Review 1：Great location for what we wanted, short drive to the sea-front, sea life centre, adventure island and much more. Very happy with the standard of the accomidation and staff were very helpful and friendly. Would reccomend to anybody for a short break away. Will definatly be coming back in the future.

Review 2：Coming out front door looking at industrial units and cars speeding - but that was not the apartments fault

Review 3：Very accommodating as I didn't realise I had booked two double beds and they managed to find an apartment with one double bed and two single beds which suited my teenagers. The apartment was clean and sheets were soft

Review 4：Road noise was terrible at night from busy road and cars racing up and down at all hours building doesn't look too appealing from the outside but inside was clean and tidy. Apartment was very clean but possibly smelt of stale cigarette smoke when we first arrived. Not the most desirable location and parking area doesn't have cctv which would have been a reassurance. Cost was quite high but we stayed on a weekend and if you can't get anywhere to stay in central Southend cheaper then this is a suitable alternative.

Review 5：Spacious modern apartment was very clean and well presented - basic but perfectly adequate. Parking available on site. Building manager was very friendly and easily contactable for check in and check out.

Review 6：No Mirrors apart from small one in bathroom cabinet for 4 girls getting ready was a nightmare! Expensive for one night for what it is Bare Minimum in the kitchen

Review 7：Not value for money. Cot which was a travel cot broken on one side,no tea towels in kitchen,bulbs blown in bathroom,hot water not very hot,bed dipped in middle,property clearly over priced as not high end value, cheap equipment made to look expensive.

Review 9：On our arrival to the property , I took a minute to look round, Irealise the kitchen and sofa were not properly cleaned. I mentioned itto the owner who was present with us at the time. His answer was"you don't have to stay here, you can look around for anotherPlace to stay" I wasn't expecting such an answer it was hashand rude from someone in business to his guest!!!The following day, the hot water stopped coming out after striping my 2yrs old nacked in the bathroom. I called the own of the property KHAN. He told me, I have to press a button in the boiler room, which I did! He said, it will take 40min to heat up. The water took 1hr:30mins to heat up before I could give my little one a bath. I called the owner again, he told me that, have spent more than time given & I have to leave the property immediately without not checking on us to know if we did manage to get more hot water or if we are ok or not! All he was interested in it's for us to leave myself and my 3 children. Infact, he threatened us with a POLICE!!! He said, if you don't leave, he will come with a police to force us out of the property also became very abusive to me on the phone. My children were shocked! They said, we did nothing wrong how could he say that.... OUR WORST HOLIDAY EVER!!!

Review 10：The apartment was spacious for the purpose of the holiday but Imust say, it became very slippery on the wooden floor while thekids were playing.

Review 11：Where do i start no taxi driver can find the apartment as its well out the way and does not say on the apartments the name its just a big white building the apartment was very unclean dirty and dusty,not enought cutlery or glasses,no covers for the duvet that was for the 5th person staying with us,shower was not powerful at all fridge froze our food and drink bath was bent in and broken was very dissapointed not worth the money at all would deffantly not come back

Review 16：There was a hairdryer missing but a brand new one was supplied to us within an hour of arrival. Excellent service.

Review 17：The staff were excellent and welcoming. We had a great stay with four people and the apartment was plenty big enough for us to hold a lunch for other members of my family in the local area.

Review 18：This apartment is awful. Start to finish, we had a terrible experience to the point the company should be ashamed they took our money. Things that went wrong: they couldn't figure out how to run a card, so we had to pay cash; we NEVER had hot water even after complaining - DAYS of freezing cold showers; the location is in a terrible area of town; you hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do; cleanliness was definitely questionable, and there were virtually no amenities. Put in some dishwashing soap, toilet paper and a full dish set, for Pete's sake. AWFUL.

Review 21：On arrival realised the place was not sign posted so could have been any old block of flats there is no reception which ment I couldn't get in there was only one phone number which I called no one answered had to google a main office number who managed to get me someone to let me in then they tried to take my credit card details on a peice of paper after the lady had gone I started too look around in the bathroom the toilet was covered in poo from the last person who stayed the cupboard in there looked completely covered in mold and shower wasn't much better heaters was on a hour timer which ment if you didn't press the button again they went off and the place got cold the floor was dark wood and Weiss totally filthy never seen a mop in its life went to make my dinner every single thing in the kitchen that I ised had to be rewashed before use all of this called in to question in my head I wonder if my bed had been changed I pulled the covers back there was a few faint stains and black fluff but couldn't say for sure that it hadn't been changed over all I think 190 pounds for a dirty badly place in marked flat for two nights Ive stayed in much better £50 hotels all hotels should have this basic standard of cleanlyness would not recommend the place is in a awful area two I was expecting every morning to come down to a broken window

Review 27：The small towels The banging doors in the block from 7am! On a Sunday! Considering we were returning at 3am and were quiet as mice. We all went to bed at 4 am and was awoken by loud banging doors in the building by 7am! This was meant to be our night Off from being up early with a baby! The locks on the doors don't feel very secure. Better locks and closing Mechanisms on Doors would be better.

Review 70：Got let down 2 days before we were due to stay there due to a leak and got put in a hotel which was in the middle of nowhere and in an industrial site. When we got to the hotel we were told that this happens alot with the apartments, people get let down and put in a hotel instead! Totally ruined my 30th birthday and would definately not recommend them!!

Review 74：The lady that met us to 'check in' was rude and did not know the answers to any of the questions regarding the contract she asked us to sign. Her English was poor and she was not helpful or friendly in any way. On the day of check out, she turned up at 09.51 and came in to the apartment with her two children so we forced out before the car picking us up had arrived. The children went straight in to our bedroom. Check out states its between 10.00 and 11.00. The location is a rough seeming area, nothing like what it sounded on the website. The contract had a list of contents for the property, lots of it stuff was not there.

Also I was not happy about putting my full credit card details down on a piece of paper and then for this receptionist/cleaner to take this paper with all my details on. The apartment I had was on the main road, very noisy. I did not find the lady that I dealt with at the apartments for the handover very professional.

I requested a late check out and there was very poor communication between the owner and lady that's checks you in and out so there for I didnt recieve my late check out time. I also could not find the apparetment on arrival as there's ni signs outside.

Review 84：Cancellation policy - 14 days! Location - it wasn't signposted on the outside, and I had to wait half an hour for someone to let me in, and then I had to fill out lots of forms and sign contracts, which would be fine if you were staying a week or more, but inconvenient for an overnight stay (the process is repeated at check-out too) Area - not the nicest area, and wasn't sure my car would be safe in the secluded car park at the back of the apartments (it was though, phew). Takes about 20 minutes to walk into Southend town centre.

Review 85：Loved the apartment - Booked the one-bed, got a two-bed. Spacious and clean. Functional, modern and clutter-free. A home-from-home experience and I wish my flat was like this! I would definitely recommend these apartments for a family week in Southend, or for a business traveller on a contract wanting a hotel-alternative, or even a group of night-clubbers wanting to save money on the cab fare home!

The location is near thePrittelwel railstation (10 minutes walkiing with children): from thereit is 50+minutes to London (liverpool street). Next to the appartementsare 2 shops for groceries, and a chinese take out!. A lot ofrestauarants are within a 5 minuten drive radius ( eg london street).Downtown and the beach is a <10 minute drive. Behind the building is aprivate parking.
