Review 1：Entrance is a little hard to find, as you have first to cross some "elegant door" which looks as an hotel entrance, but it is just the access to the street where the house is. There should be a signal outside notifying B&B is there, but it is just a tiny litle thing.
Review 2：Owner is a really kind person, treating you as if you were a king. Breakfast was awesome. He took care of my alimentary intollerances which are quite uncommon. Although weather was awful, temperature was really cosy within the place.
Review 3：I was there for only one night, the recess with a bar that was provided was fine.however if I had been there for more than a couple of nights the lack of a wardrobe would have been an issue.

Review 5：As soon as the door was answered you were given a very friendly welcome from Trevor, Trevor then took us to our room which was very comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast in the morning was superb .
Review 6：Hospitality at the b&b was excellent we felt so welcome. The room was very comfortable, a good size and the shower in the ensuite was amazing. The selection of food on offer for breakfast was good and very nicely cooked. Last of all the location was idyllic in birnam centre. We went for a wedding party weekend at the birnam arts centre but I would recommend to any type of traveller looking for a comfortable and quiet home from home accommodation at a good price.
Review 7：A bit hard to find as it's hidden from the main road. Maybe some advice on how to find the B&B would be nice with the confirmation of the reservation.
Review 8：Everything was really clean, room was warm (which was really appreciated after a long walk on the Cairngorms !) and the recpetion was really warm too ! Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend !

Review 16：My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night during the Rewind Festival weekend. Our room was superb! Double bed (as well as a single bed), massive bathroom with huge bath and the shower was amazing, really powerful and just what we needed after a very muddy and wet festival! The breakfast was really good; as a vegetarian there was no option of a veggie sausage, but I had scrambled egg and beans which was filling enough. The dining table at breakfast was one large table so we ate with all the other guests, so if you don't want to have a lively chat at breakfast time (we did!) then perhaps this might be something to consider.

Mike was very helpful and gave us advice were to eat in Dunkeld. He prepared an early breakfast for us (which was quite good) since our group was leaving early. It was just a short walk and over the River Tay to Dunkeld.
