Reviews for Gatwick Europa Hotel
Review 1:Parking very hard, travelling as a single female I was parked around the side of the hotel, in a muddy dark car park. No wifi in the room, but was available in main reception but due to the volume of guests made the wifi slow and impossible to use for business as there was no room to sit, and also the tv was on full blast along with the repetition of the 1950's background music. I requested a smoking room and got a disabled non smoking room along from the reception, I have stayed here for the last three years and have always been happy but I can quite honestly say I will never return and will spread the word to my fellow colleagues and friends.
Review 2:Nothing much to be honest
Review 3:No internet in room. Hardly any tv channels. This is ok for the price of the room which was cheap, I only stayed here because they have their own parking lot. But No heating in room, because this was 'broken' (5 degrees C outside) and the thilthy state of the place was not acceptable. I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this one I won't stay here again.
Review 4:Not much
Review 5:The additional mattress provided for an extra person in the family room was grim. Stained and was not going to be comfortable it was obvious. The other beds were okay though. Would have likes some bedside lights and tables. The lighting arrangement wasn't great.
Review 6:The staff were very helpful and friendly and were okay when we had to check in late
Review 7:Breakfast room was hard to find and they stop serving fairly early for the weekend.
Review 8:Staff helpful and checkin very efficient. Room and bathroom spacious, comfortable and clean.
Review 9:Room to small, and cold, breakfast on hot plates too long and cold. Asked for vineagar time it arrived had finished
Review 10:In the right location Dinner was nice.
Review 11:The hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. Wall paper peeling, mould in the rooms, unclean, carpets threadbare, food awful, staff unhelpful. Over run with refugees
Review 12:The wallpaper in my room was peeling off, the walls and ceiling had stains on. I had to clean the bath before I got in it! The telly reception was very poor and the set moved, I had to pin it in place with toiletry bags. The sheets had stains on and the dado rails were so thick with dust at first I thought it was insects, yuck! The bathroom sink did not drain very well so as a family we had long waits between each other to brush our teeth. Was told there was a carvery which we paid for but the standard of food was appalling, not my idea of a roast dinner at all.....where was the vegetables? The potatoes tasted very odd!! Drinks in the bar (soft drinks) were extremely over priced (£2 for a tiny 200ml bottle!) To top it off your stairs are very odd in that they jut out to the side massively with no warning and I went flying resulting in a massive bruise on my leg, nice thing to sport on a sunny holiday which was my next destination. In short thanks but no thanks.....shan't be back!
Review 13:I liked it's proximity to Gatwick and that it was easy to park my car.
Review 14:Whatever price you pay a welcoming face and attitude is expected, basically my wife and I felt that we were an inconvenience to the staff. They all appeared to not be enjoying their jobs or interacting with the public. The hotel is generally in need of a make over
Review 15:Great location and price for double room (£35)
Review 16:Having ng to move rooms because f water coming through ceiling. On return journey barman not available no ale only lager the possibility of a vending machine to get food instead of paying £6:50 for a squashed tomato, literally 1 strand of onion 1small triangle of cucumber of lunches menu and 2 prices of stale bread for a sandwich. Being surrounded by too many immigrants 40+after asylum
Review 17:Convenience
Review 18:I had booked my preferences online (non-smoking, upper floor room), yet when I arrived these had to all be chosen again - it seemed that a room had not yet been allocated, despite my having specified a late arrival. Disgusting explicit picture hanging over the bed, made worse by it being unclear whether it was a child or an adult. Room shabby, outdated, uncared-for condition - as is most of this hotel.
Review 19:The location of this hotel is good for where I needed to be.
Review 20:No eating in the room. I went down in my car at 1am to pick up a screw driver to purge the radiator. It was full of air so the hot water was not getting in. After couple of hours I had to purge the radiator again, showing the entire system has not been purged at all. I spend the whole night in a cold room. The breakfast was not good. I was proposed a good deal for the breakfast when I checked in, 8 pounds instead of 12 pounds if you pay at the restaurant. Don't get the discount, even at 8 pounds it is not worth it. Probably the worse breakfast I have eaten in UK.
Review 21:I paid only 43 pound but the room was very cold, and breakfast horrible. Don't ever take the breakfast, just go the any other pub nearby, it will be better and less expensive.
