Review 1：The cooking facilities in the apartment were fine for 2, but maybe a little short if you plan on coming with a big family.

Review 2：Superfriendly staff! Gave us a bigger room, without extra charge, because of one tiny shortage. Nice location, bus stops right around the corner, 10 minute drive to the city centre. Hotel-restaurant has good food at very reasonable prices. Clean swimming pool, and nice and calm since we were there in september.

Review 4：Price Pool Excellent staff, perfect english, went out of their way to be helpful. Organised rental cars (at a great price) and were always flexible and considerate to our needs.

Review 6：The pool is big, clean and comfortable (wc&changing rooms by the pool). Nice choice of meals downstears. Located near a couple of big supermarkets, and it's easy to get to the national road from there. Two A/C in the apartments. Good bathroom with a bathtub. Very nice and friendly host, Katerina.

Review 7：We were well looked after & nothing was a problem, helped printing off return boarding passes & confirming airport pickup. Spotlessly clean, new towels every day. Plenty of sunbeds, & good food & service. Bus stop into Chania at end of street & sandy beach a short walk away. Would definitely return to Theos Village.

Review 9：We stayed for three weeks. This is a familyruned place and the family is very nice. After a day on the run it was almost like coming home when the staff asked about your day. We had a car and it was minutes away from the beach and Chania but often we just kicked back at one of the pools. This was our first visit but i know that many familys come again and again and I can understand why:)

Review 24：We are traveling a lot, but we have never met such a wonderful lovely people like Katherina and Iota. They are so nice, helpfull and we where treated like family! The hotel is very good. Our room was nice and specious and has been cleaned every day, Hotel has two very nice and clean swimming pools. The restaurant serves very delicious food in good price. For kids there is small, but cosy playground. Hotel is situated only 8-10 minuts walk from supermarkets (Inka, Lidl, AB) Behind the corner there is a small shop opened till late night hours. Only short walk distance to the beautifull sandy beach. I'd definitely recomend this hotel to everyone!

Review 25：The owner, Katarina was really nice and kind. We have been so happy in this place!! Clean, nice and really quite. We have been there with a 3 years old kid and the little garden with toys for children. A beautiful terrace and a great swimming-pool. The beach is really near. Great holiday.

Review 26：In the sea there were small fishes which were biting it wasn't dangerous but it was uncomfortable.

Review 28：Brilliant location for young families. Two lovely pools and three sandy beaches with shallow warm protected waters which are good for children within walking distance. I travelled with my parents ( in their 70's) and young children (9 months and 4 years). Close to local amenities and good base for day trips if driving.

Review 29：Close to noisy roads, impossible to sleep with open windows. Don't forget to ask for the air-condition and for the safe key. No wi-fi inside the room, had to go to common areas. Ask for a room to the main building. The food was nice but the menu could be improved with more traditional cuisine and tastes from Crete. No parking area but easy to park in the public street.

Review 31：Everything is good. Staff is very friendly!!! I want to say one more thanks. The room was big good air condition. The room was cleaned everyday. Good pool. If you want u can ask for a breakfast, it's cost 5 euro. But room was kitchened. Everything for cooking. Oven, kitchen equipments. Not far from the beach. The road to the beach is nice. Big supermarket is close to the hotel. There is a good entertament for children. Bus stop not far from hotel to get Chania. Everything is good. Of course i will chose this hotel next time.

Review 33：People are very friendly. They will take care of you. Place is quiet. Short walking distance from the beach and shops. With a car is perfect. Bus stops are closed as well. Very good with kids. Perfect place to relax. Apartment was new, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool very nice.

Review 34：I have travelled over 26 contries with kids and first time I feel like home. The hotel had 2 wonderful, clean pools.One of them was open late. The personal was... in one word: superb! !!! Near the pools there were many sunbeds, which were clean. Cleaning was fine and every day, if you want that. The apartment had a huge balcony, 2 air conditioning, plasma tv, safety box, hair dryer. Lidl 700m, Inka market 700m, beach 400m, 24 hours open litle shop 700m. FOOD in restaurant was tasty and in reasonable price. Wehad aome exyra service: laundries, early check in at 10, late check out at 22 and extra bed without extra costs :D

We truly recommend this hotel everyone who appreciate good customer service and good food! And hotel is peaceful and good place to relax and location is excellent, only few kilometres to Chania. Food in this hotel was the best that we ate on this holiday! It was fresh, homemade and made with love! We want to thank Katerina and Yota, we will be back again someday because you are the best!
