Review 1：reception very helpful but very understaffed - had to wait approx. 30 min in a queue for initial check in - the lifts were terrible - very slow and often did not arrive at levels -2 and -1
Review 2：We were able to check in early without any issues and the reception was very helpful - we had an issue with rooms - we had been given the wrong room and had to move - as recompense they waived our cleaning charge for the week