Review 22:TV not working in any room in main building....with a baby there isn't much else you can do in the evening but they did move us to a room in another building that had tv so worked out ok for us in the end. Hotel is quite dark and tired and a bit scruffy and the first room smelt fusty
Review 23:Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean Parking was easy although at busy times I imagine it gets a bit crazy.
Review 24:The hotel looks like it needs a refurb furniture is looking very worn and tired!
Review 25:lOcation, reasonable and clean accommodation, very helpful staff food provided at a reasonable price.
Review 26:I would like too bring too your attention the condition of the travel cot we was provide with ( photos too follow ) and the the manner in witch I was spoken too and dealt with through out my stay at your establishment in Crawley . After an 10mins of arrival there were Problems with our Tv so it was replaced after spending half an hour in the room with the window shut the smell of mould was over powering room 1136 so we was changed into a new room ,, at 540 (too room 2105) ,, then during the night we called room service at 1137 and was met with hostile attitude and was told the was no one too assist us Bearing in mind we have a 7 week old baby with us and again two min later when tried to explain our situation but the night staff named manny was completely abusive and swore at my girlfriend so when approached front desk rather concerned about his attitude towards us at 1140 and was told they was only two people on the premises and could not leave there posts when I checked the bar area the other employee was no where too be seen so asked to talk too the duty manager at 1145 after 5mins of abusive Language and hostile behaviour he brought it too our attention that the room change was not been updated on the system (witch I no for a fact this is a major fire hassid from 6pm untill 1150 ) so requested the manager to contact us as soon as they arrive as there was none on site from 7pm at after phoning reception at 1230am then again ever 30 mins up untill 2am in witch was was ignored and no one answered at all ,,,
Review 27:We have been twice before but this time the bedroom cleaning was not very good and one day nobody did our room and the bed making was not very efficient. It was just as we had got up.
Review 28:Very friendly staff and good to take our pet with us.
Review 29:The room was so dirty...cup rings on the window ledge..kettle dirty..bath had hair in it .. floors dirty.. everything was just so dirty.in fact we tried to get another room but unfortunately no vacancies...this establishment needs and will be reported
Review 30:Nothing at all
Review 31:The rooms are out dated and in need of deep cleaning...the staff try to be helpful but no one seems to know what is going on...the lady at reception told us room service was available on the extended menu till 11:00pm when in fact it was till 10:00pm. We tried ordering room service and my partner was told he cannot put this on the room to check out he would need to walk to the bar to pay and collect our room service...defeats the purpose of room service no? We pre-paid breakfast but then had to trek all the way back to our room to fetch the receipt as they could not view our booking on their system...at £11.95 one would expect a better service...
Review 32:The lady on reception was a bit blunt. I requested an early checkin prior to midday, it was confirmed she didn't even check my booking she said we don't do them this early and if we did there is a fee of £15, we arrived around 11 so we went out and came back at 2, and the shower was dirty and old
Review 33:Nice to have patio doors that fully opened
Review 34:It's a long way from Crawley town centre and the airport, so if either of these things is a requirement, this is not the place for you. The bathroom fittings look very old and tired, but this is hardly a life threatening problem, the shower works and there is hot and cold running water. No problem. The place has clearly seen better days, but this shouldn't stop you having a comfortable night sleep, the room is nice enough. The only thing which actually bothered me... only a little bit was the road outside, which is a bit noisy.
Review 35:I could not find one single positive review about this place before I booked, but I took a chance anyway. Really, it's not that bad. What do you expect for £39 ? For the price it is fine, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and warm which was all we needed. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to sleep in Crawley, look no further than this place, it does the job.
Review 36:The room was dated with lots of work needing to be done. The basin and bathroom floor were dirty and the bath was very stained. The tiling was black mouldy and the bath tap was so corroded it had holes in. I was disappointed to find out that there were extra charges for the use of the swimming pool as this was the deciding factor on booking here, we didn't end up using it. The hotel seemed to be full of people in temporary housing so not the usual hotel atmosphere. To top it all off, I have been charged twice for the room!!
Review 37:Helpful and friendly staff. The bedding was clean.
Review 38:Room was Very dated, asked for non-smoking but it was in corridor with smoking rooms, sofa had cigarette burns, peeling wallpaper with patches. bed small for size of room and not dressed with much bed linen. Very basic. Not informed until we arrived that the bus service (£7.00 return pp) had been stopped and we would need to get a taxi to and from the airport. This will now cost us at least £18.
