Review 1：Only the weather was not great but we had a nice rest after xmas /new period.

Review 2：The location is great and the facilities are excellent ,luvly atmosphere friendly crew and the restaurant was superb .

Review 3：A lot of the food on menu in room was not available. The hotel were not able to see booking.com payment so I had to pay again. Now waiting for a refund. I think the food (room service) was expensive for what it was.

Everything down to the furniture is excellently done in the rooms and they provided lots of tea and coffee supplies as well as free wi-Fi. Room service was also great and really fast despite the restaurant holding multiple Christmas functions (from which I heard no noise!). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at hotels around the area and I know I will be back when I'm next in Southend.
