Built within a 21530 ft² garden, Terra Mare Hotel is a village-style complex located in Lixouri, a few steps from the Ionian sea. It features a large pool with beautiful sea views.
Hotel Terra Mare consists of both bungalows and rooms. They all offer 2 private verandas with a sea or view of the grounds. Rooms also have air-conditioning, TV and tea-and-coffee-making amenities.

Review 1：2 star hotel? Simplicity, comfort, cleanliness, space, environment, nature, breakfast (divine yogurt) sympathy and kindness of the owner. We felt that we were on our vacation home, and this kind of feeling does not come from the number of stars a hotel might have. It's a bit far from the Centre, but If we didn't have car we wouldn't have trouble in walking. However to get to know the island and the fantastic beaches is essential to rent a car or moto. We´ll come back soon!

Review 3：Great Location, and run by a lovely family! Thee pool was a great size and there were always free sunbeds! The hotel does require a car to get to, whilst only 3.5km out of Lixouri the road isn't safe for walking as it gets very dark at night. Rooms were cleaned daily and we had clean towels and bed linen every other day.

Review 6：Great hotel!!! Located close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It has a really nice pool area, levelly garden and the service is perfect. Thanks to the staff of Terra Mare Hotel for making our stay memorable!

Review 7：Lack of wifi in room although before I booked I already knew this was only available around the communal area.

Review 8：Excellent large pool and patio area. Spotlessly clean room and shower. Excellent staff. The owner was very happy to allow my sister and her young children to use the pool as they were staying nearby. They loved the pool and the fruit juice cocktails made especially for them.

Review 9：The houses are set in a big, well kept and beautiful garden. Nice and huge swimming pool with plenty outdoor furniture to hang around. The owner Nikos, his wife and daughters are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nikos will help with anything, day and night. Very near to Lixouri, beautiful town with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, only a few minutes by car. You'll need a car to move around, on-site parking is provided. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, but it worked fine in the main building.

Review 23：Owner Nikos is the best owner I ever met, taking care of us and the facilities day and night. When on the premises, it is best to hang out in the veranda, pool or in the lobby. Garden is beautiful and there is small puppy, too. Room, drink and food prices are more than reasonable.

Review 28：When we got to the room, the toilet was not working properly so theymoved us to another room. The second room smelled of mold. No towelschanged 7 days, although we asked for it. The breakfast was very poor.

Terra Mare is a lovely place to stay with a huge garden and a great pool which we were able to use at night. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The rooms were simple but clean.

Review 33：verry big nice green complex perfect for relaxation; great owner Nikos was there for us at every hour of the day or night; very good price for the accomodation, food and drinks; we could spend all night drinking and having fun at the swimmingpool without a problem; with a car you can get to some nice beaches around: Petanoi, Xi, Ammos, Myrthos and a little bit more far (about 40km) Lake Melissani, Drogarati Cave and wonderful Antisamos Beach. We had a wonderful time at Terra Mare hotel and I recomand it to everybody else.

Review 36：A great place full immersed on nature, huge well maintened spaces. Nikos is one of the few left which really knows how to host people. A great person. A great place, excellent value for money. After this trip I have revalued a lot Paliki region and people.