Review 39:Location, bar and eating facilities
Review 40:Unpleasant breakfast experience but issues reported to Duty Manager and dealt with to my satisfaction.
Review 41:Very friendly and helpful staff - reception, room service and restaurant.
Review 42:When we arrived we found there was no disabled parking and had to park quite a distance away from main entrance, also the cost of the stay was more than we had booked it for, when we complained we were told it wasn't their fault they were asking for more money, staff were not polite at all. The disabled room we asked for was quite a walk from reception, the bed was hard as rocks, ceiling paper was coming off the ceiling, the bathroom smelt fusty, and there were fleas in the room. When I complained about the fleas I wasnt offered a replacement room. We had to ask three times for coffee and tea, and clean towels, after explaining the dog wasn't in the room. The bar was cold, but was the only area that the poor wifi was available, so if you were on a business trip you should either bring warm clothes to sit int he bar or your own internet. The restaurant is upstairs and you need to go to reception to ask them to arrange someone to give you access to the restaurant from the lift, walk all the way back to the lift (which isnt in reception) then use lift, find that there were steps (About half a doz, then a further two) the other end and the stair lift for them wasn't working, (a lady in a wheelchair had to get out of her chair while her carer lifted the wheelchair up the steps then come back and help her to walk up the steps with a lot of difficulty). The food was not very warm, the bread for toasting was so stale it was hard, the coffee and tea in the restaurant was diabolical. We had to wait standing practically ten minutes each morning while the restuarant verified that we had paid for breakfast, as they hadnt been told. When I asked to sit down while waiting as I'm disabled I was told I couldnt unless I had paid and they argued I hadn't until Management finally got back to them from downstairs and told them we had. There was a picture on the bedroom wall of a naked lady, which apparently is in all bedrooms even the family bedrooms.
Review 43:It was all a bit tired needing a face lift in the rooms & corridors - the cleaner came to service our room at 8. 45 am the room had an interconnecting door which when the guests had their light on and were talking early morning it was disturbing.
Review 44:Easy access from motor way & nearby to our final destination
Review 45:Extremely tired desperate for a refurbishment. Only had 3 out of 7 lights working. Mould in the bathroom shame could be a very nice hotel.
Review 46:Excellent for airport and parking.
Review 47:The state of the hotel was digsuting, broken tv, broken hair dryer, broken shower, dirty linen, disgusting room service. I have emailed trading standards and environmental health. Noisy guests and someone smoking cannabis in the room next to me.
Review 48:Nothing
Review 49:Plug did not fit dink, no shower gel in dispenser and food was just tasty enough to fill a hungry mouth not great quality.
Review 50:Friendly staff, nice but basic rooms, good value for money.
Review 51:It's in need of a good make over. We were put in a connecting twin room. The problem was that the people next door to us were so loud. They were going in and out and had the tv on too loud plus all the talking. It was like they were in our room and this went on till 1:30am and I had to leave for the airport at 1:45. So as you can imagine I had NO sleep! When we called reception they just said "there is a wedding here tonight you know..." Well that was a rubbish answer as we weren't complaining about the wedding party as we couldn't here them!
Review 52:Did not like that tv was not working a cleaner come in room before we had gone we still had two hours till we needed to be out and feel like we were being pushed to leave sooner also says that there is a free bus to airport and was not we would not stop again next time will book in to a travel inn
Review 53:Room was a nice size
Review 54:Looked run down, litter everywhere, gloomy interior and gloomy rooms. Not what I expected and I will not be returning.
Review 55:Not much. It was close to my destination for the night and that's about it.
Review 56:Outdated , Mould on bathroom ceiling Not revamped since opening Rooms numbered to 2000 plus but theres 300 rooms? Analogue tv in rooms not even a freeview box Middle of nowhere off motorways Only pubs close by
Review 57:Must have been epic when it was first built Nice reception Bar in house Room service Health and leisure facilities next door Fair atmosphere Always staff around Onsite parking
Review 58:Disgusting, mouldy grout in bathroom. Heating full on (coming from pipes behind inaccessible cupboard doors in room perhaps?) and no means of adjusting it. Dirty marks and scuffs on walls.
