Review 1：I loved everything from start to finish. I booked the superior apartment as a surprise for my boyfriend, we went with two friends. The staff were amazing, so friendly, apartment was huge! And so stunning!

Review 2：Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Only negative thing was rather noisy at night as it's a busy area but nothing that a good pair of ear plugs can't fix.

Review 7：I had to phone for help with the TV in the lounge. Turns out, it wasn't connected to the ariel socket since the connecting cable had been removed. At the price I paid, I would have expected someone to have (at the very least) noticed this. I wasn't impressed in the least by the shower. It lacked power and wasn't very hot - I'd say luke warm at best. And that was on both mornings of my stay. Very disappointing. Finally, the bath creme provided - although very luxurious, there was no bath and the creme was very difficult to get out of the tiny bottle - especially in a shower. The scent was VERY masculine.

Review 13：Terrible service a lot of money and very little facilities.. Large deposit had to be put down.. After leaving we found out we had been double charged the deposit so that was £400 overall very disappointed . Also made to stand at reception whilst someone checked our room very awkward

Review 15：We had booked an apartment because we were half-way through our trip and wanted to wash clothes.we were unable to get dryer. To work and had clothes all over the balcony trying to dry them(unsuccessfully ). Staff couldn't advise on how dryer worked or if it did at all

Review 19：The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Staff are helpful and informative. Although in the centre of Dundee and at the weekend there was no noise from outside at all. Had a great time staying here.

Review 20：We thought some of the fittings in the apartments were a little poor. The biggest lack was a desk or workspace. This was not a problem in this case, but in some situations I would want to work during my stay. Also, beside lamps with silly shades that one could not read by and silly sequinned pillows... But this is a minor quibble ;)

Review 21：We must say that the staff at the reception desk were delightful and very helpful. They made us immediately welcome and helped out with problems and requests. The rooms were extremely large and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartments very much.

Review 25：Due to the location of the property we found that it was noisy when the pubs and night clubs were coming out. We felt that if the windows were upgraded this would perhaps reduce the noise levels. However we were aware when we booked of the location and there would likely be some noise.

Review 27：Kitchen was not well-equipped and quality of furnishings was lacking throughout. No climate control - the apartment was unbelievably hot. With all this room, this should have a larger bed. Needs darker curtains. Bar/street noise an issue - needs better soundproofing.

Review 47：Before my friends and I travelled the staff became quite an issue. I conversationally said we were celebrating a friends birthday and from that they became very uncomfortable, suggested we find somewhere else to stay and said that my friends and I would be loud and disturb other guests. I was then a nervous wreck for the duration of our stay as the flats are very echoey and everytime someone spoke I half expected to have a complaint made. The drama caused by the hotel staff really spoiled my stay.

Review 55：The apartments were very clean and nice, however i was shocked to be told that a £50 deposit for each of us was needed on arrival, i thought this was very disrespectful, the apartment was expensive enough. we had a good night and were really tired when we got back, however our sleep was disrupted the whole night as the floor boards above were hurendeously loud. I would not be sure about returning here.

Review 61：Me and my partner went here for a weekend ! It was absolutely beatiful ! The apartment was so comfortable, and homely! The balcony was also lovely, nice view and nice seats. The staff were all friendly and happy to help and offer any information needed. I would definitely go back, it was the most relaxing, enjoyable weekend we have had in a while. Review 62：gusting approx. 90 mph winds caused loud noises vibrating the external shuttering/vents throughout the night , but this was the weather, not the apartment, (although the external fittings may want to be examined).

Review 66：Apartment was freezing, electric heating with basic timers. We were given no warning there was no temperature control. Returned to find apartment freezing, switch heaters on and after 4 hours apartment was still cold. Couches and chairs in sitting room are very uncomfortable. Location is good but parking poor as it is shared with a number of businesses and a busy casino, you require a permit to park.

Review 71：From the moment we arrived the staff were all super helpful. They showed us to our room and i was surprised at how big the apartment was-it was huge. We also had a balcony which was great for the smokers as it meant they could smoke on the balcony rather than taking numerous trips outside. The apartment was kitted out with everything you could need. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Review 84：The floors were very squeaky though. The heat in the room was a little stifling and we were unable to open the windows more that a inch. Our stay here would have been perfect with the air con, it was difficult to sleep at night, the casino downstairs (outside) was noisy, and we were unable to close the windows as the apartment was far to hot, the weather outside was mild, thank god it wasn't the height of summer.

Review 85：The front of house staff were marvellous, very helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. They volunteered local information and we're quick to respond to queries. The apartment was finished to a high standard.

Review 86：(NB - very minor) Sofa and chairs were a bit hard.mBed was rather high. No butter dish! Table lamp needed a new bulb. (We reported it but didn't need it urgently so it was ok that it wasn't replaced, just disappointing that it wasn't working.) Two kitchen sockets stopped working on our last morning.

Review 89：Very noisy! Only there two nights, thank goodness. First night we were awake from 4am with loud banging noises and racket from the casino we were not told was underneath us. The second night we were awake from 4.30 with the outside noise. It was extremely hot in the apartment but we could not open the windows because of the road noise. We had a two-bedroom apartment that was beautiful and spacious - even had a balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy the weather. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. And having a small grocery store next door worked out perfectly for when we felt like cooking rather than eating at a restaurant.
