Review 1：The rooms have tired decoration. No proper mini-bar lots of corrosion in different parts of the hotel Sea water pool

Review 3：staff unfriendly, in the pool was floating one of the lamps supposed to be attached to the wall, i said that to the staff they told me not to worry.. and of course they did't fix that. the woman at the reception that organized the shuttle booked me 2 times the fare... i didnt notice so i had to pay again cash, i asked her on the telefon she didnt even care to listen to me. i would expect better from a 2 star hotel.

Review 5：Very traditional place very comfortable and spacious room. Staff is very friendly and at your service. About a 2 miles from clubs and shopping but they have a shuttle back and forth every hour to two hours that made things very convenient.

Review 9：As in many European hotels lately the air conditioning is turned on withthe room key, so when you come home sweating from the beach or long atvride you want a cool room to relax...no wait about 30min for that tohappen. Also, sea view is a small window to the side and it pretty muchblocked by the flowers so my short self couldn't view the sea noteven tip toeing from the balcony.Not as central as we thought it wouldbe but we didn't mind.

Review 10：I liked the service, the breakfast variety, the hotel itself was verypretty. The location is not walking distance to Chora the main town butits far enough that its relaxing. The hotel also provides a shuttleservice to and from the town so that is great. We just rented an atv tosee the island and go to the beaches. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Review 19：The bath room we had in our room far from satisfactory, far too tiny with shower curtain similar to those lower end 2 stars hotels we used to stay many years ago. I certainly wouldn't agree it's a 4 stars hotel. The best I think is only a marginal 3 stars one. The other issue is the shuttle service itself is no problem but when the hotel receiving so many group tours, a van with only about 16 seats is far from enough. You should never allow the situation guests have to wait for the van to go and come back for the 2nd pick up. It's unfair to all the guests and also the driver who been working so hard. If you wish to make more money, you should invest more first!

Our bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Dated and mustyin the room. Loud air conditioner, kept us awake at night. Worst of allis the location. Far from town(chora). The "shuttle" serviceis not regular enough despite the fact that on their website they saythey have regular shuttle service. In fact there are 2 1/2 to 3 hrgaps in service. Almost impossible to get a taxi on island so often wefelt "stuck" at the resort. If you know you are far from townand you promote your shuttle, run it at regular intervals like yourwebsite implies!!
