These studios are located only a few steps from the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos. They offer great views of Delos, Syros and Tinos. Free internet is provided.
The Cycladic style complex comprises of rooms, as well as studios and apartments with kitchenette facilities. Each offers air conditioning. Some have a balcony and some also have a view of the sea.
Homemade delicacies and drinks are served at the poolside snack-bar. The complex also features a mini market.
At just 50 feet from the studios, visitors can find Greek traditional taverns.

Review 1：The hotel is great, clean and well-kept, the sea-views are amazing. The boy working in the bar is so nice and always willing to help and give you the best service. The owners are also lovely people, a very familiar atmosphere, chill-out feeling! I Highly recommend it.
Review 2：We travelled with two small children and only stayed here for one night. Our studio was quite cramped for four people so I would not recommend for families who wanted to stay for more than a couple of nights.
Review 3：An amazing place in a fabulous location - perfect little boutique studio/hotel for couples or groups of friends travelling to Mykonos. The pool is fabulous as is the pool bar and the outdoor area in general.
Review 4：Anna George and Dimitri were amazing hosts picking us up from the ferry and even taking us into town when I enquired about buses. The room was clean. Beds comfortable and bathroom new and modern. The pool overlooks the bay and the barman makes an amazing pina colada and watermelon daiquiri with mint. Dinner at the local taverna 20 metres from our room was very very good. Food excellent and reasonable. The mini mart under the pool and bar has the essentials at good prices.
Review 5：George and his wife have a beautiful hotel in a lovely, scenic and convenient location close to the new port and a quick rentable quad bike ride from Mykonos town. The facilities are beautifully maintained and the pool deck has 180 degree views of the beautiful coastline. George and primary staff Adonis will do whatever they can to ensure you have a nice stay. Cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back. Check it out.
Review 6：Only stayed here for one night as we were on the ferry the following morning. The owner picked us up from the airport which considering was for only the one nights stay was top drawer. The apartment was spotless, as was the pool and bar area. I ate in the afternoon at the bar and the food was very good, so to the breakfast, which all three of us had in the morning. If you are heading to other islands it's a great place to stay for the port, but if you are planning to stay a little longer is probably even better value as it's not far from town and great value for money.. We are planning on flying into Mykonos next year before going to the islands so we will definitely try and stay here again. Great value!

Review 11：The folks at the hotel made sure that we were welcome and they were available daily for the best beaches to visit given the current winds and cinditions. Our room, the pool, their availability and helpfulness were unsurpassed. I would recommend and revisit this' location without hesitation.
Review 12：The bathroom stinked and first after 4 days did the owner fix one of two rooms we rented. It was very unpleasant and should qualify for a reasonable discount, because the problem was well-known.

Review 16：Hotel Office was not functioning, which made it difficult to get services, drop off luggage, or pay. The hotel was under construction. The streets are not well marked (not marked at all) and it turns out there are 2 ports, not one, in Mykonos, so we got lost twice trying to get to the hotel. Manager picked us up when we phoned in.

Review 21：Nothing really, though the stairs in the apartment were a little treacherous as there's no hand rail, so be careful after a couple of drinks... :/
Review 22：We were in apartment 4, right by the bar. It was a fabulously quirky apartment, with the entrance on the ground floor with a kitchenette, table, chairs and single bed, and the bathroom. Up a flight of stairs to the mezzanine level where there was a double bed and doors out to the balcony. The complex has a fabulous pool, bar and does great bar meals. I can highly recommend the burger and the Mykonian Pizza. If you sit up there at sunset, you've great views. And it's only 5 minutes from the beach, though be warned, there's some very steep steps down and (more importantly) back up). There's a couple of great restaurants by the beach and a decent supermarket.

