Review 1：The clean and tidy rooms together with the hot drinks and a big plus the fridge. Breakfast was excellent, go for the scrambled egg & smoked salmon muffin.

Review 6：A great stay-we decided to treat ourselves for our anniversary and weren't disappointed. The guesthouse booked a restaurant for us, gave us a free drink on arrival and left chocolates and a card in the room. Great breakfast as well. Would recommend.

Review 7：the only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. only orange juice and milk. cooking was not as good as it says in the reviews. we have to wait long time for the breakfast. Only 4 items to select.

From the very genuine and warm welcome to the friendly and down to earth service thought out our stay, the location was peaceful and charming, breakfast was exceptional, and the honesty bar all made everything combined faultless! Review 30：Lovely spacious room (Mendoza) with enormous comfy bed. Huge bathroom with a fabulous roll top bath. Very tasty full English breakfast. Nice touch having fresh flowers in the room and also a silent mini fridge. Very friendly hosts.

Review 33：We went for my boyfriends 25th birthday and we're seeing a concert while there. The guesthouse was lovely, and the owners are really friendly and willing to help, made us feel at home! The bedroom was nicely done up and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious, we've stayed at guesthouses before and this was by far the best one, I would defiantly recommend this guesthouse and would go back again!!

Review 34：Very comfortable and a warm welcome. Room warm and clean with everything we needed plus extra. The shower was not a typical drip that we commonly find when we go away. Hot water and great pressure. A good quality comfortable bed. A hearty breakfast including a vegetarian option! Highly recommend!

Review 35：The hotel is in the perfect location, just across from the seafront. And within easy walking distance of everything. The owners are really friendly and make you feel like you are at home. The quest house is beautiful and completed to a very high standard, the room we stayed in although small had everything we needed. I would definitely visit here again.

Lots of lovely extras such as bathrobes, 'posh' toiletries and a little fridge with fresh milk and coffee all added to us feeling thoroughly pampered! Ooh and not forgetting the feast that was breakfast!

Review 47：The Suenos had everything we could want and no expense spared. So comfortable and friendly. The little extras (homemade biscuits, little chocolate eggs and rabbits for Easter) made us feel so welcome. Southend itself didn't have that much to offer but The Suenos definitely had it all!

Review 70：The quest is, what didnt I like. I can honestly say there was nothing to complain about and every woman loves a moan. Suenos was fantastic. From the host to the decor, the food, the rooms. Even had little quirky tea bags :) definitely recommend and would certainly return.

Review 95：Our stay at Suenos was exactly as I had hoped it would be, peaceful & restful. We only stayed 1 night for our Wedding Anniversary & thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room Atacama was very clean & decor was simple and totally to my taste. Centre Bath is a beautiful feature. I appreciated the variety of Teas & complimentary Water. These little touches made our stay very welcoming. We would definitely stay again if in Southend & will recommend to friends & family.

Neil and Teresa are fantastic friendly hosts who do everything right to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as they can. The buffet breakfast is plentiful with lots of various cereals, fresh fruit and nuts, etc. The cooked breakfast menu is quality and has many tasty choices or choose your own on how you want it plated. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed.