Review 59:Nothing to like other than slightly convenient to Gatwick Airport
Review 60:So out dated,I'm sorry, but was shocked when used hotel restaurant . I paid £14.50 for 3 course meal the presentation of what was suppose to be a carvery was disgusting, food looked like the was left there for 24 hours, was so hungry but could not eat it .Staff where making fun at each other not one of them was helpful ,there was no one in restaurant ,that should of told me not popular ,anyway I hope you get it sorted because you cannot charge that price for food .
Review 61:Having spent the last three years frequently staying at this hotel, I was shocked to have a £50 deposit demanded from me on arrival for any damages I would cause. The duty manager then lied to my face saying this had always been the case, I have been through all the small print of Britannia hotels and still cannot find evidence of this, I was not the only customer who felt this way i.e being treated like a second class citizen , disgusting and it will in all honesty take a lot for us to consider staying there again
Review 62:This is a budget hotel , you get what you pay for
Review 63:My bedroom had a musty smell. I asked for plain water. It came in a thermos jug with coffee stains round the stopper. The bedroom needs to be totally refurbished.
Review 64:The staff were pleasant and helpful
Review 65:Toilet wasn't flushed, bed hadn't been made and none of the plugs worked. Walked in - walked straight back out again and got my money back.
Review 66:Nothing.
Review 67:Arrived at hotel late to freezing cold rooms, as the windows had been left open and no heating on-we were told heating wouldn't come on until 6am.One room had missing tv so we were given another room which had broken lamp and spring digging in us from mattress on one bed. We informed reception the following morning,as we were too tired that night- but came back to the same the following night.
Review 68:Hotel was in a convenient location, very close to airport. Local amenities close by and we enjoyed a visit to nearby cinema.
Review 69:Damp smelling long carpeted corridors, very tired and in sore need of updating. We had no heating Or hot water for 2days. The first evening we were fobbed off with an excuse but they admitted boiler failure on the next.
Review 70:Location and price deal from booking.com
Review 71:Everything.....simple really. it's cheap tho. And make sure you don't have breakfast. Also wanted to use the pool but there was a charge. Place needs a massive refurb or to be knocked down
Review 72:It was cold in the reception area. The bathroom suites were dated. No hot water or heating on the 2nd night due to boiler breakdown. No apology given when checking out.
Review 73:It was really good for location, easy access for the M23. Looked really smart from the outside.
Review 74:I stayed in the lodges and the bathroom smelled of urine, had to keep a candle lit to diguise the smell.
Review 75:Nice pool and hotub, breakfast was good and the main hotel was lovely.
Review 76:I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and was charged for 5 in total. My friend arrived first, check into 1 room for 2 nights and paid on arrival. I arrived later and paid for the other room for the 2 nights. After arriving home I have also been charged for 1 night on the card use when booking the room. After speaking to the hotel I have been told there must have been a mix up with the booking and they won't be refunded, won't be staying there again.
Review 77:Rooms were basic but had everything you'd need for a short break. Main hotel could do with updating but overall a nice hotel
Review 78:We have stopped in this hotel a few times and this time it as all changed you used to get free bus to airport now you have to pay for taxis when we got there booked family room thay tryed to give us double room there was work men comein in with takeaways sons bed in the morning was dipping in the middle not nice sorry
Review 79:Non contractual fee (ie not pre notified in the contract) added for use of credit and...would you believe....debit cards to pay bill. How else do you pay for hotels? I will never stay again...peanuts financially but utterly wrong. Also alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff ignored it. I had to call them to do something about it. Awful night's sleep.
Review 80:Many migrants in the hotel. Was an unpleasant experience. No longer any shuttle to the airport even though advertised on line and in the in room information.
Review 81:Absolutely nothing. Many years ago it was a lovely hotel. Alas no longer the case. Atmosphere very threatening.
Review 82:Maids / Cleaners banging on the door at 7am !!! This happend twice, I caught them the second time though but they managed to run off through c/dor before I could confront them. Damp room very dated decor.
Review 83:Bar area Ok, reception polite.
Review 84:Very disappointed to find no longer a shuttle bus so having to fork out £9 each way on a taxi. £25 voucher for a meal for 2 - supposedly good value for a carvery? Meat was ok, potatoes ok rest pretty awful - gravy you could cut with a knife and frozen mixed veg. I get a superb carvery at home for £7. Doubt I will eat there again.
Review 85:Relatively cheap. Easy to find. Good value parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful.