Review 24：The friendly staff who picked us up from the Port and then dropped us off at the Airport. The accommodation is not in the centre of town which is perfect for us and the view from the terrace area is fabulous. The swimming pool is clean and you can have breakfast/ lunch and drinks at the studios if required. The taverna next door can also be highly recommended
Review 25：manager helpfully picked us up from teh port when our ferry from Naxos arrived in Mykonos and took us to the airport the next day (and that was 2 journeys one family at each go) nice aircon room big pool nice people. Nice friendly lady on the bar in the evening perfectly nice meal - bit pricey but then we did have 7 cocktails...
Review 26：A bit too far from town. Main issue was the owner clearly over books the accomodation. When we arrived we were told our room would not be ready until the following day and when we left we were asked to move out a day early because she'd over booked again! Not happy! Had plenty of arguments which isn't what you want it expect on holiday especially when you book 5 months before! Also they only have a small poll with about 10 sun beds which they don't mind non residents using

Review 29：This beach is worth a visit. The sand is sandy and the pier to jump off is great fun for kids who are competent swimmers. The adjacent taverna is lovely too with friendly staff. The staff at Flaskos are delightful and the breakfast delicious. A convenient bus journey to the old port.

Review 31：We liked the way we were made feel welcome from the start, even though there was a bit of a glitch in the side of booking.com, they made it work for us, even in the middle of the high season! The room we got has an amazing view just a few steps out the door. And the sunsets on the deck are just stunning. The location is very close to an amazing beach.

Review 34：When I booked the room I asked the studio with balcony and seaview, because of honemoon. When we arrived Olga told that 3 days we will live in studio (neigbour villa) with great view, next 9 days in better room in Flaskos. First room was nice with a great view, but no balcony. But next room was really better inside but without balcony and view (there was view on neibour walls). We asked Olga to change the room, Olga was very helpful and changed it to 2 floored greek style room. But with the poll (garden) view ;( Wi-Fi is not good. It works only near the swimming pool.
Review 35：Thank you Olga, George, Alex and Prima for great honey moon. It was nice place with great view from the pool area. We lived in 2 floors greek stile studio. It was original and nice. Our room was clean everyday. We rented the quad bike for one week and it was cheaper then in other places. Thank you Prima for this :) And free pick up from the port - good point too.

The short drive into town for us was no problem, because in Mykonos you'd need a car/quad/bike to get to the beaches anyway. Can't wait to visit Mykonos again, and will probably stay at Flaskos.

Review 67：Do not go to Flaskos Studios if you are not reasonably fit. The accessto the beach and the bus stop is via a long staircase (111 steps along asloping path). The stairs are not steep, and it's only 5 minutes ifyou are in good shape, but it is essentially impossible for seniors withlimited mobility and very young children. The problem is that you arecompletely stuck in the hotel if you cannot do the stairs. And do notcount on getting a taxi, there are essentially none available on Mykonos(40 taxis for the whole island, so it's virtually impossible to getone). The swimming pool is very deep, so it is also not great forseniors who don't swim well and for very young children.
Review 68：Flaskos Studios is perfect if you want to stay near Mykonos (town) andhave access to a beach without taking a bus. The rooms were nice, cleanand quiet. The swimming pool with spectacular view on the sea is great(salt water +chlorine, so you need goggles). Olga and George Flaskos andthe staff are super helpful.

Review 72：We really loved & enjoyed our stay at Flaskos! The owner Olga & her husband are a very nice and helpful couple. We hadn't informed them about our arrival details, however just a simple call from us from the ferry port & the gentleman was there to pick us up within 5 minutes! there's a supermarket for all the basic needs in the hotel building. There's a superb beach view from the hotel & it is about a 100 steps down and a 30 metre walk, thats it. The hotel is about 2-3 kms from the main mykonos town, but one can rent a bike from Flaskos itself which was very helpful. the kitchenette facility was like an icing on the cake as we could cook & eat whatever we wanted to. Review 73：My friends and I loved the fact that it's not located in the very centre of Mykonos (8-10min by bus), as this could be a bit noisy. However, the bus to the centre is 2 min from the studios and passes every now and again. The place has its own lovely swimming pool area and it's literally two minutes from a quiet beach. The staff is incredibly friendly, they picked us up from the port and recommended us very good places to go in Mykonos. They were super helpful with everything we needed and made us feel like we were at home! Also, the studios are nicely decorated. All in all, you'd feel like you're part of the family and you'd never want to leave that place! We'll come back for sure.
