The Sunset Inn is located in the Victoruian seaside resort of Hunstanton, which faces West across the Wash with views of magnificent sunsets.

The Sunset Inn has 5 Double Sea Facing Rooms and a further 2 rooms to the rear of the property. Each room is individually furnished and decorated with its own colour scheme, en-suite shower facilities, 2 chairs, free slippers, TV/DVD, coffee/tea tray and a host of other facilities. The rooms are on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor with no lift.
The Breakfast Room is light and airy with views to the sea and guests are treated to a special English Breakfast in served in a very unique 'Sunset Inn' way.

Review 1：Location was excellent. It was a very clean and comfortable with good size bedrooms. The owners were exceptionally helpful and the breakfasts were incredible.

Review 4：We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Inn. They made it special as it was our 30th wedding anniversary and we had our very first holiday in Hunstanton. This stay was made as memorable.
Review 5：Lack of heating in the room. Only 1 small electric heater on the wall and a small mobile electric radiator. It took several hours once we were in the room to get it to a comfortable temperature. This could have been anticipated and the room pre-heated prior to our arrival. An electric towel rail in the shower room would have been appreciated to improve the temperature, having said that the towels were replaced both days.

Made to feel at home from the minute we checked in and nothing is too much trouble. Books and magazines to read placed on shelves as you go up to your room...Cannot fault the place. .. we will definitely go back to stay.

Review 23：Accommodation was a stones throw from the sea-front but nestled away from any noise. Great sea views. Owners were lovely and even got my a gift and card when they found out it was my birthday. They were extremely helpful and really made us feel welcomed.

Review 31：A very nice hotel with friendly owners. Very tasty breakfast. Full English and a selection of fruit. There were added extras in the bedroom such as biscuits, chocolate bars and water and we were offered a paper to read at the breakfast table. Nice touch we thought. This is an adults only hotel and no pets allowed but this suited us fine.

Review 36：The rules and regulations set out on the web-site could give the impression that the Sunset Inn is less than welcoming which, once you have met the hosts, is not the case at all. The only other observation is that breakfast cereals, though available, are not on general view when arriving for breakfast which is unusual.( Having said this the cooked breakfast items are served on a single dish which you then transfer as required onto a warmed plate, which is a good idea. )

The early booking-in and late departure times are also useful. The sea - view and handy location completed the picture. The Sunset Inn is a very good quality Guest House.
Review 38：My partner and I were staying in Hunstanton for a wedding and would arrive before check in.I was concerned about keys as we would be late coming back.On arrival,our room was ready specifically due to my call.Later,we unexpectedly had to travel to the wedding via car as our taxi didn't arrive-we had a call from the owner offering to pick us up.The following day he kindly took my partner to pick up our car from the wedding venue. All team members went above and beyond,were welcoming,friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.Our room was beautiful and would not look misplaced in a home magazine and had stunning views of the sea.Breakfast was also incredible.A relaxing,first class stay with amazing customer service. Thank you for a lovely stay-we'd recommend Sunset Inn to anyone!

No need to use the car at all and was owned by very friendly people. We reported it when we went down for breakfast, but again the staff were prepared to find some solution to the problem which was reassuring and complemented that genuine caring nature that characterised our visit to the Sunset Inn.

The little touches such as additional heat and slippers in the room was quite impressive. We only stayed one night but would be happy to recommend the hotel and to go there again because of the warmth we received from the staff.

Review 98：The attic room was small.think we paid same price as others which didn't seem fair. The ensuite door was stiff to close and didn't fully close. It is usual to be offered cereals at breakfast but there were none, plenty of fruit though.