Review 86:the lack of hygiene was very concerning in the rooms, restaurant and hall ways. the up keep of the hotel was the poorest I have ever come across.
Review 87:the staff had poor English but tried hard
Review 88:First room I was given in the "lodge" was dirty and exceptionally small with bed pushed into corner and consuming most of the room. Bed was too small/inaccessible to share with friend (would have been okay for couple), so asked to move. Staff was confused and generally unhelpful (several personal examples and others shared by friends who were also staying), but was eventually moved to room within main building. New room was unlocked upon arrival and rather creepy, though larger and relatively clean though dated. Hotel chosen strictly for proximity to wedding venue, otherwise would avoid.
Review 89:Very cheap.
Review 90:Couldn't understand the staff at check in . key card wouldn't work in the entrance to lodge. Put a do not disturb sign on door as I wanted to sleep In but no notice taken was woken up by Housekeeping's wadnt amused and filthy room
Review 91:Nothing...
Review 92:The furniture in the lounge area is in need of new.Look very comfortable but they are not.
Review 93:That you have choices if you want food or not .Also the new taxi service.
Review 94:The lodge where I stayed was disgusting. It smelt.Bulk standard room £35 max per night.Bath was big enough for a child.TV was rubbish with poor reception.Cleanliness is not the issue here,it needs re-decorating desperately..
Review 95:The hotel entrance area seemed qiute nice.
Review 96:The place looks very tired and grubby. It needs some investment. Surely there is a better system to make getting through the endless fire doors in the corridors.... They are very hard wirk and noisey when you have luggage.
Review 97:Location
Review 98:The corridor to the room was dirty and smelled of damp. The bathroom, although clean, was old and had black grouting, broken enamel in the bath and the shower curtain needed washed. There was no WIFI in the room - not made clear as it was described as 'free WIFI in the lounge'. The food was not good. Simple as that. The staff were surly - the chap on the desk at breakfast quite simply just shouldn't have been employed. Don't be fooled by the scoring the website gives - I put an 'OK' for location and it upgraded it to 3.3 despite everything else being poor.
Review 99:Shower not working, bad mold in bathroom Wall light hanging off wall Big hole in floor covered with carpet No wi fi in rooms Strip light tube missing in unit Decor old and dirty
Review 100:No internet in room That is a must have for me
Review 101:Food very good Room is comfortable dated design Its what we expect for overnight stay for next day early flight and parking is included.
Review 102:The reception manager was not at all customer focussed and really quite rude. They charge you for using a Debit card to pay for your stay! I was in an 'executive' (most expensive) room: The bathroom had mould in it The windows didn't fit properly and were therefore noisy The cold tap dripped, but enjoyed astronomical water pressure while the shower struggled to get ones whole body wet. Both the duvet and the towel were the size of a postage stamp. The television was an old square shaped CRT - which in itself is not really a big deal except all modern TV is broadcast in a wider screen format which means you just can't see the sides of the picture.
Review 103:Arriving behind a police officer who told reception staff that he would now be making a visit every day following recent events....
Review 104:Cheap and cheerful. No heating apparently it's controlled from head office. Room was freezing, damp and smelt. Had to ask for extra duvet.
Review 105:Worst hotel we've ever stayed in, bathroom looked disgusting as did the room and even the hotel! Photos are all very misleading! Would never go back and spoilt our night away!
Review 106:Didn't like anything other than the location!
Review 107:Having to queue for 20 mins to check in. The vegetables on the Carvery were dried up, the tea/coffee urns were empty but refilled when pointed out to the staff, but the refill was cold!!!
Review 108:Cheap for an overnight stay.
Review 109:It was not that we disliked anything but just thought the place needed up grading. It was a very dour and tired looking place and just needed a coat of paint, or such like to make it look a far nicer place. Everything worked fine but was just dated
Review 110:The fact that are arrived on a different date to that which we had booked was of no real concern to them and they changed it after speaking to Booking.com with no fuss what so ever. It was extremely convenient for the airport, we were catching a very early flight the following morning and were able to leave our car there for the duration of the holiday for only a VERY small charge, £59 for the Hotel AND the parking. Breakfast was not included mostly because it was fat too early to have it anyway.
