Review 1：As usual to small bed for 2 people from Sweden to have comfort. Only two garden chair on the balcony, and one broken. They had no replacements in the reception. The sea is nice but not close and we got a parking beside the balcony. Stores and resturant in area limited.
Review 2：It is a nice apartment hotel close to the beach. the seaviue is nice. Busstop outsida the gate take you easy to Serignan to a big store - Carrefor. The balcony large , pool area not overcrowded in sept. Nice young girl in the reception with perfect English.

Review 4：The sea view and privacy we had in our apartment. Not being troubled by cleaners, maids etc on a daily basis, being able to come and go as you please which all added to a lovely stay in a marvellous location
Review 5：Cleanliness was below what I expected for score-8.0 place. Dishwasher machine got broken the first week of our stay and was not repaired/replaced by the staff - nuisance for a five-person family having all their lunches/dinners at the apartment. Comfort of beds was rather poor. The flat seems to be aging, with tables being rocky. WiFi access far from acceptable (apparently overloaded with the number of users - could not even get into the network during the day).
Review 6：Proximity of the sea, without nuisances of night-life. Calm and family-friendly area. Small and friendly shops nearby.
Review 7：We knew that the free Wifi was only in communal area. However this area was rather poorly appointed with grubby white cushions in the chairs and also it closed when reception was closed. The connection wasn't great and people resorted to sitting on the floor to use the Wifi. A free connection for the residents in the whole building would really bring our score up to almost a 10! (Just for information ...This didn't spoil our holiday at all!)
Review 8：Very spacious apartment with lots of storage space. Big balcony overlooking the sea and the pool . Very quiet especially at night. Perfect location away from the noisy town and the beach was lovely and clean and very close with easy access. Secure personal parking space included in the price. There was also a TV . We really enjoyed our stay and would go back .
Review 9：Taxi fare from airport. Use shuttle bus into Bezier centre then public bus. It takes a bit longer but saves you loads. Bus service is good.
Review 10：Location relative to beach was excellent as we're some of the nearby cafes and restaurants. Weather was excellent as is the local public bus service, 50cents per journey, great value!
Review 11：Nothing was in the flat when we got there such as toilet paper and arrived late that allssupermarkets were closed. Not so much activities in town as end of summer period.

Review 15：Noisy road with non stop traffic from car's and people which meant you couldn't keep your windows open. No air conditioning. Stuffy rooms at night. No real control from staff to enforce the site quiet rules. For the amount of apartments a real lack of WIFi quality. Really poor. Really poor shower which felt dirty with a tatty curtain. Air vents where all really dirty and looked as though they have never been cleaned.

Review 17：When we arrived the furniture was dirty like glue, the floor was brushed, but not washed. We bought dusters and detergents at once to wash the apartment, by the way the price for cleaning when you check out is 55 Euros! The frying pans are old and ragged.
Review 18：Location, the apartments are close to the beach and each has a sea view, the nearest pharmacy and small shops are also very close. The advantage is private parking and enclosed area.
Review 19：the lack of a fan in the bedroom as one had to keep the shutter closed due to the mosquito's also WiFi in the apartment would have been excellent. We were very concerned that you can not pre book the apartment you desire, it would be better if you could do this from the onset which may make us less likely to book with you in the future
Review 20：the excellent view from our beach front balcony which we requested so thank you for meeting our request it made our holiday very special indeed and the privacy we had. Although to achieve this we had to send numerous e-mails to hopefully obtain to apartment we wanted.

Review 29：It was not possible to gain access to the room until 5pm in high season.We had to kick our heels for a couple of hours around Valras Plage andwould have been happier with an arrival policy which allowed earlieradmission.We were presented with an inventory of everything in the flat, along with a list of (inflated) prices should anything be missing at the end of our stay. The procedure for checking out involved booking an appointment for someone to come to the flat to check the inventory and the cleanliness of the accommodation. A cleaning fee was threatened should it not be clean enough. An early departure (before 8am) involved a compulsory cleaning fee. This all felt very threatening and slightly spoilt what was otherwise a very good experience.
Review 30：The Alizea Plage has a great location, right on the beach. We like thefact that it is a good distance out from the centre of Valras Plage -allowing for a good walk at night-times.There are some shops nearby with a reasonable range of essential foodstuffs. The secure parking is very helpful in high season.
Review 31：Took some time to get used to being at the far side of Valras Plage (having been there many times previously. However coffee and croissants easily available at two close locations and a couple of friendly bars nearby.

Bit of a walk to town centre but good choice of restaurants there, and one or two locally. If you want an apartment on the beach - this is it!
