Review 1：How at first they were not willing to give me my money back because I had to leave early

Review 2：I was in Austria for medical reasons and when I had to leave early they first stated they couldn't give me my money back then I called booking.com and they fixed it for me and it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my money back

Review 3：If anything can be consider negative the water pressure in the shower is not super powerful but it's a very minor issue.

Review 4：Good hotel with large and comfortable rooms, recently refurbished with great shower and toilet, large and super comfortable bed. Both reception and breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Garage parking was very useful to feel safe with a partial loaded car.

Review 5：There is no air conditioning in the rooms (maybe the Best Western Group should revise their policy) and at 30 deg C you are roasting yourself up!!!

Review 7：The hotel needs more maintenance. In the sauna room some lights did not work and the water dispenser was broken. The room smelled like B.O. that I had to cover with cologne, the WC smelled like urine, and I found lots of dust under the bed. I am an regular client and can see a big (bad) change happening.

Review 10：The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was WiFi in the room and it was working. The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful, especially the girl who was at the restaurant during breakfast. Parking is very easy but pricey.

Review 12：The service was exceptional. We arrived way too early but the nice man at reception organised everything in minutes, the same person served later at the bar with friendliness and joy. At breakfast did the waiter ask our son if he wants a hot chocolate or any special juice. Later he gave him extra nutella, so my 3.5 year old son felt like a star.

Review 15：Unfortunately my telephone in room did not work for outgoing calls. I was not given an explanation as to why. I was given a hands free which was okay for local but not international calls . Several times I asked and receptionist said I could. Then when we checked out and I handed back the hands free and said I could not make international calls the other receptionist said it was not allowed on hands free. This was a serious inconvenience as I needed to be in contact with my elderly mother.

Review 51：Everything, a lovely stylish hotel and situated near shops and restaurants with an underground carpark. The carpark fee was €8 which we were aware of when booking. Our room was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 52：Car parking should be free of charges (I pay for 1 night 12 Euros) and unfortunately the Restaurant isn't part of the Hotel, so you have to pay separate (not possible to add to the room). But at reception all the guys were very kind with me. For me Vote 8.

Review 55：There are no double bed in the hotel! They put to single bed next toeach other and call it double!The same with duvet! one tiny single duvet for each bed. The telephone in the room was not working. The shower head was leaking when taking shower. No kettle in the room. so no coffees or teas could be made in the room. Breakfast was just OK not a 4* star hotel. Perhaps they bought the stars from a local market and stick it on.

Review 57：It was a bit of a challenge to find a room with that has one big matress, instead of two twin bed, considering the hour of our arrival, but a solution was found immediately.