Review 111:I booked a room and got what used to be staff rooms. It was extremely dirty, the bed wasn't made, there was toilet paper dirty inside the toilet, the carpet had spots, it was very dusty, zero points for hygiene! Then they changed me to another room, which was less dirty and less dusty and bigger. Still the shower wasn't working properly and only got either extremely hot water or extremely cold water. Couldn't shower properly for the period I stayed. The hairdryer of the room wasn't working either and next to it, in the drawer there was a bloody paper inside, which I didn't touch. I forgot my laptop when I left and returned 20 minutes after only to find the receptionist who I had asked in the phone for help, inside of the room with the cleaning lady. I picked myself my laptop and left. I got no help through the phone line, actually the receptionist told me they hadn't find my laptop. Worse hotel ever, and I am cabin crew and fly around the world. Hotels in Bangladesh were thousand times better than this.
Review 112:Nothing at all.
Review 113:Door card didn't work, so I had to walk back to reception to be told it was working. But it still wasn't working, called the hotel to save the walk and had to wait 20 mins for the manager. Woken up at 6ish am by a fire alarm which they didn't know how to stop.
Review 114:When we were "welcomed" to the hotel we were given our room key and left to find our room, without any directions or assistance. The hotel rooms were filthy: the carpet had obviously not been cleaned and the room smelt of damp. The bathroom was disgusting, the sink and bath both dirty and required us to clean them before using them. Finally the cup and saucer left for use were dirty; one cup was actually stuck to the saucer and the other set were dusty and hairy. The additional blankets provided were stained.
Review 115:N/a
Review 116:Everything was below par.
Review 117:Nothing it was dirty the curtains were lying on the floor the bath was stained we checked in at 5pm and checked out 3 hours later.
Review 118:place was dirty and unkept, damp smell in hall ways. Bar was in main entrance and freezing cold with door open everyone was sitting in coats. carvery was awful charged for two courses but not enough food for everyone. place needed a good clean and make over, very dark and old interior. Not what I expected at all.
Review 119:nothing
Review 120:For very cheap airport parking and a night's stay, close to Gatwick, that's ideal for an early morning flight, don't expect too much!
Review 121:Friendly staff, great location for Gatwick with parking included! Reasonably-priced transfer service - £13 each way for 6 of us!
Review 122:1. I reserved a room with 2 beds, I got a room with double bed, and impossible to change. 2. Room is dirty, dusty, and smells from cigarette smoke 3. Heating is out of order, and window is broken so we couldnt close. It was a freezing night. 4. They couldn't give me a proper company invoice, so my accountant cant use this invoice
Review 123:Close to airport
Review 124:Too far away from Crawley city center. No wi-fi in the room. Breakfast way too expensive and poor, no vegetables. Very old furniture
Review 125:Just that it was the one and cheaper option available in the date booked. The personal was kind and diligent.
Review 126:Large groups of male asylum seekers staying at the hotel so owners clearly just looking to get as much money as possible. Could be a nice hotel but needs a lot of money spent on the rooms
Review 127:Cheap
Review 128:I didn't like the the hotel is being used as a refugee camp my wife and I were very disjointed it's not very welcoming sitting down to an evening meal and surrounded by refugees We were not told about this when we booked our room. Needless to say we won't be going back
Review 129:The mattress was sooo uncomfortable! It seemed to slope down.
Review 130:The hotel was very easy to find, and was easy to book in. The room was a nice size for what we needed.
Review 131:As above and old drafty window plus don't think it's been decorated for years
Review 132:Nothing, bed uncomfortable, room very cold. had to ring and ask for the heating to be put on. Cobwebs in the room, carpet very stained, will never stay there again, they even had the cheek to charge nearly £200 for 4 nights. Unbelievable
Review 133:They was hair in the bath, bed was not comfy at all... Room soo cold heater didn't work N when I went down to reception to ask if they could turn heater on a lady told me that head office control there heating and it only come on twice a day.. She didn't look concern or even try to help....
Review 134:The black tall guy that check me in was a star... His good at his job.. Thank you for a warm welcome mate...
Review 135:I stayed in the annex. Appalling place. Door locks didn't work. Heating only on for a few hours from 7pm, I was offered more blankets and told it was "head office" who had told them to keep the heating off. Leisure facilities have £5 extra charge. My room smelled disgusting and there was damp coming up through the floor (the carpet had growing wet patches).
Review 136:Handy location just off j10a of M23
