Review 1：Wifi only allowed one person on at a time, which is not ideal if there are two people. Breakfast not included Not a great vibe but met needs for the night

Review 5：We had room 304. Upon opening the fridge a most repulsive smell emerged.We told the front desk about it and asked for it to be cleaned. Thefridge was not cleaned. Upon asking again for cleaning, we were told itwas a problem with a pipe behind the fridge. We were not offered a roomchange or any compensation for putting up with the smell. Also, theyneed to provide better cleaning materials for the kitchen if guests areto clean up properly.

Review 13：Good location for access to the main shopping and restaurant areas of the town. Smart and modern with good secure underground parking facilities. Staff are pleasant and speak good English. The rooms are of moderate size and the double bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette has all you need to prepare "easy" meals and the bathroom "has a bath" and a good overhead shower. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Review 40：We stayed in a studio. There were some rules about the use of the kitchenette and garbage disposal which was quite unclear to us. We did not know what little offence would leave us with an extra charge. We left the place pristine.

Review 51：This is a recently opened apart-hotel so everything is brand new, clean and comfortable. The studios are very spacious and well appointed. It was easy to find and the parking was convenient. There is a medium sized supermarket within 200m of the hotel where we were able to purchase basics for breakfast etc. You can also order croissants for breakfast at reception if you wish to have breakfast in the studio. Excellent - we would certainly stay there again.
