Review 1：The apartment is in a great location a couple of minutes to the shops ,restaurants ,beaches and harbor. The pool area and pool bar are fantastic ,with food and drink all very good and reasonable prices.

Review 2：Our holiday was in the last week of the season so everything was being packed up around us, which spoiled the stay as we'd saved up for a holiday and deserved the same experience as everyone who'd come earlier.

Review 3：It was a perfect location and everyone was friendly. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The staff were brilliant with our young daughter.

Review 4：The staff were a little subdued, possibly tired out as was near end of season. The wifi was hit and miss and we were staying right by the pool bar where it was located.

Review 6：If I really had to think of bad points then it would have to be that the beds were super hard and the shower could have done with a more thorough clean-there was black scum around the edges. Apart from that the rest of the apartment were spacious and fine for our needs.

Review 7：The two pools plus children's pool were mostly warm and welcoming. There were always sun loungers available and the atmosphere was very laid back. The staff made us very welcome and learnt my 3 year olds name so they could say hello to him - a nice touch.

Review 8：Bed was very hard. Stove didn't work very well in the apartment. no option for starter pack in apartment which would have been nice having kids, ie milk, butter, break some basics.

Review 9：helpful staff, easy to get food downstairs if can't get shopping easily. Pool lovely. Very close to all amenities. quiet in evenings.

Review 10：on arrival our key was just left in the door and there was no one around. luckily as we had booked a transfer with the accomodation direct the taxi man knew the owner so rang him which room we were in, this is not a major thing but would have been nice to have had an e mail before i left home stating this is your room number etc.

Review 11：the location was fabulous, apartments small and clean (we only had a basic room but for a week it was fine), facilities great... would definately reccommend and return without hesitation.

Review 12：The apartment didn't live up to our expectations: we booked the Superior Two Bedroom apartment and it didn't look Superior at all. Furniture was old and it had single beds.

Review 13：The property is in the center of Kassiopi. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful, and she cleaned our apartment every morning.

Review 14：Would have been very useful to have known before arriving that there would be no one on site when we arrived at midnight and didn't know where or which apartment we were in. Luckily the taxi driver seemed to be used to this and ran around all the apartments until he found one with the key in the door which he assumed was ours. As the taxi was booked by solaris,they were aware of our arrival time.

Review 18：This is in a great location, just off the main drag, and close to the harbour. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was wonderful, and the accommodation very clean and comfy.

Review 24：It was the beginning of April so the start of the season and a lot of the resort was not yet open. We could not swin in the pools or sea as they both very cold and even the kids would not get in. The beds were very hard which gave both of us a bad back.
