Lack of cleanliness in all areas: lobby, reception, restaurant, rooms. Very dated worn rooms with exposed wiring next to the bed. Cheap place, you get what you pay for.

Review 3：As others have mentioned, the bathroom/shower is pretty rough. The room was basic but air con worked and the beds were ok. As I mentioned - I had read the other reviews of the place and was prepared for the minuses!

Review 4：I had done my research on this place, so knew not to expect too much! I wanted a place with a pool and by the beach at a resonable price, and close to public transport. This was perfect for my needs. The pool is a major plus - loved the outside pool area. You crossed the main road (bus stops right outside for Heraklion) and walked down a side road directly opposite the hotel to get to the beach.

Review 5：Dirty room, bathroom and balcony. An ugly smell of mustiness in the room. The electricity is turned on just when you are in the room - so that the refrigerator is turned off when you leave the room. Very low warm water pressure. The lack of privaty due to the fact that the balconies are very close to each other so you can see and hear, smell what the neighbours do, say, eat or cook. During our one night stay there was an odour of cooked food from the kitchen everywhere in the hotel. When we arrive we had to wait about half an hour for the receptionist to get keys to the room. Very loud music and ads from the radio near to the swimming pool (fortunately it finished about 8 p.m.)

Review 17：There was just a couple of small things that come to mind. The wifi in the room worked great for a while, but then it stopped working so I had to sit in the lounge until it was fixed (In hindsight, I think I was lucky in worked in my room in the first place. It may not have been advertised as such). The freezer section of the mini fridge was tiny and was hit and miss at freezing. No major complaints though, everything else was great. Pool wasn't filled during my stay, but I think I heard them filling it the night I was leaving, but that's due to me showing up before the start of the high-season.

Review 18：The staff was friendly and welcoming, the balcony was a great place to enjoy a book and a drink, the beds were comfortable enough (though the pillows weren't the softest, personal preference). It was right on the main road, a quick walk to the beach or a lot of shops. A bus stop is right outside the front door and there's a convenience store open across the road during the summer months.

Review 20：I'd like to come to this hotel again. Bus stop to Heraklion is opposite the hotel, a lot of tavernas, shops, bars.

Review 21：I dont recommend it because of the dirtiness. Apart from that, installations are very old.
