Review 1：The location is amazing and the staff very friendly. I had great time in Pefkohori!! I wish my way will drop me back again to Pefkohori. In such case i would definitely choose Flegra!!!
Review 2：Briefly - nothing! Seriously! Nothing.I'll start from the arrival: we stopped with our car in front of the entrance of the hotel and the manager said to move the car, because the parking place is reserved. I explained that we are checking in an just want to unload the luggage, then she roughly said to do it faster and to move the car....very calm welcome in the most expensive hotel in the village!Then we have been accommodated in a room, smaller and totally different from the one shown on the pictures in booking. I'm traveling a lot with booking and never had this experience. We asked the receptionist for that and she explained that this is the room and that's what we paid for!In the room - no internet connection!When asked on the reception to solve the problem, because we paid for a room with internet connection (I had to work on my comp), they said that there is perfect connection and nobody else complains and maybe our devices are not working properlyThey fixed the problem four days later after we complained 3more times.The room was extremely noisy. A night bar is situated just under the hotel. It is impossible to sleep till 4.00 am.In front of the hotel as well as the most part of the village smells like hell of rotten waste because of the overloaded waste containers you can see everywhere... Disgusting!The beach all over the village is overcrowded - sun beds are literally touching each other and it is almost impossible to move and walk between them. First row of sun beds is touching the water and the last one is touching the walls of the restaurants next to the beach.The village itself is over-overcrowded and the tourists are times more than the beach can takes. There is a line of waiting people for a sun beds.More than 80% of the tourists are Serbian and Bulgarian and you must know the temperament of our two nations before plan to go there.On the third day from the tap of the bathroom started to run salty water?!?!

Review 4：Wi fi is erratic to say the least. Even though the building is new, repairs are needed already. Shower door was off, phone in the room didn't work, light bulbs missing or not working. Had to stay to a different room than what I had booked for the first two days as they had made a mistake with my booking. Very busy location, there is always noise coming from the beach , the beach bar and the restaurant.

Review 6：Everything was perfect!!! The place is located at the best beach in Pefkohori. The location is perfect! Everything was new in the studio, the bed was nice, clean and large, you have a small kitchen so you can make your own coffee in the morning. The bathroom was clean and new. You have a large terrace with table and chairs so you can relax after the beach or while drinking your morning coffee. The hotel has parking and free wifi, with large area of covering. The staff was WONDERFUL!!!! I can say nothing else but PERFECT! Emanuela, the girl that worked at the reception and the other girl (i don't know her name) were lovely, polite, nice and helpful! With smile on their faces, they made us to feel special. Also you have a 2 restaurants in the hotel, sea food restaurant and Italian restaurant. The staff that worked in the restaurant was also excellent, professional and helpful in order to provide the best service they can! I highly recommend to visit the restaurants for breakfast or for dinner or lunch. The food was perfect!! We had tested almost every meal they serve, and everything was delicious. Also the beach bar works until 2 AM, and the place is awesome!! Nice cocktails beer and snacks, next to the sea, at the evening!! What more can you ask! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone i know, and also, i will come back again!!!
Review 7：Since it just opened, a couple of details can be improved: such as a few more glasses, utensils in the kitchen etc. Some pipes were left naked in the bathroom, I presume it will be a heater. Water pressure was really bad on the second floor, especially in peak times. Wifi not really working properly - they have it but I guess it is an issue with too many users. The sunbeds at the beach bar were really close to each other.
Review 8：The hotel is new so the rooms are nice and nicely decorated. Location is right in front of the beach so very convenient. It is close to the main drag of the village but also a bit further out to avoid the chaos. Hotel has a very nice restaurant - Asterias - and a beach bar - Yalla. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly.
