Review 1：The manager was rude, the pool was green for the dirty backcloth, the room was poor and very aged (It stinks of old!) and it was accessorized with very basic and obsolescent appliances. The Wi-fii was only in public zone and often not working (either disconnecting or not connecting or weak or slow or disappearing...) There isn't privacy in that hotel: neither acoustic insulation nor covering of visibility. The rooms open on the central pool with big glass doors and the balconies are very low. From every room you see a lot of other rooms so often you feel a bit observed. There's no comfort here. We will never return of course!

Review 3：Bed mattresses were bit too hard, as usually in most Greek hotels. However, Hotel manager could arrange some improvement asap when asked.

Review 7：Deciding to past a relaxed weekend with my wife and two kids we booked at the hotel since it's located just a few km outside chania. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room for a family with kids and a very nice pool area. Very close to the beach, and very quiet envirometbnaeay from main roads. Highly suggested.

Review 8：Good location! Not in city center, but not so far from all important infrastacture, esspecially for familly holidays (supermarkets, 24/7 stores, restaurants, bus stops...). Several beaches are very close (10 to 15 minutes by walk). Hotel is very clean and stuff is carefull with guest.

Review 9：- Kitchen quality and available equipment was a tragedy. If you like preparing food, you will not enjoy it at Nireas. - Very basic room furniture, but OK for 10 days stay.

Review 10：- Excellent 3m deep huge pool with normally very few people around it; - Perfect location few steps away form the main shopping street, shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes. - 10 min walking distance away form spectacular beaches of Crete. - Relatively quiet place with some occasional baby screams at the pool. - Nice pool bar to order simple breakfast or fresh orange juice at the pool. - Free car parking- that's excellent! - WiFi Internet was more than I was expecting. -Room service for that price was pleasant surprise. - Large balcony.

Review 13：I stayed at Nireas hotel with my two teenage daughters. We all loved it there. Christos is a very kind host, his father, who doesn't speak a word of English, is also very lovely. Due to a problem during booking, the first days of our stay we were in the sister hotel across the road. Maria, the owner there is a wonderful hospitable woman and we were also very happy there. After 5 days we transferred to Nireas. Our room was great, very clean. The atmosphere at Nireas is great, even though all rooms were full, it was never crowded or too busy around the pool but always nice and quiet with plenty of space to relax. I'm hoping to go back to Crete next year and if I do, I'll definitely try and book at Nireas hotel again.

Review 28：The shower head wouldn't attach to the wall so you cant stand under it,you just have to hold it. We asked for it to be fixed and they did trybut it didn't really work. We had to ask for a kettle. The hotel has anice relaxed atmosphere overall but we would have liked a bit moreatmosphere at the bar in the evening. It was very quiet and one nightthe bar was closed at 9.00. Having said that we had a lovely holiday.
