Review 1：No bad experiences at the hotel. The airport was a different matter! Make sure you've eaten before you go!

Review 2：Kassiopi hasn't changed, still a beautiful place. Our room was spotless and modern - it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, so glad I took my own! The pool area provided great entertainment every day. Watching certain people trying to get the same sunbeds and parasols was hilarious.. Food at the hotel was fine and edible, but a trip into town is a must for a real flavour of Greece.

Review 3：stayed in the standard rooms.it is big and nicely designed but very soft and noisy beds.

Review 4：the food was really good. the pool is nice and so is the location and beaches with hotel free shuttle to them. the staff was nice and helpful.

Review 5：As all inclusive hotel I expected longer time for eating or in the bar some snacks, sandwiches for those ones who wake up later or come back later from the beach. The day we had to leave they didn't tell me, that there's no bus to the airport in the early morning. (Taxi's are hard to find!!!) One day we arrived 10 min later than the dining hours, because of an unexpected later arrival from a trip (fault of the busdriver) and they refused to let us in the restaurant. As desserts not much traditional ones, I was waiting 7 days for baklava appears in menu :) but wasn't :/ No internet access or very bad just in the reception.

Review 6：Traditional food was also found in the menu's, there are 2 big shops in the area of the resort, where you can find everything from food til creams or souvenirs etc. Kassiopi centrum is not so far (reachable by walk) where were lot of shops, touragencies, restaurants and nightlife facilities. Buses to different beaches was great from the hotel.

Review 7：Pool-side beds get covered with towels and left for hours on end which the management should deal with. Unfair and a waste of space.

Review 8：Great for a week away from the British summer. Well kept "complex" and much nicer than a bog standard hotel. Nice pool and close to other beaches (shuttle bus). Kassiopi quite nice for a walk but we had a hire car so went further afield - which I recommend. Also hire a boat for the day which is a must.

Review 13：The rooms had so much mosquitos and I was beaten all over my body I need to take antibiotic and use rash relief. Room was too small also no one to take your luggages lots of steps and uphill.

Review 15：Usually Greek staff is very friendly and tries to satisfy guests needs. But in this hotel the reception staff was highly unprofessional. The manager did not even show up although we insisted to talk to him/her. Breakfast buffet ok, but without any fresh fruits. Although we booked all inclusive we left the hotel after breakfast and skipped lunch and dinner to escape from the bad energy

Review 16：after refusing 4 terrible rooms with mildew or 100 flies because of missing windows we finally received a decent room in the size we have booked.
