Reviews for Villa Askamnia

Review 1：No wifi in the room, most probably the router is not strong enough or is at the wrong place. The AC was hardly working, constantly turning on and off every 5-10 second. They need new AC for sure. The breakfast can consist of fewer things but better selected. Expected a glass of orange fresh juice which was sold at the bar, but no. The water temperature was not OK, sometimes it was very hot even when it is set to cool or cold.

Review 2：I liked the friendly attitude of the personnel and the place and locations are very quiet and nice. For a small villa it has pretty nice gym. very noce you have aan umbrella and two beach chairs locked and available for guests at the beach which is 30-40 meters from the villa.

Review 3：The hosts/staff are wonderful; the pool area is also wonderful; there is easy access to a great beach including free umbrellas and lounge chairs. It is a short and nice walk along the beach (or the road) to town with restaurants, shops, taverns, etc.

Review 4：Extra bed is narrow "sofa" bed in kitchen. Nearby town (short walk) is not so exciting and doesn't have much to offer in the way of good restaurants.

Review 5：Very friendly people. Nice pool, short (2 minute) walk to a small, clean, quiet beach. Beautiful grounds. Convenient location to Thessaloniki and nearby "fingers".

Review 11：The bathroom is a little small. The room is cleaned and the sheets are changed every 3 days. The pipes in the shower tend to clog. We received only warm water during the day and hot water only in the morning and evening. The tv signal was poor and the programs were mostly in german. Our tv received only in black and white and there were no channels for kids. At the pool and at the breakfast tables there are honey bees that fly around.

Review 12：The pool is perfect. Very nice garden and chairs for sun bathing. Beautiful sun beds near the pool. The rooms are large and the kitchen is useful. The beach is very close and the owners offer free beach chairs for the guests. The location is quiet and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The owners are very very nice and the try all their best to keep their guests pleased. All our children felt there like in heaven because of the pool and the kindness of our guests Jenny and Iannis who let them do all the splashes they wanted. Good mosquito nets and shades on the doors to keep the room cold during hot days. No need for air condition. Good price for breakfast and bar. The wifi at the bar is good we could watch movies or make tango calls. The garden is clean and nice.

Review 13：Wi-Fi works only near the pool. No signal whatsoever in the rooms.

Review 14：Advantages of the Villa Askamnia: - 80 m from the beach + the villa has 4 sets of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach which you can use for free - lot of space around the Villa - pleasant staff - swimming pool, playground, WiFi, parking lot etc.
